We just had our roof replaced and we’re so happy with these guys. Their communication was great from the start, and continued with integrity through the project. And the quality of the roof we got was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Rylan was amazing! I needed OSB, drip edge, water barrier, shingles, and nails for all the various tasks for 3 different roofs our town needed to complete. He got the dimensions, and delivered the materials right before they were needed in the exact places we needed them. He was very fair with his pricing and provided some coaching.

For this deal, I used R3 to provide the materials, but we had volunteers do the actual work to save some money for the town.

We were just a few ridge cap shingles short to complete the final roof and he not only got us the extra shingles, but he also climbed up and did the work himself.

We just had our roof replaced by R3 Custom Exteriors and I couldn't be more pleased. Rylan came to do the inspection and took the time to explain what the process would be including updating our roof to meet code. We had other companies bid on our project as well, but R3 came in $3000 cheaper so that was another plus. It was suggested that we file a claim with our insurance because of the roof d amage we had. After talking with Rylan about our claim, he volunteerd to come and highlight the damage and gave me taking points to cover with the adjuster. My insurance did pay on our claim, but only a portion of what it would cost. I again asked Rylan to help me find documentation of the codes and write a letter to my insura nce explaing the codes. The result is that my insurance ended up covering my roof replacement 100%. That is going above and beyond. The install crew were pleasant and hard working, often staying after dark to get the job done as quick as possible. When they were finished they cleaned up the whole yard and driveway. I highly recommend R3 Custom Exteriors for roof replacement.

It has been a pleasure working with Rylan @ R3 Roofing. A few shingles had blown off and I called Rylan about it. He promptly came out and took a look then had them quickly repaired. He then followed up a bit later to make sure there were no issues. 5 Stars!

In 2019, R3 replaced the roof of a house I bought in 2023. In 2024, Rylan removed the swamp cooler from the roof.

R3 also replaced the rain gutters, which had become detached in one area and corroded through in a few other areas.

After the new gutters were installed, they clogged with leaves and debris within a few weeks. This isn't due to problems with the work the guys did, but because of the excessive number of trees surrounding the house.

I thought maybe there was a problem with the gutter installation, so Rylan came over, cleared the debris, and got the water draining again.

A few weeks later, R3 put on some gutter guards. After a few more rain showers, there has been no clogged gutters or leakage.

Communication was always fast and easy. All of the work got done in around 2-3 weeks from accepting the bid to the guys showing up.

Great guy to deal with. Got the job done very quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Had a few blow off in a storm before they had a chance to seal up to each other but he sent guys out that day and got them fixed. Highly recommend using them.

This whole having to get a new roof process was a breeze with R3. In and out in a day. Neighbors are asking for referrals. I’ve gotten comments on my roof. And the price was right.

Very professional. Everything was a breeze from the point of getting an estimate all the way to the finished product. High quality craftsmanship, the homeowners couldn't be happier with their siding install. As a contractor I will use R3 for all my exterior needs moving forward.

I believe I gave them a 5 on a previous review. I liked the owner seemed honest and prompt. Paid 800$ or so to install cute soffit vents. The issue is the soffit leads no where. This was done last summer. Had they mentioned A. I need baffles. B. Went into the attic (which I would assume is a given) C. Declined the job as the soffit vents are doing nothing. I would have been in a lot better situation. I have severe mold in my attic. Was hoping to get soffit vents installed. Now costing me almost 10k to resolve. Not fun

He gave us an initial estimate that was spot on, was seamless in working with us and the supplier to get us everything we needed, and we rented tools and a dump trailer from R3 at a very reasonable price. There weren't any hassles or surprises with price, and everything was straightforward. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs!
