Homepro Handyman Services Inc. did an outstanding job siding and installing new gutters on our home. The attention to detail and workmanship was fantastic! Mark and Slav and their team were amazing! They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the project. If you want the BEST to install siding on your home I highly recommend HomePro! I had eight estimates for this project and I am so happy I chose Mark and his team! They’re the best!

I purchased a condo and wanted a wall down before I moved in…..in a week!! HomePro fit me in, they were efficient, respectful, polite and completed the job in time with wonderful results! I highly recommend them!!

They were very responsive, gave a thoughtful estimate, communicated well throughout the process, were able to complete the job within a couple weeks after my first call to them, and they did a nice job repairing the soffit and fascia on my garage. I would hire again.

I have lived in this home 24 years and I’ve had many contractors and repairmen do work at my house. The two gentlemen from HomePro that did two days of work at my house were absolutely excellent. There are other repairs that I would like done at my house that I will definitely hire them to do.

They were great!!! I required a unique window fix. They came with a design and adjusted it to make sure water didn't hit the sills. Professional, polite and accommodating. VERY HAPPY.

I would use HomePro again! My house is stucco and it is almost impossible to find anyone to repair stucco these days. I had a leak into the kitchen that grew mold. I needed to have the flashing corrected and the stucco repaired properly, plus inside, I needed the moldy section of the ceiling cut out, sprayed for mold and repaired. I got 4 estimates. HomePro was in the middle. I chose them less on price and more on how I was treated. Mark (the estimator) was the only one of 4 people who came to see the job that did not "mansplain" to me. He treated me with respect. His estimate was exceptionally detailed. Bohdan, who did the work, was polite and skilled. It was a positive experience and I can sincerely recommend them.
Update: Less than a year later, I had a water stain in the same place on the ceiling. I reached out and they came immediately. Slavik found the leak (which was around an upstairs window where the stucco had pulled away) and fixed it. Slavik was great - he listened to me and worked with me to figure out where the leak was coming from. I continue to be happy with their work and service.

They were great!! I was looking for something unique that would keep water off the outside window sills. They had a design however it didn't kick the water away from the sill enough. They corrected the window drip caps to make sure water hit the siding not the sill. Cleaned up everything so it didn't look like they were even here. Very happy.

I first called Homepro to replace my deck, to my surprise they found a solution without replacing and they fixed it. They saved me a lot of money! I have since had them redo my staircase, fix my ceilings and get rid of the popcorn (which came out beautiful). They just finished putting up storage units in my garage. I hated the way typical shelves showed all my junk. Mark came over and found a solution to what was bothering me. Again it came out beautiful!. Everyone that worked on my projects were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I will definatly be calling them again with my next project.

The worst estimate ever received. The guy they sent out to estimate said to my wife to let me do the job myself and learn it as a man. Took two phone calls in front of my wife and said it was too far for them to come out. Why even come to give an estimate in the first place?

I have a weird old house with weird old house issues, and HomePro was very helpful in moving some antique ceiling fixtures around, and making some ancient wall outlets safe for my continuing the renovations. We recently hired HomePro to do some interior work, as well as some decking, and we couldn't be happier. Their professionalism and craftsmanship have been top knotch from start to finish. They are courteous with our home. If they saw a potential issue, they would offer a solution. Their office is communicative and responsive. I found Browns home improvement through this site and Ahmad Brown was great. Nice, neat and professional with his work in painting my chimney, stairs and hatchway. Thank you for all your help. Price was also very fair.

Greg and his team did a fine job dealing with some major issues of wood rot caused by long-term water leakage around the windows on the south end of our house. They also repaired our fence and fixed another area of damaged siding. Greg was friendly and professional, and he let us know what was happening every step of the way. We're very pleased with the results.

I had my walls done in my bedroom in my kitchen due to mold. Steven and Ralph took very good care of my home. They were very respectful I was very help please with the service that they provided. I will recommend home pro for any home repair. I give them A plus.

I was very pleased with the serice and quality of work. I feel that I was grosly over charged considering the amount of time job took and the minimum materials. I did not know what to expect when accepted bid, but guess lots of middlemen invloved each adding significant upcharge.

Our dining room looks amazing. We had new lighting, drywall on ceiling, walls repaired and all repainted. Steven and Max (I could be wrong on this name) really exceptional at their work. Thank you.

HomePro does good work for a reasonable price...and that's where it ends. This company leaves a terrible customer experience. With the exception of a couple employees, HomePro Leadership sucks.

"Steve (owner), is all about the money.", quoted HomePro staff. I couldn't agree more. From delaying project dates, mocking customer requests, changing or conveniently forgetting agreed upon payment schedules and/or amounts, attempting to manipulate project details (taking shortcuts), leaving messes, not disclosing damaged property, arguing with you in your own home, to soliciting 5-star reviews, makes Home Pro, a no-go.

Although I am satisfied with the work result, I don't recommend HomePro; the cost of horrible customer service, is more expensive than the monetary savings.

If you want good work for a decent price and are willing to put up with some horsesh*t, you might have a better experience.

Stephen came out and performed an inspection of the work, and provided a very reasonable quote. He was very professional and personable. His staff, Manny Roderigo and Alvin Gonzales came out to bolt a new Murphy Bed cabinet to the guestroom wall. The weight of the cabinet with the bed is over 600lbs. It must be bolted to the wall by professionals, which they proved themselves. They took the extra initiative and "old world" craftsmanship to utilize nine bolts instead of a typical four at each corner. They also assembled two new medicine cabinets and installed them perfectly! Just Beautiful! I highly recommend HomePro because all three gentlemen made me feel at-ease and comfortable in my home. This is very important to me, as I am a widow. I know this is so cliche' but even my Kitty was not afraid of them, which she has been with other workmen. Again, I am happy to recommend HomePro and I gladly give them 7 Stars!

We called HomePro for help after putting some minor house repairs off for a long time (didn't have anyone reliable, previously) and they did a great job!

Mark was very responsive and quick after I emailed and was able to come to our house and do a site walk through within a few days. He answered all my questions in a very accessible easy to understand manner and once the repairmen arrived on site to do the work everyone was professional, friendly, and on time.

We will definitely be using them again in the future if more repairs come up in the house, and it's wonderful to have the fresh and clean coat of paint in our bathroom, as well as a working front screen door and new plumbing fixtures!

Anatolii and Will are fabulous! We needed a microwave and exterior vent installed. The installation could have proved a serious challenge because the kitchen cabinets had been installed incorrectly (by someone else) and there wasn't sufficient space for the microwave. Anatolii quickly diagnosed the problem and a simple solution. --He was able to shift one cabinet, which solved the problem. He took great care to reattach the cabinet and decorative molding. At the same time, Will reframed the vent opening and installed an exterior vent. Both Will and Anatolii are incredibly knowledgeable and professional in their approach to the work. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use Home Pro for all future home repairs!

Installed sidewalk and patio.When questioned about sidewalk not being level Mark came and started yelling about us questioning the work.Materials left by the workers were cleaned up by me every time they finished for the day..They left gravel all over my front yard.Was told I needed to buy more pavers and sand so I did.It never got used so it sits in my yard.Owner says one thing project manager says something totally different patio price changed with every invoice even though we only made one change and agreed to that extra amount.Was told work would be finished on Thursday and when it wasn't owner told us not to push him on finish date.Owner is very arrogant! Work was way over priced.Would not recommend them for patio work.Hire a good hardscape company and save some money and get a quality job.Wish we had done that could have saved $1,150 even with them supplying all the materials.Half star for Home Pro Handyman in Agawam ma.

My experience with HomePro Handyman Services was a positive experience. Here are the reasons why:

1. They are dependable. They always honored the scheduled visits right from the estimate stage throughout the project.
2. They are knowledgable and do excellent work.
3. They clean up after themselves. When the job was done, I did not need to spend extra time cleaning.

They patched a large hole in my garage ceiling after I had plumbing work - painted it too.They also filled in some holes in the plaster. Additionally, they attached a dryer vent that is not easy to route through the house to the dryer.

Let me repeat: They are dependable and do great work!

Mark was there from the estimate to supervising and troubleshooting my project of turning a window into an entry door. Anatolia was our carpenter and he completed the job with excellent skill and precision. I was glad that Mark was able to get an electrician on short notice to fix an unexpected problem, resulting in a minimal delay of completing the job. I was able to select which parts of the job I wanted to do myself and which ones I needed help with. All around I am a very happy customer and will use them again in the future.

These guys are amazing. The job was done quickly and quietly. The work was done by a true professional. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend to others in the future.

HomePro Handyman has done a great job replacing the concrete block walls in my cellar hatchway as well as replacing the custom size inside hatchway door. Most disorganized company I've ever used. I had to call them three weeks in a row before they even started. One worker scheduled to come here was a no-show. And they charge top dollar for their work. I definitely did not get my money's worth. Would never use again and would never recommend.

Willy and his crew member came and replaced coil around a window, as well as did some glazing/replaced a broken window pane. They were on-time, professional, speedy and did an overall great job. Very happy and will use HomePro Handyman again!

I used Home Pro to replace an old fire door between my garage and house and to rechalk my tub. The new door closes tightly and looks great. The tub chalking was tricky as there parts where there were big gaps between the tub and the tile.
For both jobs they did an outstanding job. On time, professional, and great work. I will use them again.
