If I could do less than one I would. Shoddy workmanship. We had HomePro help us finish our basement and if we could go back we would have never used them. We were taken advantage of financially. I could wrote a book on everything we experienced in the three months we worked with them but honestly, at this point I am just tired of having to continue to fix mistakes that should have been quality work we expected and paid for. We never worked with the owners directly, but Janice lied and was unprofessional several times over. If you are wanting to have your basement finished or major work done...choose someone who can do the job correctly (and honestly) the first time.

Justin came and performed a roof inspection on our house the same day I called. We only owned the house 2 years and did not have any documentation on the age of the roof. He instantly recognized the brand of shingles on our roof and showed me the brand name by gently pulling back on the drip edge. He confirmed this roof was replaced in 2018 when the City experienced a major hailstorm that damaged hundreds of roofs in town. He is super knowledgeable and produced a formal report by days end. Great company, I am super impressed.

When Austin first made contact with us, we looked at various options and settled on what we wanted done, e.g. installing the shingles, sprucing up the ugly flashing around the chimneys that a prior roofer left, repaired the sagging patio roof where it connected to the house and totally rebuilt, strengthened, and of course shingled the patio roof to better than before.

All told we are VERY pleased with the outcome. Everything we asked for was met with top quality materials and workmanship plus everything was completed in a day and a half. Cleanup went from a disaster all around the house to no sign they had ever been there.

We have been using HomePro Solutions for three years and will never call anyone else. They are trustworthy, reasonably priced and do a great job. A couple of years ago they came out to quote the repair of two skylights and wound up fixing them on the spot instead. Most recently we had a home inspection and the inspector found that the trusses had not been repaired properly by the previous owner. Justin come out the same day I called him, to check out the issues, and he had a crew out the next day to do the repair. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I had an amazing experience with Home Pro! Called for a bid on a new roof and had an estimate in front of me within 24 hours of them inspecting the roof. Even better I didn't have to haggle or negotiate on price, they came in lower than anyone on their first bid! They told me to expect 2 days to tear off the old roof and put on the new one. I Arrived home from work after the first day and it had already been completed. Absolutely amazing! In a world full of sub par customer service and quality, Home Pro was a breath of fresh air making this headache of a process easy and seamless.

This business 100% deserves their 5 star rating. They came and fixed my roof leak within minutes. The worker named Jason was honest and professional. Complete night and day experience from these guys compared to the big RightNow company who gave me a false diagnostic and tried gouging me. I recommend HomePro to everyone!

I have never had a better experience with a contractor than I did with Justin Vail at HomePro. Justin kept me informed and answered all my questions. When I called or texted he almost always got back to me the same day. Their price was reasonable and they showed up and finished the repairs on schedule. They stayed on schedule and within their estimate even though they wound up with some unexpected work and materials to fix some problems they could not see until they had the roof off. We were dealing with The Hartford insurance company and their adjuster way under estimated the cost of the repairs. It was a real struggle to get them to pay the claim. Without Justin's help I don't think they would ever have given us a reasonable settlement. HomePro waited over two months until we could finally get the insurance company to settle the claim before they billed us for the balance. Their work and customer service was top notch. I would recommend them without any reservation.

I couldn't recommend these guys enough. after a year of fighting with insurance and other roofers, I contacted Jason and his crew and within a week my roof was done. they have been extremely helpful and easy to talk to. they answered any and every question I had and went in to full detail about every step of the process. not only is the finished product exactly what I wanted but they were the best price in town. the crew that came to my property were clean, careful, mindful and respectful. definitely worth hiring.

Over-priced. But very professional work. Clean up was superb! Could do better job in explaining warranty. I was surprised to learn after the fact that I would have to pay more 50 year warranty.

Had a large new awning that needed shingled. Just two business days after my initial call, Justin and the crew rolled in and knocked it out in 2hrs. We were very impressed. We had a great experience with HomePro Roof Co. they are personable and professional. They helped us work with our insurance to get a fair claim and coverage. They are very knowledgeable in Idaho codes and laws which was soooo helpful! While we were waiting for insurance to finalize coverage they had someone fix the leak in our roof because rain was in the forecast! We were 100% taken care of by our team! We were told during our home inspection that we had evidence of a slight leak from our water heater roof vent. We called HomePro to come take a look and give an estimate. Justin showed up within a hour to hear about our problem. He then came back an hour later with his equipment. He worked so quickly that we didn't even realize he was on the roof. He quickly caulked a minor crack near the roof vent and knocked on the door. He said that it was such a minor repair that he wasn't even going to charge for it! We were very impressed by his honesty and ethics. We would definitely call HomePro again.

Amazing company! Highly recommend! They said they would be here at 8:30 and they were on the roof working by 8:15. They finished my entire roof in one day. On Saturday, October 14, 2017, about five inches of snow fell during the early morning. All of the trees on our property were covered in wet, heavy snow, but a flowering pear tree in our front yard, and a long needle pine tree were both severely damaged. On Monday, we called HomePro and Jim’s Tree Service to get bids to remove the pine tree. Justin, with HomePro, returned our call right away. He came out and gave us a bid. He said he would be back on Friday to cut down the pine tree, grind down the tree trunks of both trees, and haul off the debris. He came on Wednesday because the weather forecast called for bad weather on Friday. He completed the work quickly, professionally, and at the price he quoted us. We highly recommend Justin and HomePro’s services.
