We had a tree fall on our house and HSM fixed our house on schedule and the house is nicer than before the tree fell on it. Thank you Delayne and HSM.

I now have a gorgeous 2nd story deck that includes french doors. I can't wait for spring to use it!!! This company delivers on all levels. I highly recommend and I will be using again for any future projects.

We had a total, down to the studs, remodel of our living room and dining room. They replaced the wiring, insulation, drywall and painted. We are very pleased with the results. They were professional and quick to respond when contacted. Their work was quality. We would highly recommend them and will use them again for any further work!

We could not be happier with the performance, price and attention to detail of Paul and Delayne at Homeowner Services of Michigan. We came to HSM with a lengthy list of interior and exterior improvement projects for our home in Chelsea, MI. The first phase took care of the exterior. HSM cleaned, repaired weather damage and painted the exteriors of the house and barn, renovated the roofs, rebuilt and painted the deck, stairs and landings, renovated the gutters and cleaned up the overgrown trees and shrubbery. HSM had multiple teams of contractors working simultaneously on these projects. Everything was coordinated perfectly, and the workmanship was superior.

We will be proceeding with the interior projects over the winter months. We will definitely be working with HSM for the "Phase 2" interior projects as well.

We had HSM redesign our front porch railing to reflect its original look from 1910. Estimate by Delayne was done promptly . The work was scheduled quickly and took one day to complete. Our railing looks beautiful. We are thrilled with the work. Everyone was professional , experienced and super friendly. Highly recomend.

HSM is a top flight company that we used for several tasks around the house. From the initial visit by Delayne through the completion of the job, they were professional, conscientious, friendly, and engaging. The workers came up with improvements that were not initially discussed. Their solutions were actually better than those defined in the scope statement. The project management tool that HSM uses is informative and allows the company and customer free interaction. HSM might be a little pricier, but you get what you pay for. We look forward to working with them on future projects.

We are very happy with the quality of work. The team was on time and seemed very trustworthy. Not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for!

The paint on our concrete porch came off in sections after each winter. I had to paint it every year. Delayne worked with Sherwin William's to come up with a possible solution. His workers came back 3 times over the summer to fix problem areas. Delayne never expected to be paid until all was well. He came out several times to check progress and always came when he promised. He said they would return in the spring to check on the porch. We were very pleased with his persistence and his ability to be on time.

Delayne Barber, the owner of Homeowner Services of Michigan, is genuinely a wonderful person. He manages a great team that gives projects their full attention. He is willing to look for creative solutions to complicated problems, and you can count on Delayne and his team to fix, repair, build, or take care of anything on your to do list. He comes highly recommended.

May 29, 2019. Paul and Steve squeezed in the exterior staining of my new pottery studio and could not have been more professional or friendly. I appreciated their patience when we opened the stain and found it had been mixed incorrectly. I appreciated their tenacity in the rainy weather, and their excellent work at a very reasonable price. I have no doubt we will use Homeowner Services of Michigan in the future!
