First time going in today and a worker thought I was stealing
An older woman with glasses offered to show me where the screwdrivers are, and I’m feeling thankful at first. She shows me where they are but stays extremely near and hovers around me and then starts to pretend to fix stuff right by me, I saw her just touching stuff looking over at me very obviously and stayed the entirety of the time I spent looking at screw driver tips, made me so uncomfortable that I decided to leave and she left the isle at the same exact time and began chatting with another older woman
that definitely wasn’t a coincidence.
Idk if it was how I looked or if because I had a baby in a stroller or maybe a race related issue because I’m Latina. I just wanted a screwdriver
One could argue that she was just doing her job, but there’s cameras everywhere it’s a brand new store and I’ve never once stepped foot in. I gave no indication or reason to make her think she needed to keep an eye on me

Management and staff go above and beyond in customer service. Steven the manager was so caring and helpful with a difficult return as was the cashier handling the return. The help made our bathroom renovation go a little bit smoother. Plus they were so sweet to our kids! Thanks Home Base!

Nice to have a big box home improvement store in Laramie Wyoming. Now I don't need to go to Lowe's or Home Depot in Cheyenne. They have everything you need and the prices are very reasonable compared to other local hardware stores in town. They even give out military discount on all products. Just register you phone number and they will discount everything at checkout. Just wish they had their own app to quickly order and look before driving into town. Overall great service to the local community.

Went in to browse around the new store and while I was there asked them about cutting a couple of new keys. The girl who did it was super nice and the machine they have is top shelf for sure. Super reasonably priced keys and friendly service!

Visiting Laramie, I had not previously experienced this brand although I shop at home improvement stores frequently and generally don't feel the need to price check. That was a mistake as I purchased a portable grill by Lippert that met my needs. After I left I found their price of $79 was much higher than other retailers who price the product at $45. Lesson learned.

Fantastic to have a home improvement store of this size in Laramie. The prices and offerings at the time of this review are very competitive. I no longer feel the need to drive to Cheyenne or FoCo for supplies.

What a wonderful store for Laramie! HUGE selection of anything that you could possibly want for your home, ranch or business! The staff is friendly and very helpful! Oh Boy, Laramie is growing up in a BIG WAY! Thank you!

This place is organized, has a great selection, and will save so many trips to Cheyenne and Fort Collins. Plus who doesn't love looking at the Schleich animals up front? Everyone has been friendly and helpful, but Rachael is extra rad!

Well I imagine this is going to cut down on a lot of trips to Cheyenne for supplies. Especially when you consider the cost of fuel back and forth. The store seems well laid out and organized. If they keep these prices, they will probably eliminate Ace hardware, and Bloedorn. All the staff we spoke with we're friendly as well. Lots of good supplies, tools, and hardware.

Fantastic store. I love Ace, but I'm so excited Laramie now has a store of this size. Large lumber section with a few hardwood options if you hate Bloedorn like me. Garden section, carpet, lots of tools, plenty of plumbing stock -- everything! I'm in awe! So glad this store is here!
