Patrick and Julia are the best and they make such a great team. We loved how our bathroom came out so we used them again for our kitchen and would definitely hire them a third time! Patrick pays attention to detail and does beautiful work, also cleans up at the end of the day which is so rare. Julia was my hero and my voice of reason when I was stressed over a decision!

Patrick , Julia and Andy completed an amazing remodel for our bathroom , kitchen, and living room.
The bathroom and kitchen were 100% demo projects.
Kitchen included new cabinetry, flooring, ceiling, drywall replacement , repiping, recessed lighting and a gorgeous granite countertop. In the living room they removed the popcorn ceiling, painted ceiling and walls and installed recessed lighting.
The timeline of the project was professional and timely. The communication was perfect. They deserve 100 ⭐️’s!!!!!

Superior workmanship, they did a bathroom remodel, it turned out absolutely beautiful.

Patrick and his wife Julia did an outstanding job on our projects. Julia took the time to match the existing tile, countertops, and cabinets. Patrick’s crew covered my floors and made sure they cleaned up after work every day. They went above and beyond when our grandson was born early and worked around our schedule.

It was a true pleasure working with Julia and Home Synergy on my floor installation.
I had a rush request and Julia was very helpful and assisted me with my work order and county permit. The floors are beautiful and the price was right for the project. Julia also assisted with county inspection for completion.

Julia and Patrick are amazing to work with. They walked us through every step in the process. They were professional, on time and communicative. Our bathroom looks amazing.

We needed a door to be built out to our lanai, so we could have easier access to the pool bath. Julia and Patrick were quick to respond and helped coordinate the initial house plans to see if we needed to get further documents from an architect. We did and then after receiving those, quickly moved forward. Everything went as planned, and Patrick came to cut for door. I appreciated the way he taped up all the flooring around to protect area while he worked. We plan to hire him again for future projects!

Home Synergy replaced our kitchen tiles. We are happy with the quality of work. Work schedule was on time, communication was excellent.

We needed our Lanai and the area around our fireplace tiled. Julia was quick to respond to our inquiry for an estimate and projected start date. The estimate was very competitive and the start date met our timeline. Patrick and crew showed up on time and got right to work, they finished the jobs on time and with very good results. Patrick and Julia did a fantastic job remodeling our shower after a botched job done by someone else. Patrick also installed a custom ordered french door in our home and cabinetry. They were professional and very flexible throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for any home renovation/construction needs!

Home Synergy is great to work with! Patrick remodeled our kitchen and master bath. Both areas turned out beautiful. He and his crew did top quality work, they were timely, professional, respectful of our space, and kept the work areas clean. They even tolerated my many questions and were patient with the changes we made along the way. I would not hesitate to hire them again...actually, we already have! He is coming back to install crown molding in our office and we can't wait to get started!

Home Synergy was amazing! They were very responsive to my calls. Julia was able to squeeze me in the schedule for a quote that same day, and Patrick started work on the tile almost within that week after having picked out the tile. He was very knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. A great company. I will be glad to call them again for any further projects in the future. After having dealt with a few contractors that didn't meet our standards, I was thrilled when we found Patrick and Home Synergy. Everything handled very professionally. The work was completed on time even though we ran into a few problems. I had no problem leaving them in my home while I wasn't there. They were very neat and always treated our property respectfully. We have several more projects coming up and will only be contacting Home Synergy to complete them.

Home Synergy went the extra mile! All problems which cropped up were swiftly and professionally resolved. I am extremely satisfied with the attention to detail shown and the pleasant way everything was handled.

I was satisfied with the way they are able to resolve any issues that were encountered, base on the structure of the flooring and walls.

Patrick was the third contractor to look at our project and the only one who actually looked at the structural problems that he would face. The first project involved raising the kitchen ceiling, requiring re-routing of plumbing, AC, and electrical, and reinstalling lights, drywall and cabinets. All work was done neatly and efficiently, and we are very pleased with the remodeling.
They also installed a beam in the garage to help strengthen the initial beam which was a poorly designed beam that required a central pole to prevent the upstairs floor from sagging, resulting in the removal of the pole and providing more space in the garage. Synergy Homes did an outstanding job on both projects and we look forward to using them again on future remodeling projects.

Our master bathroom sustained terrible water damage that ended up requiring a shower rebuild. Patrick and Julia were very helpful and extremely patient as we worked through the design process.
