I needed a new breaker for my trailer (dryer) & they do not carry them. They did refer me to V&W Electric.

This guy needs to hire some staff. It's so rude to be helping a customer then abruptly leave to help another customer and not come back to finish helping the 1st. I was ready to purchase doors, steps the day I came and possibly a kitchen. We ended up leaving because the owner didn't seem intrested in selling products.

Great place to meet the needs of mobile home owners in the Fairmont and surrounding areas. Large stock of mobile home parts onsite, and if he doesn't have it in his store he can order and have it there within a few days. Customer service is number one here, and it's always a pleasure doing business with someone who appreciates you. Best mobile home parts store in Fairmont.

I am very disappointed. After receiving a door that was the right size but wrong depth I was told I could use the door to fill the whole in my house till mine came in, I used my back door and ever so much as passed there the door I bought. Two weeks later it was still not delivered to the store and only found out after the door was removed and taking back to the store. A week after that I called to see if it was in and was told it was on back order, so me and a very nice women set up for me to get a different door that could be available the next week. This is where the trouble starts. The older man automatically starts talking to me like I'm his dog before we ever get the door in the store. He spends 5 min half heartedly wiping the door because the rubber mat in my truck left marks on the door. Never in my life has some one in costumer service talked to me in the tone and unpleasantness that this guy did. After some words between him and his daughter I asked if I should step outside. She politely asked if I minded, so I stepped out for a few min. After returning he overly uptight man offered to buy my door for less then a 1/3 of what I had payed for it. NO WAY!! AND THAT I COULD PUT THAT MONEY TOWARDS THE DOOR THAT WAS THE SIZE I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE TO BEGIN WITH! I injoy working with small business, but never again will it be here. I own or maintain around 10 moble homes and I will never use this store again because of how I was talked to, regardless of how the money part played out I was made to feel like I was a 3rd class person. That being said I was pleased with how I was treated by the younger man and women, very nice and pleasant. One bad apple will kill the best of businesses.
