Just had a communication issue but it was corrected I would say home solutions is a good company to turn to you when you need assistance with finding a contractor or handyman.

I've called twice and left my information to call me. All I want is a quote and I have yet to get a return call.

A lady finally called me this morning, evidently after she saw my review above. Really wasn't interested in what I was needing. Gave me a name of someone else, WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. I called them back to see if they had a number for the people she suggested I call. Once I hung up, the young girl I talked to the 2nd time had the nerve to call me back and get snotty with me because she thought I ASKED for a referral of someone else and said I had the nerve to call them for that after realizing I left a bad review. That is very poor customer service and unprofessional

If you don't want negative reviews along with the good, don't ask for them.
