I needed my water heater replaced and was getting the run around from traditional plumbers because I wanted a tankless installed and roof work was needed for proper ventilation.

Home Service Direct came out in one day with roofers and plumbers and got the job handled. The workers were very professional and did a fantastic job. The price was more than reasonable for the work they did.

I used Home Services Direct for a small office built in May 2024 in the contract included floor plans and permits after two months of them dragging on the work a village inspector came in and stopped the construction because there was no permits submitted or floor plans made after that he wouldn't answer my calls or text, They did a breach of contract.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is a scam. Hired them to do work on my house, they started the work never finished and ran off with my deposit. I learned my lesson but it has cost me a lot!!! This is not a fake review but an honest warning to the public DO NOT do business with this company!!!

Absolutely amazing people. I've had them do so much to my house since moving to Glenview. Regraded my yard and installed proper drainage. New siding. New windows. New roof. New AC. Built a shed in the back. Laid concrete. And most recently, installed outdoor LEDs. Everything they've done was done with the best materials and on schedule. I'm planning to have them finish my basement next. I won't have anyone else work on my house.
