Had a microwave installed and apparently needed spacers. No one told me this and now my microwave looks like it’s suspended in air. Tried to get customer service to at least give me some of money back since they installed it anyway. But they told me they installed it and that’s all they do. Very bad customer service!!! I would give them 0 stars if that was possible!!

Poor knowledge of inventory...
Poor checker experience...
And why do you have such small counters at your check out stands.. NEWS BREAK your a home improvement store not a pharmacy... Most items you sell won't even fit on the very small counters and it really adds to the flustration at check out...

Got there at 7 PM. They did a superb job! I have a couple of minor projects and want exactly sure which products would work best...an associate there knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish, even had suggestions that made the jobs easier to complete, AND had me out the door in less than 30 minutes after we met!!!

Purchased flooring and paint for the parsonage at our church. The customer service was great. We talked to some very knowledgeable people who helped us with a couple of projects. Surprisingly easy to find someone to help.

First off I love Home Depot, and most of the associates that work there are fantastic and knowledgeable people. It is the management of the star which earns at a one-star review, the grand majority of the store management is about as useless as a $3 bill printed on notebook paper. There's a serious lack of customer service in the higher echelons of this particular store

Two check out stands were staffed, while the self check out lanes were empty of customers but had three staff personnel there to help. Both open check out lanes had long lines of customers waiting, but this box store would rather keep their customers waiting and push them to the self check out. Many of us really prefer to finish our purchases with a real , wage earning, polite sales person. Get the hint.

This place needs some help. Somebody please apply. 15 minutes waiting for help to load 2 bags of sand.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
