We found ourselves in a very frustrating situation after a flood in our new home. We had to replace almost all the flooring on our main level. The crew at JRCC got right to work. It took quite some time to fully restore the damage but there was so much work that needed to be done and it was finished beautifully by the skilled and careful work force consisting of Les, Gavin, Jose, Miguel, and Ismael, led by their very attentive
project manager Steve West. They went above and beyond to satisfy my ever watchful eye.
They were so respectful, kind, personable, tidy and skilled.
JRCC worked well with our insurance and everything worked out even better than expected thanks to all those behind the scenes handling that very important part of the process. Overall, We are thrilled with the restoration and would recommend JRCC to anyone who finds themselves in need of help.

A little while back Miguel Felix showed up to help me install new floorboards at My Home and also had to help me redo my bathroom shower. He was able to get it done in 3 days. He was very helpful and respectful. I would recommend JRCC, ask for miguel!

I can’t praise this company enough. Right from the start coming in and assessing the damage working with my insurance company to get them to cover it and the repair itself. Les came in and repaired the damage. He did a great job and was very nice and professional.

JRCC came to my place when my bathroom flooded at 5am on a Sunday morning and they were amazing! Alfredo was very nice, hardworking and friendly. I would refer them to just about anybody!

We had water damage from a leaking refrigerator that required flooring, insulation, wood trim and sheetrock replacement. It was quite a mess and our insurance recommended we call JRCC. They promptly mitigated within a day, drying out damage over the next week. Their construction arm followed with restoring the home back to normal, better than it was, and we were very pleased. As with any construction there were a few hiccups (mostly their flooring subcontractor) but they made them come back and fix the problem. The guys who worked with us from JRCC did great and we would especially like to acknowledge Les, Ryan, and Zach for their work to make sure we were taken care of with quality work. Unexpected damage to a home is stressful and they took away a lot of the stress by making sure our home repairs went well. I recommend JRCC. We are located in Grand Coulee and the Moses Lake office took care of us. Many thanks!

John came and dried up all of the water in our crawled space from a broke pipe. He was always on time, explained everything he was doing and gave me updates if time changed . He was very informative and very good at his job and professional.

As far as the other part of the repairs was not so good. After a week of the floors being dried and not getting any calls for the job to be done, I call them , then I was told someone would come Friday, no calls on Thursday or Friday morning to let me know what time. So I called them again Friday morning, I was told they would come at 9, well at 10 this guy showed up, I'm sorry but he smelled so so bad at heavy duty smoke or marijuana who knows. I'm super sensitive to smells and makes it hard to breath, so when he finally gets done, I'm caughing and my allergies are acting up.
I am glad this job is done because I am not pleased with the people that I had to deal with besides John.

Johnathan and his crew (Eric and Jesus I believe) came out to our home to fix water damage post flooding. All of the guys that came out were friendly, professional, and gave us updates/provided great communication. We will always recommend them!

I had a drain vent pipe break so my washing machine backed up into my kitchen and laundry room. I called JRCC and they came and mitigated the water damage. We had a pipe break on Christmas morning at one of our Elementary buildings that caused a considerable amount of damage to our school. JRCC's crews took time away from their families and came out on Christmas day to remediate our our damage. They worked all through that week and had our building ready for students to come back to school after Christmas break. We did not miss a single day of school. JRCC"s crew was easy to work with and were very responsive to our needs. Thank you to the crew at JRCC for getting the job done quickly and professionally.

If you're looking for the slow service, cheap quality, unmet promises, and shady business practices this is the company for you. The repair has been dragging out for over a year. The work is subpar at best and it's clear they hire the cheapest work which gives the cheapest results. They say one thing and do another and don't follow through on what they say they will do. They also like to deviate from the agreement and will use items that were not agreed upon. Most likely left over supplies from a previous job. They also give no thought to the end result using what ever means to get the job done. Avoid this company at all costs or pay the results of their terrible work. They may be cheap, but it shows in the terrible work. I will likely be paying out of pocket extensively to repair the damage and poor quality of their work. No savings to be had here. The only reason I have not provided an address is genuine fear of some form of retaliation in the form of even lower quality of service or the current main struggle of their incredibly shady business practices. Still trying to get them to do what was agreed on and has now extensively exceeded the insurance claim and paying well into the 5 digits out of pockets for what should have been a cut and dry insurance claim.

I was vacationing in Mexico over Christmas. Unfortunately, I experienced a flood due to a frozen pipe. It had been flowing for days prior to a friend discovering the issue while checking on our house.
We called JRCC late at night and they responded so fast and had a plan presented to us early the next morning.
I called the insurance and our adjuster said they have worked with JRCC in the past. So we were insureded we were in great hands and be well taken care of.
We have decided to spend the winter in Mexico until all repairs are completed.

During record cold snap, Had a pipe burst that flooded our basement Christmas night. Having had a negative experience with another company in the past, we decided to give JRCC a try. Despite being "the busiest they've ever been" (quoted from their office when we initially called--due to EVERYONE'S pipes freezing in the subzero temps), they communicated every step of the way, letting is know a realistic timeline of when they'd be able to come out and start work on our house. Miguel was professional and thorough in his initial assessment of the damages and honest about timelines based on their presently very busy business volume. They showed up to start work when he said they would. The remediation crew (headed up by Jonathan) was professional, communicative, and SUPER efficient, knocking out demo of the flood damaged areas in just 2 days, in a thorough and clean fashion, without leaving ANY mess. Jonathan called us daily to keep us up to date on progress every step of the way. Having seen how awful this process can go with another company... I cannot thank JRCC enough for their professionalism, integrity and quality of workmanship. Highly recommend!

This crew is awesome!!!! I would definitely use again! They were very thorough! Kept us well informed, got rid of black mold, checked for asbestos and made sure to keep my family safe!! I had a burst pipe while out of town and came back to a large, badly flooded crawlspace. JRCC was immediately available with a professional crew. Matthew, Zeeke and Kareem did a tough job extremely well. Would recommend.

Our kitchen island leaked into our kitchen & dining room floor. I contacted my friend whose son, Gabe works for JRCC. Gabe made a phone call and Matthew called me the next morning and came over. He was very polite and professional. He made a stressful situation into a much more tolerable situation. Matthew worked directly with our insurance company, which was such a relief!

They showed up promptly and were very caring and made my family feel like everything would be ok. They were very thorrough and informative. Once everything was setup they went to work and even worked overtime to make sure all of my families belongings were safe, secure and sanitary. The next couple of days their professionalism went to a new high. They came everyday to check up on the process and also checked on our family. I wish I could put no stars. My kitchen floor was torn with installation happened but yet the owner ben denies its and refused to fix it. Had to get an attorney to help we shall find out what happens. This company is a joke. Here some pictures of the great work they did but offered my 300 to just brush past this, nope not this girl.

I recently had JRCC paint the exterior of my house and detached garage. They were very professional from start to finish. The paint job looks amazing and I would highly recommend them.

When it came to repairing the damage in my home they were horrible. Took them almost a month and half to lay underlayment after they tore out my floor. The sub contractor they hired did damage to my home and JRCC didnt finish repairing the damages. Left the homeowner to complete it. jrcc failed at the agreed price and charged me more then the agreed upon price. Charged me for items they didnt even do. Will never refere JRCC to anyone.

I am so pleased with Jared, Aaron and Clark from JRCC! Of course they came promptly to help us with our water damage, which I appreciate their quick response time, snd I was so pleased with how great of guys they are! They were very professional, courteous and full of information. It was very comfortable having them in our home and taking care of us! I highly recommend them!

Our home had water damage in the basement and we were impressed by the JRCC workers’ professionalism. They helped us feel at ease with the whole process and communicated well with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend them!

After a recent rainstorm we found water dripping from the vent in our microwave. A water feature in your microwave is not what we wanted.

We called JRCC based on the reviews we read. They sent someone the same day to inspect the microwave, vent stack, cabinets, dry wall and attic space for the leak and any water damage. The inspector was prompt and professional. Dom walked us through the inspection process, what he was looking for and what to expect.

Fortunately for us, we had a good outcome, no water damage! Rain coming down sideways is tough to keep out and we'll be contacting an HVAC company to change out the roof vent. We can sleep better knowing that there's no water damage.

JRCC repaired quite a bit of damage caused by an upstairs water leak in our home. They replaced some Sheetrock, flooring, and trim. They worked well and did beautiful work. We are very happy with the results.

I have been very happy with JRCC in general and Colton in particular. The office staff have answered my questions promptly. I have met with Colton twice and he has been respectful, listened to my concerns, given me straight forward answers, and laughed at some of my poor jokes. It is nice doing business with a firm that wants my business and has a staff that makes the effort to provide quality service.

fail to respond to clients after cutting larger holes in there homes. our home was damaged but unless you knew about it most people didn't notice it that all changed after JRCC sent there team out to give us an estimate they made the damage larger now we have a hole in our kitchen and they wont return our calls. This is an issue that JRCC has the opportunity to correct and my review will be updated as the situation progresses
As this project progressed JRCC got it done the work looks great and now my only complaint would be my insurance. Matt worked hard to get our insurance on board with what the scope of work looked like and Steve stayed on top of the work and insured that we had a dinning room before Christmas.

When we have emergency repair and clean up needs (like when our second floor washing machine flooded through to our garage) JRCC is always the right choice.

This company is only in business to make money at any cost. They destroyed my carpet and missed the mold underneath the house, which caused another delay. The original person on the job tried to double bill in the estimate and drying out phase. Ben attempted to make things "right," but only because he didn't want us sharing our storing with anyone. I wouldn't do business with this place if it was the last one on earth. It doesn't even deserve the one star, but it made me click on something.
