911 Roofing Solutions

911 roofing was quick get our roof fixed. After all the rain we had in Cheyenne, we noticed a bad leak in one of our rooms. After filing the claim, getting a few estimates, 911 put us at high priority! Even with the supply shortage, they came in a week to replace the roof. The roofers did great work! There were a couple of minor problems, that were remedied ASAP. Dave made everything right and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Thanks for getting us fixed in a pinch!

I own several commercial buildings - one building I purchased in 2008 and never re-roofed it. I asked a well known local roofing company to go and inspect it and give me a bid as I just rented it to a new tenant. They told me is was in need of a new roof. I didn't have the $20k to fix it so I just let it go. 8 months later I asked David from 911 to get me a bid on the roof replacement. He called me up and said it didn't need a new roof and that it would make it another 5 years with just some small repairs. So, $840 later I have been water tight - since. Consequently, I have used David on all my other roofing jobs.

I can't thank 911 Roofing for the service they provide to me with the new shingles on my house.
The noise level was not bad which I was pleased for since.

Updated 7/20/23: Gutters have been fixed! And we've even had torrential rain this afternoon to test them out. They're working great! Really appreciate the prompt and helpful response from 911.

Updated 7/14/23: 911 sent out a couple employees to my house to check the gutters. They agreed they're off, and are going to send out the gutter subcontractor to fix them. I'll update my review once the gutters are fixed. Again, really appreciate the prompt and helpful service from 911!

I have a decent sized house with a very complicated roof on the prairie side of town. They put a new roof on in one day. It was about a 13 hour day, but, it was done in a day. I was pleasantly surprised that it got done as quickly as it was. It took them a while to get it started, but, it wasn't their fault. The winds out here can be bad. The first calm day, for Cheyenne, that we had after I paid the deposit it was done. The office staff is courteous and thorough. I'm not sure that they could have done anything to make the experience better.

Selling our home we used 911 to replace our roof before closing. Insurance paid out hail damage and setting up the appt with 911 was a breeze. Worked with both David and Amanda in the front office and they were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The crew they sent to do the replacement was extremely hardworking and put in about a 12+ hour day. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up and another gentleman came back the next day to run a magnet over the driveway again and clean up any leftover granules. Would highly recommend-very impressed!

I had an excellent experience with 911 Roofing. Dustin did a fantastic job explaining everything and keeping in touch while I waited for the insurance company to do their part. I was impressed that the day after the inspection, I already had an estimate. Dave contacted me several times during the process, and I felt that my business mattered to the company. The crew showed-up and did a great job, finishing up in one day; a task I did not believe possible. Amanda made visits to the office quick and enjoyable when I selected colors and made payments. Would definitely recommend 911 Roofing. And if I live to be 112 and the Malarkey warranty expires, will use them for the next replacement.

Of course the proof of successful repair welcome after we experience moisture, but the repair was certainly done efficiently and appears solid. I do appreciate 911 correcting previous roofers repair.

I am grateful for the assistance I received from 911 Roofing Solutions. In September 2022 a microburst of wind blew my 9' deck umbrella right off the iron base and it landed in the middle of my high pitch roof. Umbrella was still open and logged stuck in my unusual roof design. I called several roofing contractors for assistance to remove umbrella from roof. I called seven contractors, all booked days out. When I called 911 Roofing Solutions, the gal I spoke with told me she had 2 employees driving back from Laramie to Cheyenne and she would check if they could come by to assist with my issue. She told me I will call you back in about 15 minutes and let you know. She called in 10 minutes and said they will come by take care of my issue. I had a doctor appt scheduled that morning, she said I did not need be home when they swing by. I was gone little over an hour for my appt and returned home to find my umbrella back on the stand on my deck and I found a business card on my door from James Feeney, he wrote he noticed some roof damage. I was aware there is roof damage and I plan to call 911 Roofing Solutions on my roof in near future. Their response and trust in my need with the umbrella issue and the card left on my door gives me trust that 911 Roofing Solutions is the company to call with roofing issues. In today's busy environment, it is rare to get any business to assist on these unusual issues that appear.

We had a roof installed less then two years ago by another local company, the roof started leaking due to poor workmanship of the other company. That company would not stand behind their warranty, or even respond to us calling and emailing them. So we called 911 Roofing and was more then impressed with the customer service. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

911 Roofing has been great to work with, they showed up next day for an estimate and while they were there patched the broken skylights to help prevent further damage. Scheduled us very quickly given the circumstances and damage, finished the work quickly, professionally and did a great job of cleaning up. Offered great shingles with the option to upgrade for better hail impact protection and at a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for roof repair in Cheyenne!

We could not be more satisfied with 911 Roofing. From the time we met James who came and accessed our roof damage till our roof was all completed. They scheduled us in a very timely manner and showed up and had a very hard working crew that worked all day into the evening to finish the job. The clean up they did was amazing. On time. fast, and paid attention to detail. They must have taken a lunch break, but other than that they just kept on moving and finished in one day. It was one of our hot days of summer. They brought a case of water and needed it. Looks good to me!

The crew arrived when they said they would and started by covering areas around the house. The crew was fast and efficient and finished the roof in maybe 3 hours. They cleaned the whole area and said another truck would be by to pick up the extra equipment. When the truck arrived they walked around the house with a magnet to be sure everything was picked up again. All of the employees were polite and respectful. Their work was amazing!!

This company was very detailed when doing the roof inspection and dealt with my insurance company during and after replacing my roof. Which only took half a day. They cleaned up after themselves and sent out an inspector afterwards to make sure nothing got missed. I love the customer service and the attention to details. Thank you for my new roof.

We previously had rolled roofing. Due to a severe hail storm we needed it replaced. After visiting with David we went with an upgrade. Owens Corning. The roof looks great on the house. I called for an inspection, and the man that came was very professional and was honest that my roof looked fine, and didn't need repair after a terrible hail storm. I ended up getting some of the accessories replaced, and they got me on the schedule rather quickly, and replaced, and they look super nice. Very pleased with my experience with 911 Roofing!

They were also very friendly and attentive before and after our roof was done. Had a lot of hail damage to our roof and gutters. The quality, timeliness, and professionalism was top notch! I've worked with a few roofers in the past and 911 is amazing!

We were shocked and amazed at how quickly we were able to get our roof replaced. We desperately needed it and now have such an overwhelming sense of relief to replace our constant stress every time the wind blows. We couldn’t believe the team completed the whole removal and replacement in one day!!! All was completed within the span of our regular work day, so we weren’t inconvenienced in any way. They also did a really good job of cleaning up afterwards with only a couple broken plants (which is amazing considering how many we have directly around the entire base of the house) and VERY minimal roofing scraps to show they had even been there - aside from the amazing looking new roof!!!! Plus another employee came out to double check the next day for any nails or debris. Worth every penny!!! Thank you all for the great work!!!!

The staff at 911 Roofing were very responsive. Constantly letting me know every step of the process, and work plan. The crew hired to replace the singles on our house were so fast, and they cleaned up the work site very well. Could not believe they could tear off and reshingle three structures in one day. They all did a fabulous job for us!

I had a small leak in my roof and I anticipated paying at least a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed. 911 roofing showed up and instead of giving me an estimate fixed the problem at no cost to me. These guys are awesome and honest! Dave came out to my house to look at a leak around a pipe vent. He could have charged me 700$ to remove the pipe and reseal/shingle the opening left in the roof. He said all I needed was the pipe sealed around the flange and it would stop leaking. A 15 minute repair and he did it for nothing! We tipped him and his co-worker 20$ each for coming out.

These folks are great from the start of your claim to their final inspection and your complete satisfaction. If you do business with these folks you’ll see why they are a 5 star company.

From the moment we called to get a quote until the last shingle was put on our building, this company did everything in a very professional, caring manner.
