Home Services at The Home Depot - Grafton, WI

Bought carpeting a couple years ago that started lifting. It took almost 6 months to get through to have someone come out and just look at the carpet. Then another 2 months for them to come install it. The installers were very polite, however we were told they will not gaurantee the job because the carpet is too thin to use the proper amount of glue for it to stick fully without ruining the carpet. Nobody ever told us this when we were in communications with them so we could maybe order a different kind of carpet that would work. We had to move all of our furniture ourselves and they can't say it won't happen again!

Extremely disappointed in the flooring department. After having measurements completed I went into the Grafton Store to order the carpet. Only to sit there for 30+ minutes while the associate tried to get some other department to release the order. Once the order was released Home Depot was $350.00 more than the estimate. The associate couldn't tell me why. Needless to say my wife and I left very dissatisfied. I spoke to the Department Manager later that evening, Saturday, and he was going to look at the quote and call me with answers on Monday. Well you guessed it..... no return call. We live only minutes from the Grafton store. Unfortunately with this poor service I am going to be forced to drive to Menard's in West Bend or Menomonee Falls to shop for all our bigger needs.
