Dave was a superstar! We were buying a home and added a condition for inspection, and we were able to book him with less than 2 days notice. When he found out we were first time house buyers, he gave us super helpful maintenance tips and advice while doing the inspection walkthrough with us...all done with great humor, patience, and friendliness. The inspection itself and the report were both very thorough and he picked up on things we definitely would have missed. Highly, highly recommend!

We purchased a home in Wisconsin from out of state. Lakeside did the home inspection and we were not present for the inspection. The report was very thorough, had great pictures and let us know of all that was right and potentially wrong with the home we were purchasing. After the inspection they continued to be available for questions we had regarding the things we didnt like from the report. We continued with the purchase, acted on the items from the report and even had questions about things not in the report that they were happy to help us with. This is not our first purchase, so not our first inspection company, and I'd say they are close to, if not the best, inspection team we've worked with. Highly recommend

As first time home buyers, I couldn't have asked for better inspector. Jeremy walked us through the house and told us little things he would look into or change even though it wouldn't be put on his report because it wasn't a big deal. He even went over changing our furnace filter, how often to change it if we have pets, what kind of pet it is and good places to buy it. He would answer any questions that was asked and would have no problem explaining things if we did not understand. We will certainly be using him again when we purchase a new house.
