We connected with Benjamin and the team to remodel our condo. They did a fantastic job, installing a completely new bathroom, all new interior doors and shutters and in the kitchen new counter tops, cabinets, sink and amazing tile. With a fresh coat of paint and all new light fixtures, the place is looking great. What I really loved about working with Benjamin was his management of the job and his best in class communication methods. We were kept up to date, always knew what was happening and when. I would highly recommend Benjamin and his team, the best remodeling company that we have ever worked with.

I have used Home Resolution for three different projects. I first called them for damage done to my house during hurricane Ida. About a quarter of my roof came off and had water damage to a couple of rooms. They were quick to respond and matched my insurance claim. I then had to have an exterior wall replaced due to rotten wood and then had a laundry room addition to the house. For each job there was a contract that outlined the work in the order to be done and a payment schedule. Almost every day Ben would call me to update me on what was done and what will be done tomorrow. He kept me in the loop with whatever issue would come up including when to expect the crew if they were running late and why. He was always easy to get in contact with. The entire crew were very nice and polite and tried did their best to work around us. They were great in explaining everything they were doing, what options were available, and were very easy to work with. I know of some horror stories about contractors and was very nervous at first but I have total confidence in this crew to get the job done right and as soon as possible without taking advantage. Ben was able to trace a poor building design in my home to find a solution for my dryer vent leaking condensate in the attic. He was able to reroute the venting and install an exterior exhaust. He also had his crew install a new garbage disposal that works like a charm. He is multi-faceted and truly adheres to the name of his company, Home Resolution.

We had severe floor damage from a leaking tiolet. Floor damage was extensive, our home is off the ground. Wood floor had to be torn out and replaced, double floor. Benjamin completed repair and replaced both wood floors, installed new tiolet and new flooring in bathroom. We would highly recommend Benjamin for any home maintenance. We will be using him again for some other home projects. As a matter of fact, we just recommeded Home Resolutions to an individual that said needed some home repair.

I have known Ben for several years and he has done quite a few projects for me at my home. He replaced the carpet in my bedrooms and closets with wood floors, pressure washed my house and driveway, and several small repairs and maintenance jobs. I found Ben's website using a google search and since he already had such good reviews, we asked him to take down some old posts outside our office building. The good reviews will continue from us! He was prompt and the work was fairly priced. Called him back to patch up a large hole in one of our office ceilings and to make a backsplash for one of the kitchens. Both look fantastic and we are pleased with what he has done for us. We will definitely contact him first for work in the future.

Best home repair experience I’ve had. Quality work from a reliable worker. For years I had some AC ductwork running across my ceiling to my back room. I hired Ben to box it in with Sheetrock and the results were amazing. Also, had him install underpinning under the house and couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

Ben was absolutely great! Came on time and was very professional. He had installed shower doors before but mine was a bit different from the other ones. He didn’t panic, followed all instructions that were with the product, and eventually finished. Even went to the parts store to grab additional tools. He has done several jobs on my home, including: removing an old storm door and custom fitting and hanging a new wooden door; installing ceiling light fixtures; repairing a wood floor; and installing door knobs that had to be custom fitted in my old french door. Benjamin was recommended by some friends of mine whom he did several projects for. He is by far one of the most ethical people I have done business with after my home flooded last year. I needed a sliding glass shower door installed, which my second contractor seemed reluctant to install. Benjamin quoted me a price, showed up on time, and installed the shower door to my satisfaction. I look forward to him being able to complete a few more projects to help me get back into my home.

Benjamin Riley is by far the most honest, respectful and diligent guy we have dealt with since the flood!!!! I wish I would have found him from the beginning!!! Ben does great work. He replaced our back door, installed a new mailbox and post, and replaced a bad section of soffit for us. He showed up when he promised, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was fair and competitive.

Benjamin was fantastic. I needed upper cabinets installed on a wall and he did quality work. The finished project looked exactly how we imagined it. I highly recommend him for any job you need.

When I first got in touch with Benjamin he was very polite and helpful. We set up a day and time to go over the projects that needed to be done. However, Mr. Riley was an hour late to the appointment. I had to contact him when it was fifteen minutes past the appointment time for him then to tell me he was going to be late. When he did show up he did not apologize for being late.
Afterwards, it was a week later and still no quote from Mr. Riley. I did receive a text from him stating he could not do the projects. I believe this could have been said earlier on and not seven days after the fact.
Overall, I cannot comment on his workmanship, but I can comment on his business practice which I believe needs to be more focused on customer relations.

Benjamin was great! We had 3 small projects we needed done before selling our house. I emailed an outline of the projects and he responded quickly. He was punctual, friendly and did excellent work for a fair price. We plan on using his services again in the future.

Benjamin helped me make some repairs to a rental house that I have. He was very timely and easy to work with. I contacted Benjamin through his CraigsList ad to have him install a new built-in microwave oven. He provided me with a very professional detailed proposal of the services he would be providing and the price. He was prompt in arriving at the appointed time and completely professional in performing his work. He is very much a "measure twice, cut once" kind of guy. I have some more similar projects coming up and will definitely be calling him again.

I live in one state but own a rental property in another, so it can be challenging at times to respond to my tenants' needs. I needed some work performed on the balcony at my rental property quickly (while I was still in town) but didn't have the tools handy. I called Mr. Riley, and he was very flexible about working around my tenants' schedules to get the job done as fast as possible, and also charged a very reasonable rate for his work. I will definitely be calling him again if I need any additional work done over there.

Ben was hired to vacuum out covered hopper railcars and paint over graffiti. We were very satisfied with his work and pleased he completed the projects ahead of schedule.
