Dropped off a chainsaw for a new handle assembly when I picked it up it was pulling air due to throttle cable being too tight. They charged me again for their mistake. I’ve done quite a bit of business here since moving into the area renting equipment and buying saw parts but I will never spend another penny here.

I've purchased from Home Rental a couple of times and been very glad with the helpful service. Today I rented for the first time and the persons who helped me were beyond helpful and the Drain Snake used fixed the issue, will definitely keep Marshalltown's home rental service in mind for future home projects!

Incredible customer service during our massive storm. Helped an inexperienced chainsaw operator fix their saw in seconds for no charge. Later helped sharpen our chain for a reasonable rate when replacement chains were difficult to find.

They truly were a great help to our community and have earned a lifelong customer.

Micah was rehabbing my snowblower redone from our tornado and they claim they done work they never done and I had to pull it back down there with my wheelchair and get it fixed they said they'd make it right right or not don't play me that work you didn't do

The staff were friendly, they have huge veriety of top notch equipment. I rented a car trailer from them that was a very very nice , it made the job I was doing a pleasure to do. I will definitely be going back for my next project needs, thanks Home Rental Center
