Mr. Juan Mendoza was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining in detail the manufacturer and composition of the windows. He understood my situation and applied every discount available. I am very impressed with this young man. He represents your company amazingly.

Lalo and his crew were here early, kept me informed of every detail. He answered all my questions. Their work was very neat and they cleaned up everything before they left for the day. Also, they were very polite and respectful and my dogs love them. That means alot. They were impressive.

We have only had our initial consultation, but Louis Adney was great at listening to our needs and requests and was knowledgeable with regard to his product line and options.

Our Rep Dana Gamaleri, was very professional, informative and was very prompt in responding to our questions after our shower remodel meeting at our home. We even got senior and military discounts plus the April promotional special.

Bobby Hernandez, he had the time to sit with us and explained what kind of materials they work with, very professional.

Had a shower installed, first they put shark bite fittings in the wall had to hire a Plummer to come and replace all but one he couldn't reach the one behind the shower then the wrong handle and drain plate was installed which wasn't a big deal they got me the correct one. But what really up set us we finance it with a company they worked with and we had 100%financing when the job was done home pros was supposed to pull the final payment but they waited about 2 months to long and we had to pay the remaining balance in full. Horrible business I do not recommend them at all.

My experience with Home Pros has been positive, from meeting with the salesman, Louis Adney to installation. The only negative was the wait from December to March 28., 2025 to get the kitchen window installed. I realize this has to do with the manufacturer, but it seems excessive. The interaction with the support staff and the workmen has been positive.

Very disappointed with my experience with this company! I hired them to fully remodel two full bathrooms in my home and what they had said should’ve taken a week, maximum 2 weeks, took over 5 months! I was left with my master bathroom in a fully demolished state for an entire month because of incorrect measurements, though 2 different people came out to measure on different days! They then moved forward with demolishing my second bathroom stating they could fully complete that one, only to be left without a sink in that bathroom for a month. So for two whole months, I didn’t have a sink upstairs. Long story, short, had many different issues along the way and what was most frustrating was their lack of communication and lack of follow up! If I wasn’t contacting them, no one was contacting me! Better luck to those of you if you’ve hired them but if you’re considering them, I’d think twice!

Manager David Haemker was terrific about returning my calls in a timely manner and keeping me updated on the installation schedule. When minor hiccups occurred, David quickly responded. Installer Lorenzo was also great by describing the prep work to be done and actively working to complete the bathroom remodel. Lorenzo and his helpers were in constant motion the whole time on site. I am very pleased with their work.

We had the pleasure of working with Dan and Dave to get the stucco process going on our home. From beginning to end it was a great experience. They are both very professional and personable. Reasonably priced. The crew that came out to stucco the house was amazing. There was no mess left behind. The house looks brand new again, we are so happy the way it came out.

Juan Mendoza was very professional in his presentation. The most detailed explanation of all aspects of a bathroom remodel. I definitely recommend him as an advisor for anything done through Home Pros! A+

As expected, the work and projects were exactly what I wanted. New windows, lovely wood floor to replace an old carpet. Installers were quick, efficient, friendly, and let no mess behind. So I'm having Home Pros do a couple big jobs for family members. The only negative us that I live in Hobbs, NM, which is off the beaten path, so the project look a little longer.

Juan was understanding of our situation and explained many different opinions for us to consider. I really appreciate the company sending a picture of Juan ahead of time so we would know who to expect.

Home Pros recently installed four windows and a door on our home. The installation crew led by foreman Lalo Ochoa were courteous and professional doing an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the finished product which took one day to install and another half day to put the final touches on the stucco. We look forward to doing additional business with them in the near future. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

ADDENDUM: We have had additional installs done since I posted last. We had a storm door added to the backyard door and a heavy security door and a small window to the front of the house. As usual everyone was friendly and professional. We have run out of things needing replacement, but we do recommend Home Pros Las Cruces to anyone needing quality doors and windows.

I would like to say that Todd Wilcox is one of the best Sales Representative's I have ever met!
He is so personable, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, so understanding of your personal needs and choices, he is just very good.

I absolutely give Home Pros Remodeling 5 Stars! The entire staff was very professional- from the planning stages to the actual work being completed. They replaced our windows, put 2 coats of elastomeric paint on our roof, and re-stuccoed our house. The workers were on time, neat, and the most hard working bunch I ever saw! My husband and I highly recommend them!

Home Pros explained the process from beginning to end as to what would be taking place. Since I wanted a shower remodeled, they showed me many options and designs that could be made possible. I chose what I wanted and they explained what the costs would be. At the time of installation, the gentlemen that came to do the remodel (Adolfo and 2 other gentlemen) were very courteous and professional while getting the job done and cleaned-up everything that needed to be thrown away. During the process they also showed me what they had added and if I was okay with the way it looked. I was very satisfied with the work!!

HOME PROS is a company that has brought me a thorn in my side. Every time I shower, I am sickened by the fact that I spent over $12,000 for a remodel of my perfectly nice shower (it just didn't have a tub) and DID NOT GET WHAT I WANTED. I wanted a soaking tub but got a regular sized tub with 2 little arm rests. It's a soaking tub for a midget! I am extremely disappointed and realize that this is one of the biggest mistake of my life!

Home Pros came in to fix the mess another contractor left me. I am thankful they were willing to help!

WOW! Can't thank the team at Home Pros enough. Everyone was so nice when I was scheduling the appointment. They even confirmed the time still worked for me the day before our quote. Louis provided excellent guidance and design for my fabulous new kitchen! After we agreed on a design and price he gave me a timeline for my projects completion that was met by Home Pros with no problem.

Sierra arrived on time, was professional, and was very knowledgeable. She spent the time necessary to make sure we had the best selection that fit our needs and was aesthetically pleasing. We are waiting on the installation, but we will update on how the finished project turns out! But thus far, we have been very happy with our experience.

We met with Shane Mezzetti from Home Pros to receive an estimate. He is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. As a result we decided to go with Home Pros. We are waiting on the work to be started, but thus far Shane, Nathalia Jimenez, Sandra Limon and Tim Melendez have been very responsive and have provided top notch customer service.
