Jason has done quite a bit of concrete work for us and I would highly recommend him for his expertise and creativity when it comes to replacing or pouring new sidewalks, stairs, and patios. Attached are photos of the work he has completed for us. We are very pleased with his finished projects. He had some problems finishing the last project, but is working with us to get back on track to finish it.
Jason has apologized for the inconvenience and actions which led to the delays, and he is diligently working with us to finish it as we go forward.

Jason did a great job for us was very professional knew exactly what to do and when he was finished it was exactly what we had envisioned and the price was not too expensive nor was it too cheap. We got exactly what we paid for and it was great quality, job well done thank you Jason we'll definitely be using you on all of our future projects.

We hired Jason Swensen @ Homeowners Concrete to build a retaining wall. He took 1/2 down and said he would get started right away. After digging some dirt, we were met with no call backs, promises to show up and work where he never would show up. When he did show on twice for and hour, not much work was done. I offered to give him wood for forms and still we were met with promises that were never kept. If you are looking for concrete, the bad reviews are correct, and the better business bureau reviews are correct. After three weeks of promises and no shows I have no options but to leave a bad review and warn other people about this company.

This guy doesn't like to pay for the concrete he orders, even when you go out of your way to help him. Refuses to pay for concrete he ordered in July of 2022. Tried giving him time and multiple opportunities to pay but proceeded to feed me lies. Changed his phone number and is unreachable. Just like a lot of these other comments say, if you want to deal with a con artist. This is your guy

Received two city code violations because they kept forgetting to remove the broken concrete from the alley. Would only show up if I texted after not hearing from him for days or weeks. Was attempting to set up forms for the same sidewalk I had previously, even though I asked for it to be the width of the gate. When I complained of unprofessionalism and asked if he was going to complete the job, he had his workers pull the forms and hasn’t come back. Text exchanges can be provided.

Concrete removal, pouring and finishing is a very messy job at best.
Jason, and Ron, were very skilled and professional, and did a commendable job even with unexpected snow storms, at the end of April no less, and rain storms. We are very pleased with our new driveway replacement. I would recommend them whole heartedly for their pride of workmanship, skill, cost value and concern for the client's needs and desires.

Jason was professional, (so was Ron) and very in tune with making us completely satisfied. They did what they said they were going to, when they said they were gonna do it. I valued their input and experience. These guys saved the day for us. Even raised my overall satisfaction of our entire project. The custom pad they put around our pool is Beautiful...completely blown away!! Beyond satisfied and will be recommending them to everyone we know and using them myself on every future project. Made an appointment for him to look at my patio. He never showed up, didn't have the professional courtesy to call & cancel or reschedule. I contacted him. He said he got hung up on a job & would contact me tomorrow, which he never did. Ok I get that you get backed up, or whatever, but call the person you have an appointment with & let them know so they don't sit around waiting for you. Not in the least bit professional!! Can't even imagine what kind of work he'd do!

Jason came in and pour concrete for two back parking spaces. He was professional, kind and finished the job exactly when he stated he would. I highly recommend him!

Did a terrible concrete slab and refused to replace it after he guaranteed it for life.unsquare by 2 1/2" with a 1 1/2" dip on one side causing it to be 4" off,unlevel by around 2".he was told to replace it several times and refused and said he checked everything and there is no problem.the building was put up and all the problems became clear.finally he said his insurance would contact me twice and then refused to do anything.court date has been set because he would not properly warranty his work after he said he would several times.asked him if he was going to have his insurance contact me like he said he would twice and he said no you didnt give me a chance to fix it after he was told to replace it several times.he said (all I'm willing to do) is replace the concrete in front of the doors that have an inch and a half gap under both doors.there are many more major problems he didnt respond to when questioned about.all I asked was to talk to his insurance to see what they would do to resolve this and he said he wasnt going to have his insurance contact me after he said they would 2 times.condescending remarks?just tried to get him to warranty what he guaranteed in writing for life.court came about after he refused to even look at the problems I kept telling him about after the building was put up.he came and looked at the building after the court papers were delivered.I said court could be cancelled if his insurance and I agreed on what would be covered?tried many times to get him to do something and he said I will sue you for harrassment?3 contractors said it needed to be replaced,he said he would have his ins pay to replace it and that never happened. Jason Swensen, owner, performed his work in a timely, competent, and excellent fashion. His quote was reasonable, his manner friendly, and his concern for customer satisfaction uppermost. He approaches his concrete work as a true craftsman who takes great pride in his quality, and my husband and I highly recommend him.
