Roov was fantastic! They came to our door and offered to inspect our roof. We had planned on getting a new roof this year so we jumped on the opportunity. Roov explained that our roof looked like it had wind damage from a recent storm and explained the insurance process to us. Within a month or so we had a new roof and we were walked through the process step by step. Roov was friendly, quick to respond, and worked with us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Looked into them & realized the salesperson who knocked on my door was dishonest. So disappointing! Not a local company. Realized they were storm chasers, which is exactly what we said was our concern. Too many scammers & fly by night companies taking peoples $. No thanks! I hope they get caught lying to customers!

These guys came to my door yesterday and asked if I wanted in inspection. I was busy at the moment and told them sure let’s set it up tomorrow… I told the guy I already had someone else coming to do in inspection but wouldn’t hurt to get a second opinion… this first guy who I know personally said I didn’t need a new roof, however this guy at this company who showed up 2 hours late, said I did and immediately started going into a speech about how the insurance process works… I had a feeling he would say I would need a new roof. These companies just want sales at whatever cost. The guy told me he would text me the pictures of the damaged he found, but never did. Company seems shady to me

Roov was an excellent company to work with! Great communication, they were efficient and did all the work regarding insurance involvement.
They were conscientious of debris and not damaging the landscaping. One special thing to note is we recently added onto our house and Roov worked really hard to match the shingle color of our new addition and it looks great!

Had a pretty significant leak that was causing damage to interior drywall. ROOV not only replaced our roof with a quick, accurate and well communicated installation date; but they also helped facilitate the insurance portion of the roofing concerns.

These guys were great!! Had some crazy wind come through and ripped off shingles! They were Johnny on the spot with an unbeatable quote and replaced the entire roof quick and looks amazing!

While I started to worry they gathered my insurance information and gave them a call for me! In the end the Insurance paid and I didn't do a darn thing. They were professional and fun the whole time. An unexpected start, but a very appreciative customer!

Roov recently came into my neighborhood to do some storm damage surveys, and while I’m not normally a big fan of door to door folks, it’s hard to turn down free service!

Their rep quickly inspected my roof and was able to locate some issues that were covered under my current home insurance policy. They were able to guide me through the entire process and help me not only get the issues addressed, but were extremely pleasant to work with!
