I originally contacted Hols & Co about repairing some wood siding that was rotting away. Jace came out and had a conversation with my wife and I about exactly what we needed. We said need was the hole fixed, want was new vinyl siding. Jace and his brother sat us down and explained that they can fix the hole but it’s not going to fix the overall problem. They then proceeded to walk us through why this issue happened and what can be done to prevent it. There was never any pressure to do one thing or another. Just information.
A few months later Jace and crew extended the eve on the end of my house that was previously non existent, put on new shingles, repaired a few spots that were rotting on the walls and put vinyl siding on.
The communication was great, the service was great and my house looks brand new. Jace politely and promptly addressed any concerns or questions. When a piece of siding came off because they forgot a nail (it happens) Jace was by within 12 hours to take care of it. Even my neighbor commented on how polite the crew was and how they made an effort to make sure they didn’t bother her while working from home during the day.
