I took my riding lawn mower in 6 months ago and told them to go over it because it was running rough. I told them I would not need it until fall. I went in in September to check on it and again two weeks ago. I was informed today that they didn't want to work on it because it was hard to work on. I have bought over $1200 worth of string trimmers and accessories this year. Never again. They could have told me months ago that they wouldn't work on it. I need it to move snow with the blade and won't have it now. Terrible service. They said pick it up and take it somewhere else.
Holdrege Auto Parts is a fantastic place with answers help and, occasionally, a smile. I have my chainsaw blades sharpened here and pickup parts for my Stihl brand power tools. Burgeson's are good people. Unfortunately, Alan is a Yankees fan.
