Very glad I stopped at Lee Janssen Motor! Had seen a couple vehicles online that I was interested in looking at and happen to be passing through so we stopped. Shaun came out, he was very nice and helpful on answering all my questions. A few days later he reached back out to me and had great communication and made the process go very smooth and it was appreciated as we live hours away. The next week came back and got my new vehicle!

I can't believe it's already been 3 years since I bought my car at this location. So far it has been the best possible car buying experience I've ever had, as I had become jaded from all the big city tricks dealerships like to pull; like market adjustments and slamming extra stuff at the financing office without approval.
I had a great experience working with Chance at the time and he helped make the whole transaction fun, quick and easy. I would work with Chance again for my next purchase without hesitation.

Bought our second car from Chance at the Chevy store. He was very helpful, patient and great to work with.

When I started going here, it was alright. I am happy with the parts department but not with the service department. Two out of the last three Itimes went in for a service or repair, I was not given a call after it was done. The last oil change appointment resulted in a check engine warning.

I am Sr. citizen and widow, Chance and Shaun were accommodating. I will talk w Chance tomorrow 12/2/23 to iron out one little wrinkle. Over all …just the best. I may return for another vehicle-some day.
