My husband and I traded a pickup in for a Jeep SUV today and had a great experience working with Curt. He was very personable, thorough and helpful. Hunter also did a great job helping us with the financing aspects of the deal.

They broke my front bumper and other items inside engine bay and wouldn’t fix them. They also messed up my oil pickup tube so when I first got my car back after getting a remand engine in it there was no oil pressure in it. They also didn’t build the engine right left out multiple bolts would not recommend.

Need to fire your parts lady for jumping into conversations that do not obtain to her and spazing out on the customer,I don't know if she got into a bad batch of meth this morning or if she is always that cranky,but yeah not a very good way to attract customers,great way to loose them and you will probably loose a few after this.Have a wonderful day.

Very friendly and easy to deal with, found the truck we wanted online, called and confirmed, and had the deal done in less than a hour.

He did a great job walking us through the features of the car and the app. Although the app was being fussy, he has offered to help us figure it out when it is working. We appreciate that he took time to make sure that we understood everything.

I brought in a vehicle to have it looked at because of motor problems, they turned around and got me and my wife approved for a different vehicle. I really appreciate the service they were willing to do for me and my wife.

Bought a 2022 Ram a year ago and back trading it for a 2023 Ram. Always receive great customer service. Once again thank you.

Don't get me wrong the sales side is excellent but the service side is a joke. They had my pickup for 3 months telling me they were waiting on my extended warranty to approve repairs. I called the warranty dept and they said they hadn't heard anything except that my vehicle was in for diagnostics. Then when it was finally approved they told me they were waiting for the warranty to approve other parts so I waited a couple weeks and called my warranty who told me the dealership turnd in the parts for approval 15 min before I called when the dealership said they sent them in 2 weeks prior. My warranty gave them a call and sorted it out and told me they didn't turn in about $900 worth of parts that should be covered. And when I finally got my pickup back there were little clips missing in the fender well so it was rubbing the tire. (They did correct that the next day) but also my new engine has an oil leak out of the valve cover, there is a clip that's supposed to hold a harness off the engine that's broken and there are deep gouges on my fan clutch nut. I'll be calling them tomorrow to see if I can get these issues resolved. But after that I probably won't ever take a vehicle there again for any kind of work.
