Sorry, phone playing games with me couldn't finish my earlier review, but bottom line if your thinking new roof do yourself a favor and call Hohen construction first and ask for Donnie!

Donnie was really good to work with, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a few hiccups with the installation but Donnie was very responsive and took care of everything without hesitation. He was professional and answered our questions and as available when needed. I gave a four star only because of the hiccup with the installation but Donnie provided five star customer service.

Donny Cruz was responsible for Hohen getting our business. This is a stressful experience for homeowners. Donny was the catalyst who made it happen making it much less stressful for us. He walked us through it all; he communicated with us at all times; his followup after the roofing was super! We had full trust in Donny. He worked so well with our insurance company and adjuster! We have been so satisfied and thankful! Hohen's roofing crew was excellent and efficient. The gutter crew was outstanding with Arturo. Would recommend Hohen and Donny Cruz to anyone.

I had a great experience with Donny being in charge of my roof replacement. He answered all questions that I had and took care of everything for me! A great help!His crew were great also and cleaned up all nails and debris

We replaced our roofing through insurance and they were recommended to us from our neighbors.
They worked with our insurance to see if we could get a full replacement. They provide the evidence and paperwork to insurance to help get us approved.
No risk in having a free inspection and see if your damaged roof could be replaced with using insurance.

We got a full replacement and they were prompt at letting us know what was going on and when things would be happening. Very easy to communicate with.

Hohen Construction, including Troy Zollars, the owner, and Donny Cruz, a head account manager, were just great. They were easy to work with at all times, very responsive, very accomodating, good at explaining and answering questions, and clearly highly concerned about client satisfaction (and about developing a great reputation in the marketplace, the old fashioned way, by being great). They handled nearly all negotiations with our insurance company, which was very helpful, and in the end, all we paid was our "deductible." They use crews of first-gen immigrants from down South, and those guys are incredibly hard working, and we had no complaints about them, at all. Our roof, new gutters, new skylight windows, all look great, and we are very glad that we went with Hohen Construction. Highly recommended. The Hannas.

Easy to work with, explained the process in detail, helpful throughout the whole process. If I had another house with any issues to the roof or windows I would certainly use them again.

The entire process was very easy from start to finish. The work was completed all the way in a few short weeks, including the insurance process, roof being done in a single day and closing out. There are a lot of additional details added to our roof that makes it look better than most typical roofs. A+

Full transparency, I am tough to please and I told Donnie that up front. I was skeptical of the tactics I hear about in the roofing industry and Donnie overcame all of it. He was honest and credible from the beginning, always did what he said he was going to do and followed through with detail, accuracy and timeliness. I would definitely do business with Donnie again. As far as the work I am very please with the crews that did the roof and the gutters. I requested that my landscaping and yard looked the same after as it did before and they made that happen. Crews were extremely efficient, cleaned up the messes and did top notch work on roof and gutters. Not sure what else to say except A++ rating for Donnie and team(s). Highly recommended! For the record, Donnie stopped by because he saw a few shingles missing on my roof. He was a stranger and I am very happy I decided to let him help us out.

Hohen did a free inspection of my roof and gave me honest feedback on its condition as well as a recommendation of when to have it inspected again in the future.

Donny and Hohen construction were great to work with! We had hail damage from a storm and Donny helped us file a claim with insurance. Once everything was approved for replacement his crew got to work right away. Our roof is complex (steep peaks and a lot of valleys) and the crew was still very fast and efficient.

Donny Cruz with Hohen Construction was in our area accessing storm damage for customers after a bad storm went through. While on a roof on my street accessing damage he noticed storm damage on our roof I was not aware of. He asked if he could submit a claim to our insurance company without any cost to us. We got the claim, and Donny went to work getting us scheduled. His crew was in and out in one day without even knowing they had been there with the exception of a new and beautiful roof. I called Donny from Hohen Construction to have him come inspect our roof to check for hail damage. He was prompt with his response and came out that day. We didn’t have any damage, but I appreciated his timelines and good communication. When we need a new roof we will definitely check with him again.

The whole experience from start to finish was great! The team is knowledgeable about the process with the insurance company and was able to correct and add to the claim as needed. All the while, they kept in communication with me. I feel I didn't need to do any work. The roofers were fantastic. They got everything cleaned up quickly even in the middle of pouring down rain. The leaf filter technician, who came back after they were finished, commented how well the roofing team did. I'm really pleased with my new roof and the ease in which it was installed!

Donny was very helpful and quick getting the quote, dealing with the insurance adjuster and getting the repairs scheduled quickly. We were very happy with the customer service and the roofing job and would use them again.

I was skeptical at first because they came through door knocking. But they proved to be a reputable company. I worked with Bryan and Eugene, they gave me a fair evaluation and worked with insurance to get me the best price. They also pulled permits from the city, made sure we have 6 ft of ice shield (city requirement) and an inspector came and requested two additional vents for better attic flow, they installed them and billed them through insurance.
Materials were delivered that same week and even though it was a steep, two story home, the Crew was FANTASTIC... they got the work done in 1 day, (be sure to buy them some TopoChicos for the heat ;) ). The next day, Bryan personally came over with a nail magnet to make sure everything was picked up. We are very satisfied with the professional service and our Roof looks Amazing.

Hohen Construction is fantastic, great communication and honest evaluation. They are fully licensed and worked within the insurance payout to install a new roof, wider gutters, fixed interior damage to ceilings and walls from a leak. They handled all additional repairs and payouts from the insurance when additional damage was found.

I worked with Donny who is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. He even matched the weathered ceiling paint so repairs were indistinguishable from the surrounding ceiling. Their roofing crew did an excellent job and fantastic cleanup. Ran my own magnet through the yard surrounding the house and only found a single nail. Driveway was completely free of debris.

Had multiple checkins from managers to ensure nothing was missed. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They do drum up some sales by going door to door, but don’t hold that against them; they are fantastic.

Donny was great to work with and communicated the whole plan along the way. We had some different questions before the roof install and he walked us through the whole thing and got back to us super quick the times we had questions before install when we were talking to different companies. We chose Hohen and Donny for a reason. Great communicators, great price, great results! Our insurance company even made it difficult at times and wouldn’t get back to us on stuff. Hohen was super patient and got us through it. We are very happy with our roof and will call Donny and Hohen again if we ever need anything with roofing or windows etc..completed in the future!!
