Hoffman Weber Construction did an absolutly fabulous job on the siding on my house and on my garage. I picked the colors of charcoal siding with black trim. It sure does look classy. I have received wonderful comments from all of my neighbors. The were friendly, helpful, respectful, thoughtful, and so many other positive words. I will go with Hoffman Weber Construction again for sure . I tried to add photos and it didn't work.

Hoffman Weber and especially Tristan really helped me out with a difficult situation in a rental home of mine. We had some damage to the glass of a skylight and Tristan really went above and beyond to secure the house and make the tenants feel safe and prioritized. I will be looking at using them again as much as possible in the future.

We stopped by the Hoffman Weber booth at the Brainerd Home Show and were very impressed with your product and also Peyton and Arvin. We had two large windows replaced due to rotting on the inside and the crew did an exceptional job of replacing them. We just had our roof replaced less than a week ago and so far. Nothing but good things to say. Monroe was the reason we went with this company, he took time to explain everything. It was great since we are first time home owners and didn’t know anything about what goes into replacing a roof. He was quick to answer strange questions and concerns. The crew that worked on the house did a great job too! I found one nail and that was all so far, which is amazing since we have 2 dogs. They even took out and put pack my little garden decor. The roof looks great, everyone was very friendly. Monroe deserves a raise!

I had windows installed this early spring. Michael was great with listening, understanding what I was looking for. He had great knowledge of their products and services. He didn't try to up sell or was pushy. Price was very reasonable and also had financing. Tony installed my 2 windows in a day, he was friendly and courteous with my family and dog. He didn't rush and did amazing work. I noticed that one of the screens had a minor rip in it a couple days later. Sent Michael a message and they replaced it in a timely manner. I will definitely contact Hoffman Weber in future for projects!!!

My garage has been leaking water and I need to replace the roof and siding at the same time to properly install the flashing to prevent the leak. Joe Wire from Hoffman Weber was recommended by my insurance agent. He did an excellent job of walking me through the process how his company will guarantee how to install the roof and flashing properly to insure it won't leak in the future. Through the process, he guided me through how his working crews perform the fixes and provided updates as tasks completed. He is very transparent on details and costs. I am very happy with the quality of works that Joe and his working crews did. Highly recommend.

I recently had siding put on my house by Hoffman Weber and there was flaws in the soffit and where the electric meter are attached to the house and the general contractor Craig at first said he would take care of it and then on the final walk around and said he couldn't do anything, as a disabled veteran I would not recommend this company

Sean Kalivoda came to my house and represented Hoffman Weber very well. Straight shooting guy with a firm, handshake. And although they didn’t get this work, it wasn’t because of Sean. It had more to do with geographical location of my home and another reputable company able to beat their price on mobilization. In leaving this review, I discovered that Hoffman Weber does many other things and I will consider them in the future.

They were easy to work with until our insurance denied our claim and then they ghosted us. The person we were working with did not return emails or texts when I reached out to request help for what we needed to appeal.

We found another roofer who worked with us until we got our claim approved.

I contacted Hoffman Weber to assist with some concerns regarding the exterior of my home. Keyth H. met with me to discuss my concerns. I bought two ProVia storm doors from Hoffman Weber, to be installed at a cost of just over $5000.00 for the pair. It’s an astronomical amount, but according to reviews, these were supposedly the best doors out there. I waited seven weeks for the doors to be delivered.

My front door is acceptable as installed and works well, although the added “Art Glass” design looks pretty cheesy, as if I had added it to the pane of glass myself with a plastic paint pen, instead of having the decoration “professionally” applied. Hoffman Weber had no actual photos of the “art glass” decorations. I chose the design from line drawings only.

On the other hand, the second door that I ordered is completely unacceptable, and I will be replacing it with a different door from a different company.

The chief requirement for this door was that it be able to accommodate a pet door. I had lengthy discussions with the sales staff before agreeing to order the ProVia door, and I was assured that they could deliver what I needed. The first door delivered was a half-light door, although I was told that a custom ¾-light door would be sent with a pet door already installed. The door was sent back, seven weeks after it had been ordered.

When Hoffman Weber contacted me with a new spec for reordering the door, I was told that ProVia could NOT provide what I asked for. At the time, I agreed to order a 3/4-light door without a pet door, and install an after market pet door myself. I waited another seven weeks for the replacement door to come in.

However, when it arrived, it became apparent that this second door is completely unsuitable for installing a pet door. While it's called a 3/4 light door, it's actually more like a 7/8 light door, with the bottom panel being much too small to fit a pet door of any size. I asked before ordering this door what the dimensions of the bottom panel would be, stating that I’d need at least 16” of panel in which to put the pet door. I never received any response to my inquiry. The door was ordered in standard dimensions. It will not work for its intended purpose and will need to be replaced yet again.

In addition, the window slide on the replacement door arrived broken, with a six inch strap of sharp, heavy metal protruding from the frame when the window was raised. After weeks of inquiries, ProVia eventually sent someone to fix the defect, but in the process of replacing the slide, made several cuts in the door frame. The door is back together and the window now slides up and down, but the structural integrity of the door has been compromised.

The door also arrived with several nicks and scratches already present in the exterior paint, and with the wrong lock on the handleset.

I communicated all this to my contact at Hoffman Weber, and have yet to have my concerns addressed. It has been nearly five months since I put in the original order, and I still do not have a back door that works for me.

While I have paid off the balance of my contract, I am extremely unhappy with the service and the product that I have received.

I chose Hoffman Weber after getting estimates from 3 others and felt HW was the most professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Consultant Joe W met with me to discuss project/estimate and that sealed the deal. I felt very comfortable with the outcome. My project started with new roofing. The crew was efficient, this only took 1 day but the short time does not take away from the quality. I am very happy with the result. The vinyl siding was next which took about 1 week. AJ, the PM, was extra kind and patient with my questions and indecisiveness about my window wrap. The crew did an exceptional job and I am very pleased with the results. They gave great care to detail and the whole of their craft. Lastly were the gutters that were completed in half a day. Again, quality product from HW. To sum up my experience, I am very glad I chose Hoffman Weber for this undertaking. Everyone from support to crew were a pleasure to work with on my project. Thank you !

Poor communication, delays, incorrect product

We are having siding, doors and windows replaced. The initial bid, sales pitch, and design process was fantastic when we met with our project manager.

We signed a contract in late July and after that it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone for information on the project. Windows were installed (with the incorrect screens) in early November. We still do not have a date for the doors or siding instillation and we don’t have any information on getting the correct screens.

Update- Siding was installed at the end of December. There were many days where the siding subcontractors didn’t have the necessary supplies from HW. They also were given mismatched window trim (different colors) and had to redo several windows. We are still waiting on the correct screens which they said were ordered but had not been. They offered to split the cost of the correct screens with us since they couldn’t return the incorrect ones. We also are still waiting on the final window trim.

Expertise: TIm was immediately accessible by phone or text, and coordination was flawless. Subcontractors were well-supervised and clearly chosen for their excellence.

Professional & Organized: Hoffman Weber Construction's team of Tim Goetzke and Craig went beyond the project manager’s oversight of the subcontractors. Everything was laid out for us in detail from the first project meeting around our dining room table with Tim Goetzke. And Tim's product knowledge and experience helped streamline our project.

Schedule: We finished on time, in spite of the supply chain issues that came up due to the pandemic. Craig the project manager informed us every day what would be happening the next few days and who would be coming to work and the approximate time they would arrive. If that changed during the day, we got a text from the Craig the project manager.

Budget: When you reside a 28-year-old house, you hold your breath for expensive surprises hiding underneath. It’s almost inevitable that there will be something. The budget made allowances for “surprises” but it was always clear from the first kickoff meeting that some might exceed the estimate. Our extra charges were reasonable, unavoidable and expected.

Construction Quality: Tim Goetzke would show us and explain each part of the work before moving on. Excellent product knowledge, craftsmanship and experience we have ever had with a contractor.

Communication: Tim Goetzke & Craig were our contacts once construction began. They were always accessible by text and responded immediately. They communicated with all subcontractors.

Problem Resolution: Things were planned so well that problems were minimal. They kept on top of ordering and keeping track of the delivery status with vendors, which was challenging at times with pandemic-related supply chain issues.

Clean & Safe: It’s a challenge for both the homeowner and contractor when the homeowner is in the residence. All materials and equipment were kept out of the way each evening. If materials or tools were not being used that day, they were not on site.

Value: We could have gotten other contractors for less, but we would not have gotten the excellent services from Tim Goetzke or any of the other extras that saved us a great deal of time and frustration. We got what we paid for and don’t regret a penny.

Trust: This comes down to good exceptional product knowledge

We replaced 15 windows. Yeah.. 15. We got 5 different quotes. Pricing was competitive and was less than 3 out of the 5. However, it wasn't the price that did it. It started with the sales guy Jason, who gave us options, but it's so hard to know, so then he invited us to their showroom so we could see the windows IRL.

After we said "Let's do it." Pete the PM was assigned and gave a timeline, and introduced us to Tony.

Tony really did all the heavy lifting and made sure that the install went to our expectations. There was a snafu and one of the screens should up with a small hole in it. Tony just let me know that he was bringing it back and he had a new one in place in a couple of weeks.

Know what I don't ever do? Reviews. I was compelled to do so specifically because I had such a good experience.

Everyone on the crew was polite and professional. The work looks great, and our yard looks clean. Six out of five stars, I would hire them again.

Friends, Neighbors, HOA Boards – lend me your ears. Our small HOA in Roseville, MN just finished a big roof replacement project with Hoffman-Weber Construction. Our board put in considerable time and energy to research, interview, compare and vote on a vendor for this big investment. We wanted quality, ease and accountability and HWC delivered in spades! Project Manager Jason Rotoski went the extra mile with every step managing communication, planning and service extremely well. When a few things didn’t quite go as planned, it was explained and fixed immediately, which built our board’s trust even more in HWC. HOA’s – roofing projects are expensive and complex…you have a lot of roof company choices out there and a responsibility to your members to do your due diligence to compare. Jason, Jake and Nick and the team at HWC are the real-deal and will give you the peace of mind you want, need and expect as you make important decisions on behalf of your HOA. I’m so happy our roof project is DONE and on budget! Thank you Jason and the whole HWC crew! And to all the HOA Presidents out there – good luck on your roof projects!

Had a good experience. Had storm damage and they were very helpful in dealing with multiple issues with our insurance company. Christian was very detailed oriented and was very responsive to all my questions. I would hire them again.

Been very good experience working at this company, everyone has been very helpful. I am looking forward to continuing my work here and learning everything that I can to help me progress further into the company.

The company has a talent for consistent mistakes from start to finish. It started with the bid, which was something like $28,000 less than it should have been. The estimator admitted he made a mistake and gave us a good discount to make up for it. He also let me buy some of my own materials which pretty much evened it out with the huge markups.

Then comes construction, which took only one day with a full crew. They used a subcontractor called “Europe Contractor” and nobody from Hoffman Weber even checked on my house until the afternoon according to the texts they send out. You would think that their “project manager” would meet the foreman in the morning and go over the contract and materials at a minimum, but nope.

I happened to come home midafternoon and they had installed all the wrong vents. I had written very specific instructions in the contract regarding venting and other things in the space for special instructions and nothing I wrote was followed. When I asked just what in the world is going on, I was told that they had the wrong contract. They had a copy of the contract that didn’t have any of my instructions and so I ended up with an apology and a lot of extra holes cut in my roof.

The thing that I never did receive an apology for was the trampling of my wife’s gardens in the front of our house. We have over $400 in annual flowers and wildflower seed that were completely trampled. The crew was not only was walking all over the gardens but was dropping materials and rolls of underlayment off the roof on the plants instead of literally anywhere else around the house. The gardens are along a portion of the front of the house.

They apparently didn’t order enough ridge shingles and so my house went through two or three very heavy rainfalls with scraps of underlayment tacked over most of the ridge.

I found 19 nails in my driveway. That’s a lot of potential flat tires, so it was a good thing I spent time searching the driveway after I started noticing nails.

After construction, I went up on my roof 6 times to check their work, make a list of repairs, and make sure they fixed everything. After being on my roof 6 times I got sick of checking and just did the missing caulking myself. They did manage to get the turbine vents close to level so they mostly work. Turbine vents need to be level in order to function, and the first time they installed them I pulled into the driveway, looked up at the roof and could see from my truck that the vents weren’t level. I contacted the “project manager” who told me he “eyeballed the vents from a lot of different angles and they look level”. Look level? Lol? Whether something is level or not is an objective fact. It is not subject to opinion. So I went up there with a level and my phone and took pictures of the bubble on the level all the way over to one side for most of the vents. One was actually pretty close. They attempted to level them a few times I think. I know, super hard to spin them to level and actually check it. Asking way too much I guess. They’re still not perfect, which I can see from the ground and the fact that they don’t all spin the same.

By all means, hire them if you want to spend lots of time on your roof making sure everything is done right and sealed.

After I gave up and finished the roof sealant myself, I thought the mistakes were done, but that in itself was a mistake. Hoffman Weber just emailed me my final closeout documents, only they sent me somebody else’s, for some guy in Rosemount. So literally from the bid through closeout, they did nothing correctly. I hope “Europe Contractor” installed my shingles correctly, but if they did I can’t really credit that to the paper pushers at Hoffman Weber.

We had our roof, siding, gutters, and soffit replaced. Eli was our rep that came out and sold us on Hoffman Weber. We had to delay part of our project because of other work Cam did a great job coordinating everything. All the crews that came out were professional and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Hoffman Weber to others.

I wrote the original posting last year after being very satisfied with the results of my home projects. Earlier this spring, I contacted HW about replacing some windows. Nick Frucci had moved to a different department, but promised to have the new residential sales rep contact me.

That was about two months ago. Nobody has called me back. About three weeks after my first call, I contacted Nick Frucci again. He apologized and promised that someone would call me right away.

Still no one has contacted me. I would think that someone who spent almost $70k (in cash!) in one summer with their company would warrant some attention when they call back, but I guess not.

I'm really disappointed. I thought they did a really good job for me last year. Now I need to find someone else.

This spring (2024), I hired Hoffman Weber Construction to install vinyl siding on my house. Nick Frucci and Tim Goetzke were great to work with, and the installation crew did a really beautiful job.

Hoffman Weber is great. They're prompt, professional and patient. Navigating an insurance claim can be tough, but they know the process and can put your fears to bed when you're worried. I'd recommend them for storm damage and retail projects.

What my wife was thrilled about is their showroom. Want to know what the products will look like on your home? They allow you to see what different options will look like so you can compare them. This made choosing the color of our shingles a lot more satisfying.

Unprofessional. Cancelled 10 mins before the appointment. Rescheduled and then again cancelled 10 mins before the next appointment. Upon talking with the contractor, he then informed me that they do not do what I specifically communicated I needed. Unprofessional. Maybe you have success with them, but I would not risk wasting your time.

We had a great experience with a storm damage inspection with Dan Faust! Honest, easy going, not pushy, and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He found several spots that needed a little sealing/caulking and took care of it for us. He really went above and beyond. Thanks Dan and Hoffman Weber!

I am very pleased with the final outcome of the project, but the process timelines and initial estimates from the sales team need improvement.

Pros:
Project Manager: The assigned PM was incredibly patient and thorough, ensuring all details and the final punch list were addressed.
Crew: The crew was detailed-oriented and highly skilled.

Cons:
Sales Team Timelines: The initial timeline provided was unrealistic. The sales team promised 2 weeks to start and 2 weeks to complete, which was far from reality. This can be misleading, especially for first-time customers.
Process Optimization:
Approval Delays: After the initial payment, there is an approval process that takes 1-2 weeks.
PM Assignment and Walkthrough: Once the PM is assigned, they conduct another walkthrough, validate against the sales quote, place orders, and wait for timelines. Our project included a special order from Canada which caused a 2-month delay. Additional orders during the project had a turnaround of about a week. The initial delay's cause (whether the special order or crew) remains unclear.
Overall:
Despite the process delays and timeline issues, I am very pleased with the final outcome. The quality of work has been praised by neighbors and friends.

Michael McMillan was very professional with me. He answered all my questions and explained the different products in detail. I didn’t realize what all went into my siding project, but he helped every step of the way. Their showroom really helped me visualize, and I would absolutely recommend meeting with Michael for your project!

They put a new roof on my home the summer of '22. While it appeared ok at the time, despite the garbage, tacks left in the yard, last summer I had issues as the vent was not appropriately re-inserted and wasps were coming in through the vent into the kitchen/microwave...HW came out and said it was fine, but when Best Buy examined the connection (microwave bought there) it was not secured at all. This year, all the sudden after 25 years in the house, the gutters were leaking....it was obvious that the team missed a 3.5 feet stretch on the roof that did not have the gutter screens back on, causing major structural damage to the gutter....sloppy work, high expense...save yourself the time and trouble...

AVOID HOFFMAN WEBER!

We ran into issues pretty much every step of the way with HW:

-Installed siding over our dryer vent! Not only endangered out home and family, but HF is still trying to avoid paying for our dryer that we were then forced to replace.

-Quoted us for electrical work then told us that can’t do the work we asked. Still billing us because they had an electrician show up. Still waiting to have the quote adjusted to reflect the service we actually received.

-Broke our outdoor spigot and did not tell us it happened.

-Left their dumpster in our driveway 1 week after job was completed.

-Generally terrible communication; I’ve had to talk to a salesman, project manager, and two other managers, and I’m getting different answers from each of them. Siding was done 1 month ago, and I’m still waiting to have these issues resolved.

Sean is a godsend! Truly remarkable guy! Don't make good people like that anymore!!! I had a very small thing to do that would not have been worth his time to even put a crew together! So what does he do? He climbs up my ladder and fixes it then and there as best he could!! Most people would have been to bad so sad but not him! I met him for only about 10-15 min and already know I will go to him for my remodeling needs when the time comes! Thanks Sean! So very appreciated!! Gives me a little peace of mind for now...

Michael McMillan has been very helpful in assisting and educating us as we start shopping for new windows and exterior doors. He has answered our questions thoroughly while in our home as well as when we visited the showroom. He continues to follow-up and responds to our emails promptly as needed.

This is a revised review to my earlier Roof installation review, to include reviews of my Gutters installation that was completed yesterday (5/29/2024).
I recently had the pleasure of working with Hoffman Weber Construction (HWC) for my single home roof and gutter replacement. I found them initially via Google search and they were one of many from my selected list of installers. The minute I spoke to the customer service personal, I realized this company was very different and they moved to my number one spot. The customer service person was very warm and demonstrated a very caring attitude that changed my opinion completely. Sorry I did not get her name right then.
Working with HWC, was an amazing experience. Their obsession to quality and dedication to excellence in service was what differentiated them from the rest. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, commitment to excellence and attention to detail stood out. They exceeded my expectations at every step of the work.
Both Maher and Hector were very professional in their manner of interaction. Maher especially went out of the way, throughout the entire process, from easing my initial anxiety, to assisting in filing, insurance inspection, insurance appraisal, working with the appraiser, helping to select the roof and gutters of our choice, to finally ensuring everything was installed to my fullest satisfaction.

I have been working with Aaron for the last couple months getting my roof replacement approved by insurance and also some water issues approved. He has been helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive. AJ came in for the roof replacement with the same type of work ethic and customer service. They both go above and beyond and I always feel they are truly out there to help resolve the issues with my house -- the right way. I had a not-so-great experience with another local contractor a couple of years ago, so this has been refreshing to work with people who care about their customers. Third time we've worked with Ryan Youngren at HW for major projects (roofing and siding jobs) and he's been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. His team did above and beyond complete, professional work per city inspector. Very highly recommend!

The salesperson was good. However there was issues such as poor communication on the siding. The project manager did not come out to go over the home. The crew left there materials on the grass and damaged my moms lawn. Than I noticed a piece never got installed on the siding. Insurance paid for it but they never replaced the outside faucet and pocketed the money. I left a message because I was having issues putting on the screens and no courtesy call back. Hey! We did purchase 2 new windows that were not insured. My mom paid out of her pocket. Could of courtesy to at least call me since I sent you an email. Update: Peter the window installer did call me back and is putting in the screens. The screens are trying if your doing it yourself not like normal windows...

Hoffman Weber transformed my home's exterior. Their staff and crew are extremely professional, detail oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect.

We had Hoffman Weber out to give an estimate on windows, not knowing what we were exactly looking for. We were given lots of information and options on how we could tackle our project.

We felt no pressure to do everything at once. Which was nice when facing a large financial decision. Mike was awesome with all our questions. The office was great at keeping us informed with time lines.

We had a fantastic experience with Tony the installer. He was able to answer questions that came up and help guide us to the help me needed. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend giving them a shot with your project!

Do not hire! We contracted for hail damage repairs including roof, gutters and skylights. There were repeated delays (some were weather related—some were not). Communication about if and when they were going to show up was poor. We only got an update if we called them. They didn’t have the dumpster delivered in time for the skylight workers. They had to pile the old windows and boxes in the yard. When the dumpster was delivered the roofers didn’t clean up the skylight materials. They never cleaned it up and then told us that the garbage belonged to the skylight guys. We had one contract with Hoffman Weber. It was all their responsibility. They said they were done and when we walked around the house we found that they missed one side of the front door overhang. They also left construction materials behind. They applied the roofing incorrectly on one side of the porch. It was a patterned roofing material on a prominent roof. The roof won’t leak, but it will never look right.

To top it all off they billed us incorrectly. We overpaid and then they billed us again! When we said we were already fully paid they said “oh yeah you’re good”. Then we did the math and realized we had previously over paid them— they had no intention of correcting their error. We did get the refund after a good amount of effort on our part. We have still not received final lien waiver for work completed in the summer.

In short,no part of the process with this company was good.

Nick was Johnny on the spot fantastic! I noticed a wet spot on my bathroom ceiling. I asked Nick to come out and take a look at my roof. Nick came out that day and said I should contact my insurance. Insurance came out and met with Nick and roof was covered 100% by insurance because of hail damage. Thanks Hoffman Weber for great service!

Heard lots of good things about this firm. I'll keep in mind when I need repair work done on my home.

We had siding and windows done by Hoffman Weber several years ago and had a wonderful experience. At that time I left a positive review and recommended the company to many people.
In July 2023 we had hail damage. Instead of working with the storm chaser companies that came to our door, I called Hoffman Weber. We still haven’t had our repairs done.
The representative we’ve had from the company does not communicate well. He doesn’t get back to use for weeks or an entire month when we leave messages. There’s always an excuse.
I’ve tried calling the company and can never get a human. I’ve sent emails to both production@hwconstruction and marketing@hwconstruction as instructed by the message when I call. I’ve even sent a message marked attn: John Weber.
No one seems to care. At this point we will be starting over with a different company.
So disappointing.

Update: I was contacted from Hoffman Weber and they have connected me with the representative that helped us with our project several years ago. Things seem to be moving in the right direction now. I will update as the project continues.

Update: Once we got a different representative from the company things have gone much better. Wish I could say the same about my homeowners insurance company. Hoffman Weber has worked hard with our insurance company to try help us get the appropriate coverage for our roof damage. We will schedule the roof replacement soon.

Update: Our roof is done. The crew from Hoffman Weber did a great job. I'm always impressed on what an exceptional job of clean up they do. I've changed my rating from one star to four stars now that the project is complete. Can't give five due to the poor communication when we started this project. I would use Hoffman Weber again.

Even though I don’t use this company this time, I had an excellent experience having Adam Smith look at my roof and attic. He provided me with great recommendations on corrective measures and I thanked him. The customer service this company shows upfront is as good as the work I have seen at my neighbors’ houses.

Al and his team deserve an A+.

Al facilitated all aspects of this process; from the initial roof inspection, project management to working with our insurance company - he alleviated all the stresses.

The roofers were timely and completed the work in one day (during November daylight hours). They cleaned up the work site perfectly.

We highly recommend Al and his roofing Team.

Working with Hoffman Weber was a stress free process from start to finish. After moving my mother into assisted living I discovered the roof on her house needed replacing due to hail damage. I had contacted a contractor (whose name I won't bother to mention) who I gave the claim number to twice and never heard back from him. (He did call again.... over a week after the job was completed.)
It was at this time I contacted Hoffman Weber. I received a call from Al Lien and we set up a time to meet. We met and it was determined the roof needed replacing. I explained to Al the experience I had just had and my situation with other things going on in life and that this job needed to get done. It was also getting into the early part of Nov. and the window of opportunity to get the job done was getting narrow. I told Al if he could make this happen the job was his. He assured me that he could make it happen and would be present when the adjuster came out. Two days later I got a call from the adjuster but due to his circumstances he wouldn't be able to do the inspection for another 10 days which was the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. Al had already made travel plans to leave that Tues. morning for his Thanksgiving destination. I contacted Al letting him know the circumstances and I understood why he wouldn't be able to make it. Honestly I was a little anxious having the thought of dealing with the adjuster, I would rather leave that to the pros. Well prayers answered! I received a text from Al telling me I was on his schedule and would be there to meet the adjuster.
Al was there to meet the adjuster and from that time on it was smooth sailing. The claim was approved and Al took the bull by the horns and made things happen. The roof replacement went exactly as scheduled and looks great. The experience with Hoffman Weber was a positive one. Al was a great guy to work with and I find him to be a genuine person and feel he was key in making this all come together.

The final result on our roofing and gutter project was great. Working with Josh Schindele was great from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and was always available to answer our questions. When we did have a couple delays on getting a couple items scheduled Josh responded quickly and got the right people involved to get things completed.

I wanted to Thank Michael McMillan for his work on designing my door. He did a great job. I appreciated his follow up until the installation of the door.

There was a clear line of communication and everyone I spoke with was very helpful. Our project was completed and cleaned up the same day, which was great. They also worked with me on a lot as this is a new home and unfortunately we could not get insurance to cover the roof replacement. Very helpful for us and appreciated! Our roof looks great now and we know it was done well!

Very impressed with the communication and final results. Would defiantly recommend them and use them for future work. Given how long it took me to find a company that would do roof, they were quick to quote, schedule, and complete the work. 10/10

Wow - from start to finish, my roof replacement was so easy! Jason was very informative and explained every aspect of the process. The paperwork was easy and they took care of all the details. The project started on time and could have not gone any smoother. Craig, the Project Manager was always available to answer my questions. He even arranged to remove some debris for me that was just in the way, with no question. Get this... my property was cleaner after the project than when they started, truly! Thank you HW Construction for a awesome experience. I am so happy with my new roof and my curb appeal.

Everyone at Hoffman Weber was great. The whole project went smoothly. They were attentive, promptly returned calls, and easy to work with. We had siding, windows and gutters replaced. We went from cedar shakes to LP smart siding—what an improvement. Everyone involved was respectful and considerate throughout. Josh-sales, Cam-project manager, Pete-windows, Luis-siding crew, Alejandro-gutters, Kim-office. We would definitely recommend Hoffman Weber.

We were always able to get in touch with this company at a moments notice. They are responsive to our needs. They respected our wishes on materials and colors. Good company to work with.

HWC was great from beginning to end. Our sales person, Michael, was always immediately responsive and made sure to check in at every stage. Tony, our installer, was fantastic and went above an beyond when water damage was encountered while replacing some of the windows. We really could not be happier with the quality of the work!

I used Hoffman Weber 4 years ago and the experience was horrendous, to say the least. We didn't even pay in full as the work was never completed. Fast forward to this weekend with the rain and our bathroom ceiling leaked in 4 spots. Insurance company came out today and found the ceiling fan vent Hoffman Weber installed was never caulked on 3 of the 4 sides. It's amazing we haven't had an issue until now. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO DO QUALITY WORK!!!! You should find ANYONE else to do the job.

From the start with Jason Iwig through the last nail cleaned up, it was first-rate service and great value for money. We are getting tons of compliments from our neighbors - and even strangers! I live in an HOA that contracted with Hoffman Weber to do hail damage repair and siding replacement on our townhomes. As an HOA member I didn't arrange for all our associations work directly but I want to convey how professionally they did the work on my townhome.
My experience with Hoffman Construction was excellent!
Jake and Ryan kept me informed as the work was being done, and all my questions were promptly answered. The work crew was pleasant and hard working and did very nice work including site cleanup. Happy with the new siding!

Tristan was very professional and a great help getting my contract to get my roof and skylights replace. He was available and eager to get the questions I had answered. A man of his caliber should go far in any position he is assigned.

I had Hoffman Weber install a new roof for me a couple years ago. After a recent hail storm, Aaron came out to check if my roof was damaged. He gave me the “all clear” and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. I’m still really happy with my roof.
