Our experience with EZ Home Solutions was a very good one. Each step of our project from start to finish went smoothly. Both the window crew and siding crew were great! They did quality work, cleaned up the work site at the end if each shift and were responsive to our needs. Communucations, followthrough and timiliness of getting our project done on schedule were all great. We would use EZ Home Solutions again!

This company was great to work with from start to finish. I especially appreciated the professionalism with the siding crew. They worked incredibly hard and fast, and paid great attention to detail. Further, they were constantly asking me if I had any questions/concerns and that goes a long way.

Im giving a five star rating to both Pariz and Jerred. They are both efficient and accomodating with all of your inquiries and concerns with insurance coverages as well as project details. They are very responsive to any question you may have and wont be pissed and egoistic if you have any unusual question regarding project planning and/or insurance payout/coverages unlike other employee/owner. They both deserve a raise.

I've had them work on my house for 2 separate issues over the last few years and they are very friendly and their work is professional

We have wanted to get in touch with EZ Home Solutions for a few years now. We finally got around to it just recently to get soffit and facia trim work done to our house. Shaun Hansen was the main guy we spoke with in person about the details of the trim work we wanted. Easy going person to interact with. Straight forward and didn't pressure or nickel and dime us, which is a huge positive in dealing with contractors. We even got to meet his "travel assistant" Coco, the dog. She was a nice dog. The trim work was extremely fast and efficient. Done in half a day. Bryan was the lead of a big crew. Very easy going person as well. Shaun came over a few times as the work was being done to check on how things were going. The wasps were a big problem. I felt bad about that. They handled the situation very well. They were all professionals. The only thing that was unexpected was the crew got rid of our gutters. They were replaced at no cost to us. Hassle free. It was an all around good experience and I'm very satisfied with EZ Home Solutions. I highly recommend using their service services. Very satisfied with the work.

After the March 2024 hailstorm that hit O'fallon, MO we were searching for a contractor to make the necessary repairs to our home. While dropping off my daughter at school I ran across a sign for EZ Solutions. The Wounded Warrior Project connection caught my attention. I'm not a Vet. I called, Pat came out, the rest is history. We're very pleased with quality a materials and the workmanship. We would absolutely use them again.

EZ Home installed new triple windows. The crew was extremely careful about making everything fit and look perfect. Already notice a difference in sound in the house. Was definitely recommend them for a quality windows and top installation

Dealing with Josh was interesting. I would highly recommend getting your first bid from Josh. Let him thoroughly explain his windows and then everyone else's. Josh took the time to explain the pros and cons of everything. You will have an initial sticker shock of what windows cost from him. You are going to go get bids from all of the other brands out there. The other brands were in the ball park on price, but not the quality side. After the next 3 or 4 bids you will end up calling Josh back to sign with him.

The installation was great. EZ's team is slow, its for a reason. The other selling point to signing with Josh is because EZ does not subcontract out. None of the other companies used their own crew, they used "trusted" teams. I have had bad experiences with companies that do not have their own organic crew. the windows were installed perfectly. I took my thermal camera and found no heat loss around the window frames that they worked on. The trim work was awesome.

I would highly recommend using this company. I cant say it enough, have EZ Home Solutions (Josh) be your first bid, then get your bids and form your own opinion.

EZ Home Solutions was Fantastic! Paris was wonderful, he came to our home after a hail storm and my husband spoke with him. I would have never followed up bc I am so skeptical of contactors. But our insurance company had declined our claim and Paris told my husband he could help. After researching the company, I decided to finally meet with him. Paris is calm, understanding of my apprehension. Everything was done as promised, we had a new roof in one day, they cleaned up after themselves, we could not be happier. I absolutely recommend Paris and the EZ Home Solutions team, without hesitation.

EZ Home Solutions did an excellent job on our project. We got a very nice, triple pane sliding glass door.

Although we had to wait quite a while for the installation, the installers took extra time to shovel their way to our deck, shoveled off the deck, replaced some rotten wood and we couldn’t be happier.

The installers were very nice to deal with and cleaned up after themselves.

I chose EZ to replace my siding, soffits, and fascia after getting several estimates that were close in price but not thorough in details nor guarantee.
I could not be happier. All communication was clear and stress-free. The crew worked quickly but without sparing quality. Neighbors I don't know are stopping when I'm outside to tell me how wonderful the house looks.
I have not questioned my choice for one second!

We had EZ HOME SOLUTIONS replace our roof and siding because of hale damage. They did a fantastic job and Shaun was there every day and was great to work with. Our only complaint is that we had gutter guards installed the previous year and there roofers made a mess of them. I complained and the owner said that we had cheap gutter guards and their was nothing they could do about it. Now we are going to have them replaced at our own expense and I don't think that is right.

The window installers were top notch. They carefully removed the window trim so it could be reused after they cut it down to size for the new window. This saved us from having to stain and finish new wood. They cleaned up and vacuumed when they were finished and they noticed the loose quarter round under our front door and nailed it down also. Thanks Darren, Derek and Matt for a job well done.

The entire project was seamless throughout the planning and completion with excellent communication and helpful ideas. I would use EZ Home Solutions again and will recommend to everyone I know! I felt heard and respected and am delighted with the results of their work. Amazing windows for our new home. The most knowledgeable windows person we’ve ever met (from lots of home shows) who helped from ideas to ordering to overseeing installation of our triple pane windows and door. Very pleased with the value, service and installation crew who got extra large picture windows and sliding patio door perfectly installed in our SIP house.

One of the best experiences we have had with a home remodel company! Our roof was replaced by them on 7/5/23. Everyone we had contact with did a terrific job! We met Brian at the home show and he was our contact through the whole process. He was amazing! He led us through and told us all the expectations and how it was all going to work. Everything he said was spot on. He wasn’t just the sales guy. He was friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him over for a beer! He was out there the day of and came back the day after to check on the work.
In addition, Sam was the foreman of the group that was working on the roof and he was friendly and really knew his stuff and was joyful in his work! He was there all day working with his team and if we had a question, was quick to come and answer. He even came back in the early evening after all were gone to make sure more nails got picked up and inspected everything to make sure all was done right.
The roofers didn’t talk to us (except Sam) but they were very respectful and did a beautiful job on our roof. They were supposed to be there at 6:45 and were there at 6:30. They were fast and efficient and done by 3:30!
The one thing I would do differently next time is to cover the plants next to our house with boards before they put the tarps down. All of our plants took a beating from the old shingles falling off the roof and the electrical cords snaking around the house. While our plants will reblossom next summer, they are lost for this season.
They also accidentally stepped on 2 of the downspouts and crushed them but they replaced them same day.
The owner of the company, Robert, also called us the day before the materials were delivered to let us know what was happening and the day after the project was completed to check that all was done to our liking.
We loved this company and would highly recommend them to anyone! We will be using them again if the opportunity arises.

Replaced 19 windows in our home, from double pane to triple pane windows.Cannot hear outside noises when windows are closed! Easy to operate windows.Besides keeping us warm in the winter, they cut down on air conditioner use in the summer. Cleaned up work area after each day of work here. Easy to get ahold of the management with any questions.

They were so good. When I first called the salesman came out very quickly. I had to wait with my decision but as soon as I was able to say yes to them the same salesman came out to finalize the project and he told me it would probably be 8-10 weeks before they could be installed because of the shortages and covid. I received a call in 5 weeks that my windows were ready for installation. I was so happy. The young men came and installed them and it was the best experience. The installers were so professional, kind, respectful, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything even vacuuming in my house to make sure no metal pieces were left behind. I highly recommend this company for window replacement as well as original ones in newly built homes. I had many different companies come and go through the sales pitch but I got the best windows, triple pane, and with krypton gas for less than some other well known companies. The service and follow up was just a wonderful experience. You feel like you are special after the entire experience. I will be having them come back next year to put in the last two windows. I give them the highest rating +++++++! 7/23 I just wanted to add that I now have all new windows and I can testify to how wonderful they are. No leaks, no iced up windows, no foggy glass. Its so nice to be able to look out my window and be able to see. As for the hot weather, well as long as I keep everything shut I hardly have to use my air conditioner, the house stays nice and cool even to the point of me being so cold I have to put a sweater on. So thank you so much for amazing windows. I love them.
