Just got my roof done and it was a pleasure to work with Hoffman. Had no problems, the workers cleaned up really good after the roof was done. Office staff is really nice and gets your answers to you quick

If I could put a 0 I would. My grandmother was getting ill and I needed her room redone before she got back from the hospital. These guys said they would be able to get it done as quickly as possible before her return for a decent price. I waited 2 months, after we had spoken, and no calls had been returned or answered. Then they canceled our contract and made me pay $1500 for a “cancellation fee.” This review is gonna get covered up by ai reviews anyway just so they can make themselves look better…but what they’re doing should be illegal.

We refer HHR to a number of our clients whom are going through water or fire disasters . Their team is very familiar with the insurance process, dealing with adjusters and local building departments. Thanks for taking care of our clients !

Last summer we had a tree fall thru the roof into our kitchen and from start to finish Hoffman Renovations were amazing! They made that whole stressfull situation easier especially dealing with insurance!! We loved their whole crew and all were very respectful!!

In the summer of ‘23 we had a tree fall through our kitchen and caused a ton of water damage. We called the Hoffman team and they were there the next morning to get the tree off the roof. We were devastated when the initial field adjuster came and said they’d give us 25k to fix everything knowing it would cost much more! Hoffman Renovations worked with our insurance company and did all the repairs. All in all it cost close to 175k in repairs and we couldn’t have done it without Hoffman renovations experience in dealing with insurance companies! We couldn’t be happier with the end result and Benson Hoffman and his team on our side! Here’s some before and after photos.

Great company!!!! Good comunications and the plumbing job was exceptional!!! Above and beyond what was exspected. Customer service was good too, let us know every date and time exspected through email and calls. Highly recomend!❤️

Made promises they couldn't keep. Then charged us for getting out of the contract when we weren't happy they were a month over their time frame and ignoring calls. Mind you I was expecting a child and they said they'd have it DONE 2 months before the child arrived and then just ghosted us. So a month before the child we had to buy out of the contract to do the work.

Excellent workmanship, quality customer service, a great honest company. These are the kind of people you want to do business with.

I had a flood and Hoffman's renovated my whole home. To say I am happy with their work would be an understatement. The contractor and his staff handled everything including working with my insurance company. I had flooring, cabinets, a whole bathroom, painting, counter tops, a beautiful backslash and more. I definitely recommend them!

I was referred to Hoffman Renovations by a friend for a quote on sone renovations we wanted done. After getting sone quotes from them and sone others, we ultimately decided on Hoffman. The Best decision!
The overall initial meeting was great! I got the sense of genuinely caring about what we were looking g to do.
Then throughout the process, the attention to detail was wonderful and all workers were so friendly! They were also si good at cleaning up after they were done each time they were here!
Getting renovations done is exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. It’s an investment, messy, time consuming and you are letting strangers in your home. It’s a lot!

I'm so glad I went with this contractor. I had them turn a window on the back if my home into a door, and add an attached deck to my house. It is amazing quality work, and exceeded my expectations completely. I am so glad that I went with them, and I plan on using them in the future for more projects to come.

Absolutely in LOVE with my new floors. We had an issue with one of our animals peeing on the floor. Hoffman' Home Renovations came in and new just what to do at a reasonable price. They cut out the floor and the drywall area. Took care of the smell and patched it back up. Then they installed new seamless flooring and trim that matched the adjoining dining room. Now I have a main floor that looks and smells amazing. Thank you Hoffman Home Renovations. I would definitely recommend them.

My whole condo flooded, but the guys at Hoffman Home Renovations fixed everything perfectly, and now it looks better than ever. They also made my shower handicap accessible so I can more easily use it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We were very pleased with Hoffman Home Renovations. They were professional, responsive and did fantastic work. They worked with our insurance company when the insurance adjuster was very difficult to deal with. they worked very hard to get as much done as possible before the shelter in place order was rolled out during the pandemic so that we could move back to our home and returned asap once business was allowed to resume to wrap up all the small details that needed to be finished. I would highly recommend them for any renovation project as they did everything in our house; walls, ceiling, lighting, flooring and all of the other details you don't even think about when renovating.
