Hive is a small company, but they truly care about their customers. I had a very small job for them to do but I felt important to them the entire time.

These young men were in my neighborhood working on another project and knocking on doors lucky me. I was looking for someone to take a look at my roof for a possible leak. They inspected and did a temporary fix to see if that was the only spot. After confirmation, they worked with me on scheduling to return to fix the roof.

So professional and courteous, the follow-up with me the customer service experience was impeccable. Dont hesitate to work with Hive. I am a satisfied customer.

Hive Roofing recently did a full replacement of the roof of my rental property. Adam and Russel were super helpful and patient with initial hand holding through the insurance claim process. The crew then came out when they said and a little over half a day installed quality Owens Corning Duration shingles on the roof including extensive decking. Farrah was also patient, supportive, flexible around the install itself (choosing shingles, scheduling etc.) and finalizing insurance details afterward. Thanks for everything guys! I recently had Hive Roofing work on my roof, and overall, I’m pleased with the results. The quality of the roofing work is excellent, and my roof looks great. There were a few hiccups in communication along the way.

One notable issue was when the crew accidentally spilled gasoline on a section of my grass, damaging it. While this was disappointing, Hive Roofing has taken responsibility and is in the process of paying to re-sod the area, which I appreciate.

Despite these challenges, I believe Hive Roofing is a smaller company that genuinely cares about doing right by its customers. If they can improve their communication, they’d be a top-tier choice. Overall, a decent experience with a company that stands behind their work.

Hive was great for the process of getting our roof replaced. Unfortunately when a section of shingles was not installed properly it was a nightmare getting them to come back to fix it. Their repair crews just come whenever without any notification from Hive and without ringing your doorbell to even let you know they're here. We had to tell them to leave and reschedule and were clear with Jordan we needed to know in advance when they were coming and they still just showed up on our roof without warning.

Amazing job by Hive roofing from the very first visit! From working with my insurance to get all the paperwork processed and even going above and beyond with the mortgage company. On the day of the actual replacement, they were on-time, did an amazing job prepping the site and with cleanup afterwards. The owners Jordan and Farrah made sure to follow up to make sure we had the best service. The rest of the crew Chandler, Woodie, and Adam maintained the same level of customer service. I had a fantastic experience with Hive Roofing. They gave me a free roof assessment, and they showed me the damage I had with detailed photos. I took some time to think it over, and I didn't feel pressured at all.

When I decided it was time to move forward with an insurance claim and roof repair. They walked me through the insurance claim, met the adjustor at my house and ensured everything went smoothly. They had done other jobs in my neighborhood so they already had the approved shingles for me picked out and gave me tips for quick approval with our HOA. It was all so much easier than I expected. My roof claim was approved in 24 hours!

Once it came time to install the roof, they came out first thing in the morning, and I had a large team of installers on my house working hard. They sent me drone photos of the progress as they were working on it which I thought was really cool!

After the install, I really was impressed with the style and look of the new shingles. They were also Owens Corning shingles with a 30 year warranty which gives me good peace of mind.

It really felt like I had a whole team working for me throughout the process. All were very professional friendly, and courteous. Adam with the initial contact and helping me get the insurance approved, and was always available on the other end of the phone if needed. Heath and Chandler did the inspection, and Heath answered lots of questions from me along the way. Farrah helped coordinate things from the office and kept me in the loop on my install. And lastly Woodie led a great crew of installers on the day of the install. They all worked together to make what could be a daunting process surprising easy and low stress. My new roof looks great and I would highly recommend Hive Roofing to anyone who is considering a new roof or roof claim.

John and Hive Roofing made this process so smooth. We have a 15-year old roof and have been trying to get our roof replaced for 3 years, but the insurance company was the problem that we couldn’t get it replaced. We had a weird situation where water leaked from our kitchen ceiling any time it rained. This issue began right as spring showers started. Hive Roofing is an excellent roofing company. I was skeptical at first because they made it seem like replacing a roof and getting our insurance company to cover it was normal and straight forward. John communicated updates with us and Boris worked with our insurance company. Our insurance company wouldn't approve some additional items at first, but Boris persisted and we ended up getting everything we wanted. When our insurance company didn't approve something, Boris worked with our insurance adjuster providing required documentation (that they already sent). Our insurance company ended up sending the checks to the wrong address and Hive Roofing was patient until the check arrived. John also coordinated with our schedule to install the roof, pick up payments and replace the gutters. Hive replaced the roof in one day. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for a roofing contractor, look no further than Hive Roofing. Not only do they ease any anxiety of working through any complications dealing with insurance companies, but their employees are professional, cooperative with busy schedules and very friendly. The final product is amazing and we are grateful with the current heavy rains that we have a solid roof so that our property is protected from water damage.
