Spencer is a great person and someone I really enjoy doing business with.

Finding contractors that do the things they tell you they will is a rare commodity and if you’re on the fence I hope this pushes you in the direction of doing business with Hive.

We had extensive water damage in our home that required complex, multi-phased repair both inside and outside the home. Spencer's team was great to work with, they stayed within budget, communicated well about each step, helped me make design decisions, and were very respectful with my family as they came and went over a few months. Would definitely hire again!

Give remodeling re-roofed my house and did a great job! When we chose the shingles we wanted and they showed up and we changed our minds he was able to navigate with the supply company getting them swapped out for different color we were happy with. The crew did great at cleaning up after themselves and they did great quality. There have been no problems with the roof after a winter under it’s belt. Highly recommend them!

Hey! A big shout out and 5 star review for Hive Remodeling!! The guys are awesome! I was given their name through a neighbor who highly recommended them, what a god send!! Spencer and Mitchel are knowledgable, hard working, professional, dependable and honest!! I have had a few handy men and contractors in the past that were not, I know the difference. They gave me options, explained patiently my many questions and solved the issues in my problematic bathroom, uneven walls, out dated plumbing and fixed bad repair jobs done by other professionals through their knowledge and experience.
They helped me achieve the bathroom I dreamed of and made sure I was happy EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. I left a key for them as they did most of the work while I was gone, I TRUST THEM COMPLETELY! Spencer even showed up at Lowes to help me make decisions about items I was buying, he went out of his way in his spare time to help me, who does that these days?!

Spencer and Mitchell were the best contractors I've ever used! They were on time every day and very trust worthy, I left my home several times and trusted them completely to be alone in my home. They were great at giving us options and advice and did a phenomenal job remodeling our bathroom! I can't wait to use them again on other projects!

Spencer was great to work with. He was very detail oriented and stayed within the budget set. He built a beautiful built in desk for me. Did the work in a timely manner. Would definitely hire him again.

We hired Hive Remodeling to repair the inside of our apartment after a significant water leak....this involved drywall and flooring repair and restoration. I am a local landlord who owns BYU housing apartments. I loved working with Spencer and found him to be very honest and forthright. He got the job done quick and was actually significantly under his quoted budget. He was very pleasant to work with and his employees were too. He worked well with my tenants and coordinated effectively with them to gain access to the apartment at times that worked with them. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again without hesitation.

I was told I would save money if I paid by the hour, instead I paid double and my floors were installed incorrectly and are not finished 7 months later. The kitchen part of the remodel is unfinished and he is also asking for way over budget before he will even work with me again. According to industry standard I have paid double-triple the price and he has $28,000 from me. And all I have is a vinyl plank floor incorrectly installed. He will not work with my lawyer.
