Truly the best! They just finished a new roof on one of my rentals after hail damage. They are so responsive, keep the timeline and appointment date, and stayed on schedule. They even fixed a broken vent in my attic because it was attached to the roof.
They did my personal home 5 years ago and started the day after Christmas. They carefully pulled down my Christmas lights before shoveling the snow off the roof to replace it. They truly care about their work, all of them!

I meant to place a review about 5 years ago. Better late than never. I LOVE the roof! They were easy to work with. The price was acceptable. The workmanship was excellent! Not a single shingle has blown off in the wind! If I ever need service on my roof Far West will be the first place I call.

We were very satisfied with the work that was done; we enjoyed working with and visiting with the crewmembers to the extent we could converse with one another. The job foreman, Eric was patient in dealing with our questions as the work progressed.

As the work was nearing completion, I pulled Eric aside and asked him if there was anyway he thought he could get me up on top of that roof for a picture. As you can see the deed was done. The crew took great care in ensuring I made it to the top and got back down.

I, of course, immediately posted evidence of my daring feat, to the enduring amusement of our entire family. I believe I am reasonably fit for the senior citizen that I am.

In summary our experience with Far West and the crew was enjoyable and positive. When the guys drove away for the last time, I knew we were going to miss having them around.

We recently had Far West Roofing come out to do some repairs on our metal roof and they were awesome! Tony was very responsive, professional and easy to work with. We had other companies refuse to help us and Far West Roofing was so helpful from day 1. Highly recommend!

The company was hired by I believe our HOA and I had no part in retaining the company for the repairs they performed , this review is not of the quality of repairs or workmanship this review is based on their carelessness and disregard for the tenants , and their personal property and their failure to take any preventative measures to protect the tenets and their properties from the debris and waste produced by the work performed
nor did they make any effort to acknowledge or remedy their negative impact on our properties I.e landscaping was trampled and damaged as a result of roofing debris thrown down onto manicured landscaping and left indisposed off , balconies were left filthy with debris which could have been avoided with a minimal amount of professional courtesy, car alarms were activated by their vehicles doors hitting tenets vehicles (multiple times)and captured on surveillance , I was very surprised at their unprofessional action and the disregard for their company’s appearance and negative impact on the community because visually they had very nice company trucks/equip and the overall physical appearance of the employees were (mostly) clean and in uniform, and they claim to have a AAA rating with the BBB, also the property is in yalecrest and not some rundown slum but it was definitely treated as such. We as consumers deserve better and should demand a more professional service and or products , but we have over time accepted subpar services/products that’s it now what is to be accepted “take what we give you and pay our inflated prices and just be glad that we (services/products) are letting you purchase our sev/pro. Only because we have to have those prod, serv, etc inability to just go without or be inconvenienced we just take it and smile and somehow feel grateful to be ripped of , the power is ours as a whole (together) not the solo act , those who are scoffed and made out to be unreasonably expectant of a superior trade for hard earned and much deserved wages, Please stop excepting the sludge their passing off as USDA PRIME, like Walmart still selling latex gloves at a 400% markup initially introduced to us as a unfortunate side effect of the COVID pandemic and supply chain breakdown. $20 for what was 3.99 in 2021 , this is our doing , we have allowed it ,

We had an exceptional experience with Far West Roofing. They were quick to get us a quote, which was very reasonable. They went over all our shingle options and then they worked with us on a tight timeline to get the job done. Excellent, efficient workmanship. Highly recommend.

They have repaired my moms roof, replace my home roof and replaced the roof on my rental, always amazing service thank you!

DISHONEST COMPANY!! One of their drivers allegedly backed in to my car and drove off. Tony and the owner originally agreed to pay for it. Of course their driver is disputing the action. Now they are refusing. I will never recommend them or request their service. BEWARE OF WHO YOU’RE DOING BUSINESS WITH!!

Contacted this company on Friday and requested a quote to bent railing. Receptionist by the name of Echo promised to get back with an estimate. Contacted them again by email on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and was not able to receive a quote. Called several times answer - we will get back to you shortly. Our guy is too busy. To busy to look at one picture and says how much it would cost to fix a bent railing? Finally after expressing my frustration over the phone Echo said she won’t even work with me anymore. Had to wait five days to hear that they won’t even consider my request. Bad customer service. Very unhappy with the place. Don’t recommend to use them.

Far West Roofing replaced my flat roof in 2013. It was done quickly and professionally. Later that same year I had twenty four solar panels installed. Doug Cooper of Far West worked with the Solar installers to guarantee that the roof penetrations were done correctly, and he provided scrap roofing material to minimize friction if the panels should move at no extra cost. This year I am adding more panels and Doug has provided more material to minimize the friction of the new panels. With their dedication to providing quality service, I highly recommend Far West Roofing.

I called Far West Roofing when I couldn't find a company that would fix/redo my roof before winter. It was in such bad shape, it had to be done before the cold season set in. FWR squeezed me in at the last minute and gave me a fair estimate. They did a knock out job on my roof! They were courteous and professional the whole time. I'm so glad I found them. I highly recommend their services!

It’s nice to deal with a roofer who has an office and a professional, and not just some guy working out of his truck

the bid was great but the communication is horrible. i was told i'd get told by end of week on install date and nothing. i've texted multiple times because i got told texting was best and answered by end of day and nothing. I really wanted to get this installed but if nothing is done i don't know what can be done. i hope they handle this the right way and get a satisfied customer. because right now i am not satisfied.

Fast accurate estimate. Honored estimate several months later. Quality materials and outstanding installation, these folks installed over 1000 sq. feet of soffit and facia on a patio roof. I am very happy with the work these professionals did.

We (our HOA) hired Far West Roofing a few times for jobs varying from major roof repair to replacing siding on one of the buildings. Consistently positive experience. Great quality of work, and, what's equally important, timely communication if there are any issues or delays.

I called Far West to inspect a leak in my roof. He came out the very next next day, got up on the roof, and had the problem solved in less than 5 mins. I am very grateful for Doug's professionalism and service. Thanks again Doug!!!

After waiting weeks for Far West to repair the roof on my town home, the property management company told me that far west roofing would "try to fit me in" the following week. In the meantime, as snow accumulated, I had more and more interior damage from the leak.

Finally, I called another roofer who came in less than 90 minutes to give an estimate and the repair was completed within 24 hours. I called Far West Roofing to discuss the situation and was told that I would receive a return call from a higher up but I never heard back from anyone.

Came out to my home to evaluate a roof leak, and didn't charge me for the evaluation - easy repair. Thanks!

These guys are great! Over the course of the last 15 years, Far West Roofing installed two shingle roofs and one tarpaulin roof on my property. I wouldn't call anyone else! They're fast and tidy!

We have had 5 roofing jobs in the last 4 years. This is the first time we use Far West Roofing and I was impressed. Erik and his crew are very professional and detailed on my new roof. Halfway threw the job they made sure my house was protected from rain over the weekend. Beto and his crew did a fantastic work on installing new rain gutters and soffit. I did quite a bit of research before selecting the company I wanted for a reroof. I went with far west because Doug was respectful, helpful with tips, and had a thorough estimate. The cost was average among all the bids I got. The work his crew did was of high quality. They even pointed out flaws to me of the previous roofing job. They went the extra mile to ensure my ducts were secure inside my attic, among other things. He and his crew were straight forward, educational, honest, accomidating with the contract and other needed documentation, and caring. I will be using them again on future projects. For all property owners: get on your roof and become familiar with it before, during, and after construction.

The best part of the project was dealing with the owner, Doug, who was very available, helpful, and willing to address any concerns and questions about the project. He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I am happy with the work and would use Far West Roofing again.

I called Far West for help to get some work done quickly on a home that I was selling. They were able to make it out the same day, fixed the issue and identified/repaired an unknown issue. The employees were very respectful. I will use them again should I have another need.

Far west roofing did an excellent job in replacing the gutters and were competitive in their pricing. They paid attention to detail and completed the job when they said they would. I will use them again when it comes time to replace my roof.

Doug and his team have done several things for me and have been very professional. I love the rain gutters and appreciate their assistance in fixing a piece of my fascia that had come off in a storm.

Far West was awesome. They were responsive and got the job done quickly. They kept me in the loop on everything. The only downside I experienced was my initial bid came in $3,000 less than my actual charge, but that was because of the type of ventilation my roof had. Wish they would have told me that up front if there were able to look closer at my roof during the bidding process.

Great company! Multiple contractors and insurance companies told me they were the best. Quick service and they even removed my swamp cooler for free.

Farr West Roofing has been very slow to keep in contact with us and after the job was done, I notice the spot on the roof they patch was very soft. We also have been waiting for over a month to get a note for our insurance company and the staff keep saying that only there supervisor can write it and he will get back in a week or two. I would go else where with your money. Farr West is very frustrating to work with.

Overall, the experience was great. The roofers did a professional job to include cleaning up each day. Communication was a weak aspect. Usually, none of the day's workers spoke english. The job took longer than was projected, though it progressed at a regular and sustained pace. Still, we would have appreciated an update after each day's work. The rain gutter installers were also excellent. Between the roof's finish and the rain-gutter installation, we had a day or so of rain. Uncleared shingle debris clogged one rain gutter and backed water up to a part of the gutter that had somehow been damaged. The water poured over the bent part of the gutter into a window well and began to seep in under the basement window. Fortunately, we noticed the problem and fixed it before any serious damage was done. Otherwise, we were very happy with the apparent quality of the work.

They came and removed our swamp cooler. They did a wonderful job. They even helped out with some things that weren’t done correctly when the swamp cooler was placed which wasn’t part of the job. They were so helpful and wonderful to work with.

Excellent roofing job in all aspects. The crew was amazing and the roof looks great. Cleaned up and left the area spotless. Highly recommended.

Far west Roofing is amazing. I could not recommend them highly enough. They have done several jobs for me. They are on time and honest. They are a reputable company with good employees. They are properly insured so that you can feel comfortable and safe when they’re on your roof without any exposure. So many companies out there under cut reputable companies by not caring the proper insurance which could really be damaging if one of them got hurt while doing your roof and not being properly insured. 5 stars for sure.

I've had Far West do Roof repairs in the past and was so happy with their work that when a total shingle removal and replacement was needed I went back. Quite happy with their work and how hard the crew worked in bad weather to complete the job. Knowing this was a complex roofline that would take days to complete, They would remove sections of roofing material daily then make sure each zone had ice shield and under layment down to keep the roof watertight then would move on to the next section.
At the end of every day they cleaned up the work site, making sure no garbage would blow through the neighborhood or nails were left behind that could get into any tires.
This roof should last many years beyond the time I will own my home, but I would not hesitate to use them should the need ever arise again.

Doug at Far West Roofing was wonderful to work with. He made suggestions every step of the way to make sure my new roof worked well, and looked good! The crew was fast and hard-working. They came back several times to make sure all debris was cleaned up. They took precautions so nothing on the property would be damaged. Doug did a final inspection to make sure the work was all done correctly. He took time to answer all of my questions and replied to any additional questions I had as the process unfolded. The workmanship comes with a 5-year warranty against leakage. You will be pleased with their work and their great customer service.
