Hilo Roofing replaced the broken tiles of our home. The roofers arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. Answered all our concerns and finished the job well. Everyone who had seen our new roof were all amazed at the new look the house. What a difference a new well done roof can make!!

Hilo Roofing removed our old roof and installed a new one. They took a total of 6 days start to finish. The crew was very knowledgeable about their work responsibilities. Work was done very professionally and we’ve received many compliments about how good our new roof looks. Also had our old gutters replaced once the roof was complete. That took a total of 2 days. I would hire them in an instant for any roofing or gutter jobs I would require in the future.

I highly recommend Hilo Roofing Crew. Jes was helpful and responsive. He answers the phone or calls you back right away (which is not too common with contractors these days). The workers were here when they said they would be, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof got done faster than I thought it would, and I’m very happy with it.

These guys went above what I was expecting the roof is like walking on top of the floor now it is very solid it makes me worried about my whole roof. I would highly recommend giving him a call

The crew was very professional and efficient when removing and replacing the roof and gutters on our house. The crew bought in a large number of workers to take advantage of the nice weather, it had been raining daily prior to the start of this job, and managed to finish the majority of the work in about three days. The quality of the work is very good and the new roof looks great.

A few days after moving into a new house, I discovered the roof was leaking. I called a different roofing company and they said they'd call me back, but they didn't by the end of the business day, so the next morning I called Hilo Roofing Crew. Jes was immediately able to schedule an appointment for just a few hours later. His son Ikiiki showed up on time, went right up on the roof, gave me a professional evaluation of the issue, and quoted a reasonable price. I paid and he immediately went to work on the repair, finishing in less than an hour. A week later we were deluged with over 12 inches of rain in three days according to the local newspaper---but there was no hint of a leak inside my house. I'm entirely satisfied and would gladly recommend Hilo Roofing Crew to anyone needing an emergency roof repair.

Some roofers out here on the Big Island aren’t willing to come out to my location, yeah, or just didn’t sound super helpful over the phone so I had to search around a bit before eventually finding this team. I live near Waikoloa, and they were able to do pretty much everything that I needed. If you’re looking for high quality work for reasonable prices, I gotta recommend Hilo Roofing Crew.

Working with them was interesting. They have a very… lively crew. Definitely was easy to talk to them and get an idea of what was going on throughout the process, and they kept me updated as things progressed. If you’re needing Hilo roofing help, I don’t see any reason why not to work with them.

Metal roofing is expensive, but the guys over at Hilo Roofing Crew definitely helped to make it 10x more affordable. Jes and his team helped me to get an insurance claim to take care of most of the cost of the roof replacement, because of some storm damage that I had with my old roof. They cleaned up any leftover scraps & supplies after finishing the installation, rather than just leaving them around — strangely enough, I have seen some Hilo roofers and generic contractors fail to do even this. It wasn’t half bad working with them, they’re local Hawaiian bruddas and seem like genuine people.

Super happy with how our metal roof turned out. Best of all, we had no idea we would qualify for insurance coverage, but their team was able to help us to get our insurance to cover most of the work.

Want to say thank you to Jes & the entire team at Hilo Roofing. I was having issues with my roof leaking, and called a few companies who all acted too busy to come out and give me an estimate. Him and his crew came out to give me an estimate quickly, and after that everything was pretty easy. No complaints.
