I purchased a replacement key for my Chevrolet Malibu, but went I tried using it, it didn't work. I called the dealership and spoke with Melissa, who because there were no drivers available to bring me the correct key, personally drop the key off to me. I'm a raving fan of Melissa.

Ordered a new car from John Palermo, all went well and have no complaints once it arrived. John took time to go over all the new functions. Purchasing process with their finance person went very well.

I flew into Chicago to pick up my truck. The driver picked me up was extremely nice person (Gary). We arrived at the dealership and the truck at glimpse was beautiful. I walked in and met Jason the sales manager and he said Steven will handle me sales transaction. Everything was going good until I was told by Jason that they need to collect the registration fees on top of the negotiated price. Jason said I told him I was paying cash for the whole transaction which was inaccurate. Fast forward we figured that out but the truck wasn't detailed and filled up as it was stated to me it would be, red flag in hindsight. I had to ask to fill it up as it's standard when buying a new or used vehicle. I drove 6 hours home and the truck was fantastic. Upon inspecting the vehicle when I got home there was a considerable dent and touch on the bumper that was never disclosed. I texted Jason back today and his response was deferring everything to GM and claims the touch was printed on the originally posting of the vehicle but not disclosed. This dealership service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them.You'll thank me later. If your looking for poor service and poor integrity then buy from them.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. From the first contact to car delivery the communication and professionalism was second to none. Josh T was quick with responses to questions and options. We chose to have the team at Wiers deliver to us in Kalamazoo, Mi which was well worth the added cost. The drivers were on time, professional and polite. The entire experience was stress-free. They have the best deals. Jonny Palermo is a great person to work with. Everyone was friendly and fast. Truck was sitting out front and waiting for me to test drive. The day I bought it, I was in and out in minutes not hours. Did not create extra fees and did not push make believe products, that my truck had to have. I will be driving out there for my next vehicle.

By far the best buying experience I’ve had. I drove 2.5 hours to buy an awesome truck for an incredibly great price. I started the process online. Within 30 minutes I was approved, secured the truck and that was it. I showed up and finalized the paper work (20 minutes) and that was it. Steven and the guys were awesome, it was like talking to your buddies, not a sales team. I will absolutely make that trip again for my next vehicle. Worth the drive!

High prices and the employees act all smugly. And that's if they even help you at all!! Most of the time, they will ignore you. Someone really needs to show them how to treat people. And tell their employees they should treat their customers the way they would want to be treated.

Avoid Wiers Chevrolet at All Costs – Worst Experience with Josh (Finance) & Ben (Sales)

If you’re considering buying a vehicle from Wiers Chevrolet, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My experience with this dealership was hands down the worst I’ve ever had, and it all comes down to their dishonest, unprofessional, and shady business practices.

First off, Ben (the sales rep) was completely incompetent and either lacked the knowledge or simply didn’t care about providing accurate information. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he was more interested in making a sale than actually helping me find the right vehicle. He was pushy, dismissive of my concerns, and conveniently “forgot” to mention key details about the car’s condition and pricing. Every question I asked was either dodged or answered vaguely. When I pressed for specifics, he suddenly became less responsive and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t just blindly signing paperwork.

Then came Josh, the so-called finance manager, who turned this bad experience into a complete nightmare. This guy is the definition of a sleazy car salesman. He tried sneaking in hidden fees, pushing overpriced add-ons, and manipulating numbers in the contract. When I called him out on it, instead of being professional and fixing the issue, he got defensive and dismissive—clearly hoping I wouldn’t notice or question anything. He even tried to rush me into signing paperwork without fully explaining the financing terms, which is an absolute red flag. If you’re not paying attention, you WILL get screwed over.

It became obvious that this dealership thrives on deception and preys on customers who may not know every detail about financing. Instead of being upfront and transparent, they rely on pressure tactics and shady deals to line their pockets. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, only about making money.

Long story short—stay far away from Wiers Chevrolet. There are plenty of dealerships out there that actually value integrity and customer service. Josh and Ben are the worst, and I wouldn’t trust them with a single dime. If you don’t want to deal with dishonesty, hidden fees, and a miserable buying experience, go elsewhere.

Johnny was great to deal with. I drove 2 hours to get the exact truck I wanted. Everything was as advertised on the vehicle and the transaction was super easy. Everyone as the dealership was professional and took a lot of pride in there job. It's so nice to work with such a well ran dealership.

STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPT!

Got my car worked on and got was told it was going to be $1500. When I paid, it came in at $1400. Paid and got the car assuming it just came a little under. Just received a bill a few weeks later charging me another $430 with them saying they under charged labor. My original bill says otherwise. I have called with no real answers and was supposed to get a call from the service manager but have yet to hear anything. They want over $1800 from me from something that was supposed to be $1500

Johnny P. was fantastic he was very helpful and he made sure to do everything he could to make us happy and comfortable.

Went to Wiers with my Mom looking for a used vehicle. Johnny was super kind, patient and very helpful. He walked us through the process and let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted. He did not pressure us at all. Once we decided on a vehicle he took his time helping my Mom connect her phone and showing her how to use all the features. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I came in 1/21/25 with the mind set to get out of my Malibu and into a truck, only had a couple ideas of what I was interested in and intrigued by. Came in and Talked to Johnny P Jr. and he walked me through EVERYTHING. It couldn’t have been better, if I had a question about something, he explained it to me in full detail, didn’t skip corners on anything. Understood and related to me to the point that he knew exactly what I wanted, what I needed. Didn’t try pushing anything I didn’t want, didn’t try forcing a sale on me, but still brought up some very cool and interesting features that I would enjoy. Within a half hour of being at Weirs Chevrolet in DeMotte, We had a vehicle picked out. Another half hour after I gave Johnny an idea of where my credit was sitting at, WITHOUT him running it, I had a rough estimate of what my monthly payment was sitting at without any warranties as well as what it would look like with all the warranties I wanted thanks to Jason. Johnny explained any and all the questions I had about the warranties. Within an hour of arriving at Weirs, I had a crystal clear picture drawn of what this purchase would look like every month and over time. I explained to Johnny that I wanted to think about it over the night and he completely understood, I came back the following day (1/22/25) and was driving my new vehicle home within an hour of arriving. All paperwork signed, loan in place, down payment made, and detail completed. In my opinion, the purchase of this vehicle couldn’t have been ANY easier. If you don’t want to deal with the hassling or the constant repetition of saying no, Weirs Chevrolet in DeMotte Indiana is the place to come to. Unfortunately, WIERS CHEVROLET GMC conducts business otherwise. The process of purchasing a car from here has been incredibly frustrating. It was discovered AFTER financing was secured, that the car was sold out from under us. The sales team (Steven) has completely failed us. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them.

I bought a used truck late Friday afternoon after driving from Detroit from 4 hours to check out a truck in the rain. Taking the dealership as reputable, only to find out the truck is severely rusted out and was covered up by wheel well flares. The next morning after calling the dealership to let them know that I was not happy with my purchase, I was told I would be called on Monday only to be reached by a text message from the sales manager Jason Boone saying there is nothing they can do. So I asked them to please call me, they did but were very unhelpful. Moral of the story don't trust anyone in the car business, bring tools, a mechanic, and maybe even a body repair technician. They claim to have done all other work on the truck but never saw the wheel well flares and issues, but replaced, repaired and repainted several parts

Located in TN and found an ideal vehicle online at Wiers. The entire process was pretty seamless. The dealership was very responsive to my myriad of questions and even helped coordinate an inspection. Once I decided this was the vehicle for me they scheduled an airport pickup (Gary was awesome) to bring us to the dealership. My car was ready to go and the paperwork process was quick and easy. Johnny was so great to work with and even let my son pick out a couple of toy cars for the drive home. I may not be local but I'll look here next time I'm in the market for a car.

From the moment I walked in the door Josh and John were friendly and no pressure. Generally buying a car is a very stressful experience, but this one was not! They knew which car I was there to test drive and they had it pulled up and ready. I never heard the words. What can I do to get you to take this car home today? They let me and my husband discuss some things and they were ready when we were ready again no pressure!

Service is always on time and I am in and out in a half hour for oil change. They always explain what they did and if there are any recommendations that are needed. I highly recommend Wiers!

They are very helpful, always great about getting me scheduled quickly, and efficient with service. I always feel comfortable going in, staff is very kind, and service is done in a timely manner. I had to get my vehicle in for a recall, but couldn't make it work during the week. Pete managed to get me on the schedule the next day on a Saturday for my recall. I noted on the way there that I was due for an oil change and Sabrina was able to get that done with last minute notice, on the same day!

I couldn't find a car locally for my daughter, so I started searching out of state. I found a vehicle at Wiers Chevrolet that matched my criteria. I contacted Jason, and he immediately answered all my questions. He then had Steven send me a video of the car's exterior and interior. I really appreciated the time they took to make me feel comfortable about the car without physically being there to see it. The transaction was simple, and the price was absolutely fair. Everyone was helpful, kind, and went right to work getting my questions answered, and they wasted no time preparing all the paperwork. They even set up a lender for me. All I had to do when I arrived is to look the car over, take it for a spin, sign the papers, and give them the deposit. We were in and out in about an hour. So very happy with this purchase. I Went on Wiers website two nites ago, they gave me a price on trading in my vehicle immediately, Stopped at the dealer in Demotte yesterday to look in person on availability of cars, within hours, I was driving home with a vehicle that suited me better. I am over the moon happy with the sales person I had the pleasure of working with. His name is Johnny Palermo. He gave me hours of instruction on how to work everything.
Patience and humor is what it took! Also, the finance person explains every last penny that you are spending to you! As a single woman, I felt taken care of and very satisfied when I left, not taken advantage of. Go to Wiers and ask for Johnny! It will be worth your while!

Working on getting the parking sensors working on my 2022 Silverado High Country. Finally got the module in and found a bad sensor on the front.

Had a blow out on the rear passenger side of my 2022 Silverado. Wiers got a new 22" tire the next Day.

Oil change and tire rotation priced just keep going up. It was $72.00 pre c19 and it I'd now over $100.00.
