The crew went above and beyond to troubleshoot all our issues and implement a solution that solved all our problems. They were so nice and courteous and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend them!

Thank you for the quick response to the serious issues with my fairly new hot water heater. I was so glad you were able to obtain the new rod so quickly. I felt I was so fortunate that your repairmen were able to replace the part and flush out the tank in a few hours. I hope that I will have clean hot water for some time. Once again thank you.

Had 2 plummers come out during the summer for pump and tank for well to see how much. they told me they had to dig through the front and replace pump and tank for double amount Anderson plumbing did it for without digging through the front. I wouldn't of left this review if I didn't get a bill from attorney for 150 fee for coming out to look at it today in February.I was never told there was a fee. The guys left when I told them I couldn't pay that much. they never gave me a bill or said there is a fee and not one call about it. If I got the work done would I had to pay it right then and there. I would of paid a fee if they let me known about it. The bill said 70 and the rest is late fees. I left a message today to call me back to get this resolved. I hate leaving bad reviews but they need to comutacate better.

Krooswyk is my go to for ALL my Furnace/AC Needs. Personal, commercial and rentals, they stand behind their work and figure out every problem, they are well organized, come when they say they will be there and have a great team from start to finish.

Our heat went out after hours and it was 20 degrees outside. He showed up and fixed it so fast the house barely got cold! He was super nice and very respectful. We're so grateful, our pipes would not survive the night. Thank you!

Super impressed with Krooswyke. Every single person I’ve had the pleasure to work with has been professional and courteous. They definitely care about every situation you may encounter in your home from heating straight down to plumbing. I’ve replaced my furnace, central air, well, and some additional fixtures throughout the house with them and each time they did not disappoint. They are prompt to get you scheduled in a timely manner and their prices are fair I’m comparison to the market today. I’ve done my research plus have had multiple estimates done by other companies, you can trust you are getting a fair deal with them. In addition they are very knowledgeable and walk you through everything that needs to be done. They don’t lie or try to upsell or bs you into something you don’t need, that’s important when shopping around. There’s no pressure or sales tactics with them. Thank you Krooswyk Family so much with helping me make my first home purchase and all my stresses be so much easier to cope with.

Nice people. Fast and efficient. Installed our new hot water heater, added some new necessary plumbing and a hot water only shut off valve. Definately call them for your plumbing needs....you won't be sorry.

After 2 days of attempting to find someone who would work with our warranty provider, we landed on Krooswyk. I only wish we'd have found them sooner. About 12hrs after our first phone call, they had one of their awesome guys out and had our well pump replaced. They were kind and courteous the entire time, and affordable. If we need work done in the future we'll definitely be calling again.

Had to replace both our heating and AC. Their financing program was great. They rocked out new hvac vents and putting in the whole system. Had to have them out for our water heater and some other issues. They are always quick and reliable and friendly

The technician that worked on my furnace was very knowledgeable in HVAC system…! He was fast and very pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend them for my HVAC needs as well as a few other systems they work on.

We had a new hvac system installed by Krooswyk. The installers did an amazing job. I would recommend them if you need a new furnace and/or ac. I got exactly the product I wanted and installed in 1 day without any issues.

All of the service techs were professional and did excellent work. Caleb, Ulysses, and Matthew took care of our needs. Ulysses found a serious problem with a venting problem caused by a different contractor last year. He saved us from being very sick from gas exhaust fumes.

Same day service was great! Matt had to make two trips a half hour away but he was friendly, professional and fixed our water heater. It was a very positive experience.

Was converting my home from propane to natural gas. Krooswyk came out and installed new gas line in crawlspace, new water heater and converted my furnace to natural gas. Employees were very courteous, worked clean and completed the work in a timely manner. They also changed my well pump when they noticed it had a leak. Will recommend and hire them again to do any plumbing, heat and air work at my home!

The tech was early for the appointment and that was fine. He cleaned out the furnace and checked the different parts and pieces of the furnace proper. He found that a valve was faulty and that he would check to see if they had a replacement part or order one which might take a week to receive the new part due to the age of my furnace. Karlie called and said that they had the part in stock and that the repairman would be out on Wed. afternoon to replace the part.
Matther did come out a little late and he worked very hard to make the part fit but it was just a wrong part. Then he remembered that his prior appointment was the same brand and of a similar age. And that the part he tried to install in that furnace didn't fit and he still had that part in his truck. So, about the 8th to 10th time running up and down my basement stairs he got that part, and it worked except that it was missing a very small spring which he said he had at the office. He drove back into town and got that spring and installed it and within 5 min. I had heat from my old furnace. YES ! ! I am one happy camper with the service I received yesterday. Matther said, it makes him feel very satisfied with his job when he can help keep folks safe and comfortable in their own home. I wish more folks were that conscientious about their jobs.

The water supply to my home shut down. I called Krooswyk to come out to fix the problem. I couldn’t have called a better company to do the work. They sent someone out A.S.A.P. to scope out the problem. Turned out to be the well pump, and ballast tank needed replacing. I received the repair quote immediately and I authorized the work to be done. They were out the next day to do the work. I can’t thank them enough for their prompt response, knowledgeable & accommodating staff, and fair pricing. You don’t realize how essential water is, until you’re without it, but thanks to Krooswyk they took a bad situation and resolved it quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional but also friendly. I thought the cost of my job was reasonable and I was told ahead of time how much it would be. I'd definitely call them again if I needed more work done!

We woke up last Saturday to water on the floor which appeared to be coming from the hot water tank. We called Krooswyk immediately and left a message. Carlye called and said Ulysses would be at the house within 30 minutes, even though it was a Saturday. He was pretty certain it was a bad hot water tank, but wanted one of their plumbers to confirm. In the meantime, he turned off the water and gas to the tank.

Kainan arrived Monday morning and confirmed the tank needed to be replaced, and got the job done the same day. We had hot water again by early afternoon.
