Mike has replaced our roof, rebuilt 2 dormers, and replaced our fascia and soffit with Hardi. Work was performed on time at the price quoted. One minor problem (which required Mike to come back out to repair) was handled with one 5 minute phone call.
I've also used Hillcrest to replace, float and paint the sheetrock in a rental house along with replacing the interior and exterior doors after the 2016 flood. When we made the punch list walk-through, Mike pointed out to me a couple of items that needed to be re-done. I'll definitely use Hillcrest again!

Work Description: Wood Fence Demolish/Install

Comments: I contracted w/ Hillcrest Const to demolish and rebuild 205' of privacy fence. Very pleased w/ Mike Hill and his crew's work. They showed up on time, were professional throughout and the end product looked good with a minimum of days invested. This was not a typical new build as we reused the majority of metal posts; had 3 replacement posts to install. They solicited input from me on fitting interference(s), gate preferences and challenges encountered plus my touch up painting of the posts; cleaned up all the debris and minimized the amount of mud tracked around as this job was done during the rainy season. I had lower cost bids but felt I got very good value for what was spent.
