We had an additional heat pump installed by Riser. We were a small job and they were great about fitting us in. They had it done in about 3 hrs.

Riser installed a new heat pump for us in December of 2023. They were so great - I called them in a pinch when my hot water heater sprung a leak hoping they also installed a heat pump water heater. Not only were they able to get someone out to my house the same day to take a look, I had a brand new unit installed first thing the next morning. They explained all my options and were very upfront about everything. Professional, honest and efficient - what more can you ask for!

We had three heat pumps installed in spring of 2023 and another three installed in spring of 2024. I was very impressed by Riser's knowledge, price, professionalism and customer service. From the planning stages they were able to determine how to best install the pumps to maximize perfomance, while minimizing the impact on the aesthetics of the house. Great service! Everyone we interacted with (phone and in person) were professional and helpful. Left no trace after installation, thoroughly explained how to use the system, and were very efficient.

Riser heat pumps installed Samsung heat pump units into my house in April. It was a crew of four people and they worked efficiently and we're done installing four heads and two outside units by 2:00 p.m. on the scheduled day. Each of the installers were very professional and very approachable. They took the time to explain the operation of the units and to some extent help me understand how they worked. Everyone of the installers were very personable.

The scheduling and quote process was also very easy and Riser heat pumps were very patient with me as I got my NEIF loan. I had to keep pushing back the installation date because the loan had not yet closed. They were very flexible. Communication by both email and text was excellent.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about Riser Heat Pumps. Matt and his team are true professionals. Matt was tremendously responsive from our first inquiry, and excellent about staying in touch with us before, during and after installation. His installation team was terrific; in addition to making sure everything worked as it should, they were on time, respectful of our home, wore masks, and cleaned up after themselves. Matt also came by after the install to give us a tutorial to ensure we're using our system as efficiently as possible, and he took care of all the rebate paperwork. We prefer to give our business to local companies whenever possible, and we can't recommend Riser more highly (we've already recommended Riser to two other homeowners and will continue to sing the company's praises whenever we can!).

Riser Heat Pumps was very professional and responsive from start to finish. The installers took their time to ensure a quality installation that also had great aesthetics and functionality. I just completed our video call with Efficiency Maine and the inspector had nothing but praise and compliments for both our indoor and outdoor units. He was in awe of the quality work and was impressed Riser Heat Pumps took the time to teach us and help us fully understand how to get the most out of our heat pumps. We have yet to turn on our propane baseboard heat despite having a run of very cold weather. Riser Heat Pumps and the products they installed in our home have surpassed all of my expectations! I wish we had made the investment much sooner!

Started with professional, informative ,and reasonable quote from the owner. Next was good communication during lead up to install. Install was on time, clean, organized, and professional. His team is awesome! The install looks great and the first day of use has been fantastic. I highly recommend this company. I did call 3 other companies and got a quote from one but there was no comparison in the process and care.
