The staff is really nice and friendly, very helpful. Quality of the merchandise is better than the big box stores, although they're not big box store prices, but you get what you pay for, and it's in a convenient location. Recommend!

Customer service is poor. Second time I have been there and had to wait for someone to come to the counter to checkout. Today was the topper, I was walking to the counter the guy who had been behind the counter sees me and walks out the door. I waited about 10 minutes calling out, is someone working the checkout counter, finally I left my stuff on the counter and walked out.

Everything you need, all in one stop. From a missing bolt, bird seed, plants, tools, grills, or a snowblower, if they don't have it, you probably don't need it! And every time I find myself wandering the aisles looking for something, a staff member always, ALWAYS, asks if I need help finding something! 5 stars!!

We purchased a pellet stove online. Had it delivered to Gray. They called to say it had arrived AND i got an email. The 3 young boys were very helpful loading it. Great experience!
