I had some wind damage to my roof and was having some problems getting the damage effectively repaired in a timely fashion. So, I contacted Colby for advice and asked him to help me assess the damage and my repair options. Colby agreed to try to help me, cane to my house just a couple of days after I first contacted him, and he was very helpful in discussing my situation. He also did a roof inspection during that visit and later sent me some photos of the problem area I was concerned about and some other problems of which I was not aware. To be fair, the other contractor I'd been working with ultimately returned to complete the repairs, so I contacted Colby and withdrew my request for his repair proposal. Nevertheless, I was impressed by his professionalism and service in this preliminary assessment and am happy to highly recommend his company for roofing projects in our area.

We came across some troubles with our roof when we started a solar panel install. Colby was able to come out quickly, talked me through the roof issues, and was able to get a crew out to replace our roof in about a month (waiting for the weather to warm up). The crew had all the work done in a couple days and the site was cleaned up nicely. The project manager for our replacement was also very responsive. They also sent a city inspection report showing the replacement passed inspection and was up to code, which was nice to pass along to the solar panel company! They may not be the cheapest company, but the work quality, speed, and communication were excellent. You get what you pay for.

Colby initially came out quickly after I called to inspect the damage from a hail storm. Andre helped to coordinate the claims process and scheduled the repair.

The repair team arrived early in the morning and started work right away. They had two teams, one working on each side of the roof. Within a short while, they were done removing the old shingles and underlayment, and started installing all of the new material. They had a large dump trailer to collect all of the trash. To my amazement, they were done with everything by about noon.

Andre was great to work with! He helped us by installing several extra vents in the roof to help with air circulation and even some bathroom and kitchen vent fans. The team even painted existing vent pipes black to match the shingles, vents, and trim.

I give them the highest possible rating and recommend them above any other roofing company! Their commitment to excellence and customer service is a testament to their long history serving our community.

Highroad roofing was a pleasure to work with from the get go. They helped me understand the insurance side and getting funds released from my lender. They communicated with me about timeline and procedure every step of the way leading up to it. When they showed up to work they were polite and professional. They even took their break during our kids nap time so there wasn’t lots of noise keeping her up. They cleaned up spotless when they were done and I got pictures throughout the process updating me where they were at. When they were all done the owner came by and did a quality inspection and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I have been on the construction industry for over 5 years and have not seen a company like this. You won’t regret working with them!

Pleased with the work that has been done. Am waiting for the final completion of two small details not able to get to before the winter snow came. I'm sure they will be completed next spring.
