Highline Property Inspections did an amazing and thorough job conducting the inspection of our new construction home in Evanston Wyoming. He was able to get us in last minute, to keep our closing on track. I was impressed with how detailed his report was that included pictures and videos. There were suggestions for things that needed to be adjusted or added to keep every aspect of the house up to code.
I recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection done. You will not be disappointed.

Landon is very knowledgeable, professional, and enjoyable to work with. His communication from beginning to end was great. He did an inspection for me about 45 minutes away from where he lives, and during the inspection he wasn't able to look at the roof due to snow coverage. Landon said he would go back once the snow melted. He followed through a few days later without me having to say anything about going back. It's hard to find people nowadays that follow through on their word and complete the job without having to stay on top of them. I will only be using Landon for any future inspections I may have in the areas he services.

This one in particular provided me with the confidence that the purchase of this house was a good investment and not a money pit. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Landon on the residential property inspection he did for my wife and I on a home we are purchasing in the Pinedale, Wyoming area. Though Landon comes from Evanston, Wyoming he arrived at the 1:00pm time he said he would meet me at the property.
I have been in the construction trades for over 40 years and owned my own construction company for over 25 years of that time, specializing in retail construction and institutional construction. The codes and construction methods for residential are very different from the construction methods for commercial construction.
Landon's knowledge of residential housing was beyond my expectations. The home we are purchasing is a modular home verses a framed house built onsite. I personally did not know that there are specific differences in the utility components such as the hot water heater and furnaces, which units are made specifically for modular homes which are constructed differently then for homes built on site. I am capable of doing most utility installations myself but was not aware of the important differences of the utility requirements for modular homes.
Landon's report was extremely thorough with many photos showing issues needing to be addressed. The Seller agreed to give us credits for repairs that are life safety issues needing to be corrected asap, though there are other issues less important that we will personally address ourselves, suggested by Landon in his report as well as directly to me as we did the inspection together.
I will definitely use Landon and Highline Property Inspections in the future and suggest highly to use his company for your inspection needs.

Landon did a great job inspecting our new home! He was very detailed in the report and thorough on the inspection. This was not a rush job, he took his time and was meticulous in his findings. He had the report done the very next day and called to see if we had any questions regarding his findings which he answered perfectly. Landon did an amazing job on my home inspection. I am living in California and trying to move to Evanston. Landon did my first home inspection, which was very telling, and revealed many major issues on the home I was buying. My boyfriend and I met him on the property and we went through it together. It took nearly 4 hours and the report was huge with a number of red light issues that would have cost us a fortune to repair. As a result of our very thorough home inspection, we backed out of this property. If we had not had the inspection, many items would have been overlooked and it would have cost us $50,000-$75,000 beyond our purchase price to put the property back in shape. Needless to say, we wanted Landon to do the home inspection on our second property. Although this property was in much better condition, once again his very thorough inspection report revealed a couple of issues that will be taken care of. Because Landon does such a wonderful job doing home inspections, I highly recommend Landon. Also my boyfriend and I trusted him thoroughly and did not feel we needed to attend the second home inspection. Even if you are an experienced home buyer, always have a home inspection. Don't leave anything to chance. This is a wonderful way to understand everything about the condition of the home you are buying. I used to sell real estate in California and I will say this, Landon is the VERY BEST home inspector I have EVER seen. Where to even start. Landon was more than amazing! Being/trying to be a new homeowner has been scary but he eased my worry! Landon answered every phone I called even if it was just to ask about pricing and available date. If he did not answer he called right back! He answered all my questions about inspections and more! What I thought would be a rough hour to hour an half house inspection was almost three an half hours long. He inspected every inch of the house I swear and broke it down to three categories to help show mild, moderate and major damages! He invited me to come watch the inspection or to be called 20 minutes before it needed!!! He was very professional and great with my 1 year old who had to come with me! Landon got my overview typed up and sent to me in less than 24 hours he also was connected with my realtor! I will continue to use Highline inspections and will refer them to others!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Landon was very helpful and did an outstanding inspection on the home we had under contract. He had videos and pictures of everything he saw and a breakdown of any issues he saw.
