From the get go, my family clicked with Matt, Kenny, and every other single person we had the privilege to work on our build. They are very selective of the companies and workers they use in all trades. I loved the way everyone got along , it made for a very cohesive team. I honestly can say I had a BLAST building my dream home. They supported my creative side and helped me feel confident in my choices and decisions across the board. I wanted to be very hands on from digging the hole, to their handing the keys to the front door. I know I have made forever friends, it was one of the most serendipitous experiences of my life. I couldn’t be happier with their work and in handling our wishes.

Highland custom homes built our dream home in Hiighland in 2013. They were great to work with. Their contractors were very professional with high quality work. They had multiple resources to help us with our home design and all the fixtures, flooring, granite and cabinetry installations that went into creating our dream home. Highland Custom Homes built our dream home and it was a surprisingly positive experience We had heard so many nightmarish stories and were reluctant to build in such a crazy environment but cannot express how seamless the process was.Building a home can be stressful and our home is over 7000 square feet so we were a little nervous but is everything we hoped for .Matt was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive to all our requests. We loved these guys! We looked at different custom home builders and the guys at Highland Custom Homes not only had the expertise, they also had great integrity and we felt we could trust them. We did our due diligence and visited finished homes as well as ongoing construction and we liked what we saw. We also spoke former clients without the builder around to see if we could get the "real story" and they had some great things to say about HCH.
There will always be issues that happen on a build (and I don't care who the builder is, it will not go 100% trouble free), but it's how they respond to problems that arise that makes them a step above the rest. HCH always made us feel heard and understood and they always went above and beyond to make things right. I know they had other build jobs besides us, but they made us feel that we were the only ones. I can definitely recommend their services!
