Timely , friendly and thoughtful service. They found a way to not cut into our drywall for new fans and instead installed new motors. They were wiling to suggest alternatives to the problem instead of just suggesting the priciest options.

Great experience with Chesley Electric. Dennis was very helpful getting us some ballpark pricing and getting us scheduled. Brock and Cortan came to our home twice to install a few large chandeliers and complete several other lighting and electrical projects we'd been saving up. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! They explained everything very clearly and we truly enjoyed working with them. We'll be using them again for any of our electrical needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The senior technician did a great job! He built some good will today. Nice person and has expertise which does not waste time. I would want to request him in the future for additional work. Encourage you to take good care of him as an employee.

Chesley coordinated with RM power to schedule an outage to repair my bent power mast and when the day came I thought they would reschedule because it was snowing, but they managed to get it done despite the snow. They did a great job.

Chesley helped us with a remodel of our home. They listened to everything we wanted to do and helped bring that together with flawless execution. More importantly since we completed the entire remodel they have helped with some other projects and that is where they have shown their true colors. Brock, one of their services techs, came over and fixed our humidifier and then worked on some can lights that got switched late in the remodel during painting. I left a message for service and received a response the same day! Brock, the electrician, arrived on time and was and made an immediate positive impact! My electric fireplace plug outlet burnt out and almost started a fire! Brock troubleshooted the fireplace outlet - replaced cord ends for fireplace; replaced receptacle; installed plug strip for GFCI protection to fireplace and lamp.
Brock is your greatest asset! He goes beyond customer service. His kindness and positive demeanor is admirable. His skill in his workmanship is exceptional! I will highly recommend you!

Dennis, was amazing! He showed up to assess our electrical issue within an hour. The issue was with our power company and he alerted them of the issue and didn’t even charge us for a the service call!

Dennis responded to my message left on the company's voicemail within minutes, on a mid-December Sunday in Utah no less. As busy as the building trades are in our area, this is a Christmas Miracle in itself! He got the power restored promptly, and even took the time to use Google Translate to sleuth out the likely cause of the problem. Excellent, friendly service!

Brock and Cody did a great job removing heat tape and then reinstalling it in concert with the re-roof of our home. They are complete professionals and absolutely a joy to work with. Due to forecasted bad weather, the re-roof schedule was moved-up on short notice and management (Tim and Dennis) was flexible and adjusted their schedule to ensure that the heat tape removal and re-installation was timed to match-up with the roofer's new schedule. I had a difficult project after winter damage and Dennis walked me through getting started and offered help at every turn. Dennis was definitely an advocate while working with Rocky Mountain Power.
