Lifetime Roofing - Park City

I hired Lifetime Roofing for a project to completely remove my existing roof down to the studs, including taking down my solar panels, and then install a new roof. I worked with Aaron who was the project lead and he did a great job of walking me through the whole process while providing helpful insight without trying to upsell me on unnecessary features. The project was completed on time and was true to the quote. Aaron and the team went the extra mile at each opportunity to ensure a quality installation and I am very happy with my much improved new roof.

Quick followup to my initial call. I needed a small fabrication job for the garage jambs. They don’t do door wraps. Aaron gave me several alternative shops to help me out.

Did a great job with my roof replacement, coordinated with solar company to deal with my panels and left the place clean and tidy. Aaron Sylvern was answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had.

We had a roofing need for a small project tied to radon mitigation and James from Lifetime Roofing was really helpful in getting us the right information to get the work done by myself I respect there honesty and will use them again for any future roofing needs. Very professional

We are first time home buyers, and we had some necessary roof repairs come up in our inspection. Aaron and his team were so helpful with getting these repairs done before we closed and helping us to extend the life of our roof! They even added gutters for the same amount we were quoted elsewhere just for added ease.

Note: I've been a home improvement project manager for a decade now. During the course of installing my roof, the installers did not drain my swamp cooler. This caused water to come pouring down onto my kitchen ceiling. They sprayed a textured paint on the ceiling hiding the fact that extensive water damage had occurred. This foam repair has deteriorated since/ peeled showing the extent of the damage that occurred on install.

Their project manager Steve did come down to my house one time to look at it. While he was there he parked in front of my neighbors driveway preventing them from leaving.

I have been trying to get Steve (project manager) to accept the responsibility by sending him photo and video from before and after as well as video from during the installation with the date of the video attached to the metadata of the video. Steve has promised to call me many times without ever reaching out.

I paid them over $15k for my roof and their lack of taking responsibility for damaging this makes me sick. Do not use this company. I am working on filing a DOPL complaint and wish I didn't use this company. I had other projects I wanted to hire them for but based on the way they've treated this repair they have lost out.

My wife and I have a very nice roof over our heads. Were there problems in the process? Yes, but minor ones. Lifetime's salesman/project manager, Doug N. was incredible in assuring everything was done to our satisfaction and we didn't make that easy for him. Doug was upfront about what needed to be done to correct roof design errors made when our house was built in 1995. Would I hire Lifetime Roofing to do my roofing again in 40 years? Yes, if Doug is still able to climb a ladder.

I am extremely pleased that I found Lifetime Roofing. I had a job that needed to be done quickly. Doug Nelson came right away to analyze the project and provide an estimate. He was extremely easy to work with and very personable. The job had to be wedged between other work that was being done and they were very accommodating to my needs. We are really happy we met Doug with Lifetime Roofing. He came over a few times to answer questions and find solutions to our previous leaks between our roof and patio cover. We were able to get our roof with upgrades (ridge vent, valley metal flashing, shingles, etc.) for the same price as other roofing company quotes without those upgrades. The work was done quickly without a lot of mess all over. And Doug insured that everything was clean after the project was completed.

I found shingles in the driveway. I didn't know whose house they were from. Aaron came out and inspected the very next day!

I had several bids from different roofing companies. Lifetime roofing was the only company that was upfront about the condition of my roof and the necessity of the timeframe to redo it. Doug came out to give the bid and noticed a spot that needed caulking and offered to do it while he was up there. I was so impressed with this company! They were very informative. They sell several brands of shingles. They were willing to teach me about the best shingle for my location that gets heavy snow and wind. The other companies that came to give me bids only pushed the shingles that were most convenient for their installers.

Aaron was super great to work with. Honest and pricing was fair. We did the Vista with valley metal and ridge vent and our roof looks great and the guys finished the whole thing in like a day and half. Very clean and respectful. Would highly recommend!

Doug came to look at my roof today. We had a leak and were concerned over the age and wear on the roof. I have had two other roofers come and want to install all new roofs for a hefty sum.

The crew accomplished all tasks on time, and dealt with a few "old cabin" surprises with experienced expertise. I highly recommend Life Roofing. Doug Nelson provided me with outstanding customer service during the process of getting our roof done. They were very timely with getting everything coordinated and finished, the roof was torn off and finished in less than 24 hours. We had a couple minor mishaps during the project, as is to be expected during such a large project, as we have a swamp cooler on our roof which left some of the underlying plywood rotted. The company took care of everything no questions asked and I am very happy with the way it turned out.

We worked with Doug Nelson who made a very professional presentation of our options for a new roof using Malarkey products and options for a new roof vent system on our house and separate garage. The price quote was competitive against five other bids we obtained. We had a unique situation for our home in Holladay, with solar panels installed over a roof that had reached 30 years old. I was able to arrange for Lifetime Roofing to coordinate with the solar company which removed our panels on Monday. At 6:50 a.m. Tuesday morning, the lifetime crew of eight arrived. By 7:15 a.m. a trailer arrived to collect the roof that was being removed. By 10 a.m. the new shingles arrived and were being installed over the underlayment that has been placed on the roof. The crew included two individuals who walked around the house continuously, cleaning up the debris that was removed. At 9:30 that evening, the roof was finished. Complete!
I bought the crew a case of beer as thanks for a job well done. Two crew members returned the next morning to complete the roof vents and to make a final pass over the yard looking for anything left in the yard. We recommend Lifetime Roofing. You won't be disappointed.

Great work!! I don’t usually write reviews but this just felt like it had to be done. No one is excited about having to get their roof redone. They made it seamless and pain free. I don’t have a small roof and they had it completely stripped and shingled in a day!!! From the initial phone call, bid, and physical work the process was smooth and professional. Any questions I had which were a few because this was my first time having a roof redone were answered prompt and thoroughly. I have since had them come out to remove snow and we get the same great service. I completely recommend lifetime and will continue to use them. I truly feel they know that happy customers stay loyal customers!!!

Terrible experience with Lifetime Roofing. Save yourself a headache and do not entertain this business. Very unprofessional.Job took almost 6 months to complete when it should have taken less than 2 weeks. Wrong materials were ordered and original crew left the job. Even my contractor/supervisor left in the middle of the job because he said this company fails to take care of their clients. I was ghosted and then sent a bill. Their lack of communication was unbelievable. I had some metal accents on my roof and their craftsmanship was subpar. We had to have 3 tires repaired because of roof screws not cleaned up in the driveway. They threw away an expensive gutter in the process and failed to put the heat tape back on. Beware.

The job of replacing my shingles began at least a week ahead of schedule. The crew did a good job tearing off the old shingles and cleaning up after that. The new shingles were installed in a day and the work looks good.

Lifetime Roofing may be The BEST experience I have had by any contractor in my 65 years of life!

Their representative Mr.Doug Nelson showed up on time and performed the roof inspection, taking time after to talk to both of us concerning what was found and providing all options.

Since the damage to the roof was caused by wind and therefore fell under insurance… and me being the type that hates negotiating with insurance companies to get what needs done paid for… I solicited Doug to work directly with our insurance. The results were seamless. Because he knew the trade so well, not only was the damage addressed, but the insurance company replaced the entire roof! I cannot thank him enough.

Now let’s address the actual construction efforts. The crew showed up on time, fully prepared and there was no half efforts by any employee. They were professional, taking care to protect plants surrounding the house and placing tarps to ensure property cleanup. The crew completely removed the entire roof, including the sub surface… and was able to completely reinstall the wood and weatherproof surface, including a full cleanup of the property in a single day!!!! Eight hard working pros that worked together like a great team. Ohhhh and Doug showed up to speak with the crew’s Supervisor before they started and to perform an inspection at the end of day.

The next day, the crew showed up, on time again, and by the end of day we had a gorgeous 100% completed roof, a clean yard and a knock on our door by the Supervisor asking me to walk the property with him so he could point out the work done and to inspect the cleanup and assure that I was satisfied.

The next day, Doug called and came to perform his final inspection… again explaining everything and walking me through the process and thanking us for the opportunity to work on our home! “WOW”

I rarely write reviews… but Every single person we had contact with at Lifetime, from our initial contact to our final payment was professional and exceptional.

I called 1 day ago and secretary said she would give to her mgr and Doug called me later that day and said he would be out in the next day or so. Doug came out and said I was only missing a few shingles and I happened to have about 6 in the garage and said instead of coming back he would just do it while he was here and didn’t charge . I just moved to Utah area about 6 months ago and that by far is the nicest thing anyone has done for me , I would highly recommend them for roof repair or new roof .
