Had some siding and soffets ripped off by a windstorm, exposing plyboard to the elements. Highest Roofing was able to give me an estimate 2 days later, and less than a week after that repair my home. The estimate was beyond fair, and the work quality was excellent. I will be using them in the future for any siding/roofing repair needs.

Highest Roofing did an outstanding job on our older farmhouse that was in major need of a new roof. They were the most reasonably priced of the companies that quoted us. They also came out an additional time at no cost during the quote period to ensure a plan on how they could complete the extensive job of removing an older chimney that was built into the siding of our home. All together, they removed 3 chimneys and installed a roof. We couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, promptness in communication and work, along with the work ethic these guys had. I highly recommend these folks. We had some roof damage after one of those sudden storms that blew through the area this summer. They were responsive to calls, came within a couple of days, and evaluated and fixed the roof promptly and effectively. I know they do other sorts of work on home exteriors (like siding and gutters), and I will call them first for that kind of work in the future when I need them.

I have been referring these guys to my clients for years due to having some mutual friends, and my clients always raved about their work. I finally saw exactly why when I finally had to use them after my roof sustained some damage from a storm. Right from the first phone call, I was completely blown away with the level of professionalism and knowledge. This is hands down the most well-run, structured and organized outfit I have seen in a very long time!! Fernandez kept us in loop of the whole process and they showed up every time EXACTLY when they said there would. Tearing off a roof and putting on a new one is a messy job. They came with a whole crew and busted it out in a day. They immediately covered our shrubs and plants and tarped the lawn. They went the extra mile and brought all the debris down the front side of the house as to not disturb a delicate and expensive canopy on the back. When they were done, there was not as much as a sliver of paper for debris ANYWHERE!!! (I looked). When they were gone, there was absolutely no sign that my house was a construction site for the day. So now, like so many of my clients that I have previously sent to Highest Roofing, I simply cannot say enough good things about them!! If you need a new roof of just some repairs, do not hesitate to call these guys!!!

Outstanding Job and a Wonderful Company!!! We started with Carlos and Rossy, who were kind, knowledgeable and walked us through all of our options. Max, Erlan and team then did the work. But it was more about the diligence, kindness and overall service they provided. Everyday the yard was cleaned and organized. They started the job on the day promised and finished the job one day early even with rain and bad weather. Fernando and Max came and did the walk through to ensure my satisfaction with the completed job (we had 3 structures worked on). They did everything as agreed upon and at the cost they quoted, which was fair and honest. Our home looks great and I truly appreciate them!!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I thought 5 stars was the absolute most I'd want to give for a positive review before I had my roof, fascia, and gutters replaced with Highest Roofing, but i truly cannot give them enough praise! We hired Highest Roofing to re-do our aging roof this February 2024. We had estimates from 6 other local companies and we chose Highest as their estimate came out the lowest of them all as well as having the same warranty length and certification as the rest. Called them and Rossy and Carlos came out promptly to take a look, got back with me the next day with their recommendation and estimate. After consulting a few more companies, we went with Highest due to the price as well as some of the praise for them on our Facebook post for asking about local good roofing companies. Rossy was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly.

Scheduled the week for them to come out and they came first thing that Monday morning, I was pleasantly surprised. Only took them a day and a half for our roof which was in pretty rough shape from what I was told. After job was done yard was spotless. Roof looks amazing. They even offered to drive back to Staunton to drop off some extra spare shingles we requested and to pick up the payment. Carlos also extended the workmanship warranty from 3 to 5 years. They made this whole process quick, easy, and painless. Can't recommend this company enough, definitely hire them for any roofing or gutter work you have if you want it done correctly and promptly.

Lied repeatedly about scheduling and length of time work would take to complete. When confronted with their lies, they never acknowledged them or apologized. They just kept trying to mislead me. I have never reviewed anyone but their attitude and effort were so poor and condescending I had to write a review.

It was a weather issue originally. The weather is not responsible for you lying though.

a lot of the 20 emails are me repeatedly asking the same question. How long will the work take? seemed to baffle you guys and require multiple emails. its not my fault that chain is so long. I asked one question repeatedly. The same way over and over again and you guys kept not answering.

I asked for clarity and you kept ignoring me. That is why the email chain is the ridiculous length that it is. I even point that out to you in the email chain multiple times when you try devious tactics.

You guys told me it would take three days originally but wouldn't do the work

Highest Roofing (HR) is one of the best companies I ever worked with as a homeowner & real estate investor. Accurate estimates (for a large house roof replacement and painting), beating competitors with prices, no hidden charges, very friendly representatives/workers, straight-forward paperwork with the right amount of detail, high quality material, beautiful sample book, well equipped company, no unreasonable requests, great roofing/painting job, had a solution for an uncommon environmental concern, took care of requested temporary patches (free of charge), did extra little fixes they weren't required to do (and which weren't directly related to roofing), everything clean when done, helped to deal with insurance companies, very responsive, and on schedule with everything. When discussing a bunch of details through emails, Fernando always addressed every single question/concern/point with a spot on answer - just like during in-person meetings. I got very picky about the color for the painting part of the job. It wasn't available through HR's paint distributor, but I found a shop which offered to mix/produce it, and HR was kind enough to work with them to get it for me without any extra charge. I just got all I wanted for an excellent price. Impressive service, highly recommended!

We had a terrible roof leak. It was a maintenance issue when they built the house. It was in a valley about free foot by three foot long, wide. We called highest roofing for a quote. They came, the very next day gave us a quote that was reasonable. they were very professional, very polite, very accommodating to what we needed. I would recommend highest roofing to anyone who asked friend family or stranger. Yolanda was our sales person she took photos and showed us. She recommended roof tiles that she had pictures to show us. I can not say enough things about this company. If you need a roof repair or a new installation, these are the people to call.

Our roof is fairly large and required a minimum of 5 days to complete. At the end of each work day they were meticulous about cleaning up and leaving no mess. We are very happy with their work. I asked for three roof inspections from various contractors, Highest Roofing were the only one to say that there was a problem with the car port roof, the rest of the roof ok although fairly old all the other gave quote for whole roof to be replaced no mention of this.
Highest Roofing did an amazing job, they covered all my bushes round the house to stop debris damaging them. They worked very hard and were very polite. The added bonus was they were the cheapest and gave me a 50 year guarantee on materials and labour for the roof.
