Matt is a very nice and responsible manager to work with. He answer the questions timely and detailed. He also watched the roofer to finish the job closely. I would high recommend him to others if they have home project to do.

At a chance meeting at one of my neighbors I asked one of managers from Highmark Construction to check my roof, if he had the time. He reported that I did have wind damage so on the recommendation of many of my neighbors I contracted Highmark Construction to redo my roof. My Project Manager, Will Gladnick, helped me through the whole process from contacting my insurance company and answering questions through getting permission from my HOA to have the work completed. Will kept me informed about when the work would be completed. Although Mother Nature disrupted the schedule with a short rain delay , Will kept me informed at all times. I would highly recommend Highmark Construction and have done so to my neighbors.

Excellent customer service from my project manager William Gladnick.. Start to finish he did a great job communicating. The crew that put our new roof on were excellent - worked until 10pm to get the job done in one day. And a beautiful Copper crown for our chimney!

The project manager has very aggressive soliciting tactics in a no soliciting neighborhood. It has made multiple neighbors uncomfortable to the point that neighbors are threatening to call the police.

High Mark Construction is an outstanding insurance restoration company that specializes in storm damage. My personal testimony follows:
I moved to delaware in 2021 and since then we enountered high winds and heavy protracted downpours. Over the past year, I observed a number of homeowners in my neighborhood utilizing High Mark Construction to perform roof inspections and subsequent roof replacements. In February 2024, I inadvertently came across Project Manager Matt Hilts who was conducting an inspection of my neighbor's roof. He offered to do a free inspect of my roof. Matt found roof damage including damage to some sheathing boards that were sufficient to file a claim. He assisted me with the claim process that included interacting with the claims adjuster and highlighting damaged areas. After my claim was approved for a full roof replacement, Matt helped me select high quality shingles.
Following shingle selection, scheduling the roofing work was easy and at my convenience. The roof and damaged boards were professionally replaced by a highly experienced and friendly crew who completed the work within one day. Cleanup exceeded expectations. No nails or debris were left behind.
In short, I was completely pleased with my whole experience with High Mark Construction, particularly with Project Manager Matt Hilts who was not only professional and knowledeable
but very friendly as well. Likewise, the crew who replaced my roof and boards, did so with professionalism and efficiency and were polite.
I highly recommend using High Mark Construction to conduct roof inspections, and all subsequent work that may be needed as a result of the inspection. The whole process was smooth and void of any issues.

Will Gladnick, our project manager, inspected our roof and thoroughly explained the condition, damage and recommended repairs. He followed up with our insurance adjuster and provided photos, shingle samples and roof specifications. He worked closely with the adjuster to secure a full roof replacement. The work was performed to our satisfaction on the date and time that was scheduled.

We suffered roof damage due to storms that went through the area. This was the first time I would be using my homeowners insurance. Jeff Miller was very helpful from beginning to end. He answered my "many" questions and stayed on top of things. Always kept in touch. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. I now have a new roof that I love. As a project manager, I feel that Jeff went above and beyond. He's the reason I went with a company that I knew nothing about. I was so pleased, that I also had them install new gutters. I would definitely recommend High Mark!

We had great service with High Mark. Their agent Matt was very helful and a good resource on the products they carry. He makes recommendations and would give you time to make research what is the best products you can use to your project. When you call him about questions he will call you back in a timely manner. When our claim was approved by our insurance they set a date and came finished the project that day. Highly recommended!

Matt was great to work with during the entire roofing process. Highmark has a large selection of shingles to meet everyone’s needs. If anyone asks we give both Matt and Highmark Construction two thumbs way up for their work.

All these check there box! You can’t beat the price you get for the amount of work you get. Would recommend to anyone. Ralph got me an excellent price for replacing siding and metal.

The presentation was professional and the scope of the work was outlined completely with the agreed upon terms before the project began. The work was completed on the date scheduled and the crew performed their work in the time period specified and took care to protect the house and did a thorough job cleaning up upon completion.

When I called with a roof leak into our bedroom, Project Manager, Matt Hilts came right out and put a tarp over the leaking shingles even before we talked. Allstate only wanted to replace a few shingles, but after a lot of pressure by Matt, they ended up paying for the entire roof to be replaced. Excellent service and follow through.

We are very pleased with our new roof. The project manager Justin, noticed something off with our roof. He inspected and found a large hole. Justin allowed us to see samples of shingles on our house which really helped in our selection. Also, Justin took care of everything with the insurance company. Ralph made the process of getting a new roof unbelievably easy. I didn't know I was able to utilize my insurance after a bad hailstorm. He handled ALL of the paper work and paid literally next to nothing. The roof came down and went back up within the span of a few hours, all while I was at work. It seemed like magic! There is nothing we would want to change with our experience working with High Mark in replacing our roof due to storm damage. We are still amazed at our project manager Matthew Hilts' work ethic and follow-through in dealing with our homeowners insurance to have the claim fulfilled. We are convinced that we would not have a new roof if Matt wasn't our project manger. Matt went above and beyond in dealing with our insurance company. We would have given up months ago but Matt persisited and was able to obtain a complete roof replacement for us through our homeowners policy. Called on a Saturday. Contractor out Saturday. Lack of communication between the crew that came out and the bosses. Then when requested a quote over 24 hours later as they never contacted me. I was told, We do it based on what your insurance company gave you. When I requested a quote not based on insurance payment I was ignored. Zero stars.

Matt with HighMark helped throughout the entire process and made it easy for me. I highly recommend both Matt and HighMark.

We just concluded our roof replacement with Highmark and I can not say enough on how fortunate we were to work with such a high caliber company and team. From our initial assessment of the damages, to working with our insurance company; and finally the one day full roof replacement, Highmark exceeded our expectations. Start to finish it took a little over 3 weeks; while neighbors who signed contracts with other companies have yet to have any resolution with their home damages 6+ weeks later.

We have homeowners insurance to cover acts of god, damage from wind, hail, lightning, etc. Highmark worked with our insurance company to come up with the best solution for us and our insurance company. I have confidence they will do the same for you. So much so that 8 of our neighbors have contracted with Highmark most with all work completed.

If a Highmark rep shows up at your home asking if you would like a free roof inspection….do it. We did and this is where we found out our 20 year old roof had sustained damages from recent high wind storms. Our initial concern about this being a costly replacement was incorrect. Our insurance company had full control over the process. Highmark’s professional staff know how to work with all kinds of insurances, so don’t be fooled by other companies rushing you to sign a contract or put up money unnecessarily. If you do, you might wind up like some of our neighbors 6+ weeks later in contract limbo. Go with Highmark, you really will not regret it.

Highmark Construction did an excellent job replacing the shingles, gutter and a few bent aluminum pieces. I knew I was in need for a roof replacement due to a recent storm but was dreading spending the money. Dan checked out my roof and confirmed storm damage. He then worked with my insurance company to cover the cost. Dan was very friendly and responsive to my texts, also kept me updated on installation status. Dan and the Team at High Mark Construction helped us with some post-storm damage to our home. Following a severe storm in July I noticed some damage to a shingle or two and some siding. I met Dan while he was in the neighborhood inspecting a neighbors roof and I asked if he would mind taking a look at our damage while he was there. He agreed and promptly laddered the roof and discovered some fairly serious damage that was not observable from the ground. Without prompting he offered to patch some of the exposed wood to prevent water damage to hold us over until we can talk with our insurance company. Dan worked with our insurance company to assess the damage and stepped us through the process. I honestly spoke with Dan more than our insurance adjuster. Once the claim was processed the crew worked quickly and very professionally to replace the roof and some older skylights. Dan and a smaller group came back the next day (on a Saturday) to finish a last few details and I found out he gave up a fishing trip to finish the job. I highly recommend Dan and the crew at High Mark and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

High Mark Construction did a fabulous job on my roof replacement from recent storm damage in my neighborhood. The day after the storm High Mark did a roof inspection which revealed significant wind damage to my roof, they were extremely helpful filing a claim and consulting with the insurance company to facilitate repairs or replacement. Full replacement was approved, and within two weeks the High Mark Crew removed the old roof and installed the new roof in one day! High Mark representative Dan Sies was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and professional though the entire process.
