Chris and Scott were great to work with and we are so pleased with the result of our remodel, no small task given the 1900 farmhouse frame and everything that comes along with a 125-year-old home. High Caliber came highly recommended from a neighbor, and it’s clear now when reading other reviews why they have so many repeat customers. Their knowledge and craftsmanship is impressive. Chris was a consistent and reliable communicator and always willing to listen to any concern or question and happy to work with us to make sure expectations were met. Crew was always on time and the timeline stayed true to expectations set. But perhaps the best part of the project was how Scott truly became a member of the family after spending so many days with us. Our kids and especially dog became so fond of Scott. Our space has truly been transformed and has elevated our home experience is so many ways. We have referred High Caliber to many friends already.

We used High Caliber Building after interviewing about 4 remodeling companies for our southern Twin Cities project. We had a good idea what we wanted and Chris seemed to understood the scope and was confident he could achieve the results we wanted within our budget. We completely changed our main level by removing 2 walls to open up the sight lines (tons of electrical & HVAC rerouting), replaced windows, created a pantry, mudroom, and added a sunroom. He kept all his subs accountable to the timeline and everyone was great to work with. Chris & Scott answered our questions (and our children’s million Qs) timely & with patience. Also, not everything goes perfect on an existing remodel , but they addressed our concerns promptly. We would recommend High Caliber Building & Remodeling and we will call them again in the future.

We had a great experience with High Caliber Building and Remodeling. They did an excellent job for us and were very respectful. Everything was kept clean and the crew are very friendly and easy to work with.

We’ve hired High Caliber three times over the past six years or so, and have always been thrilled with the results. We first hired them to build a cedar deck, and then had them convert the existing deck into a fantastic 3-season screeded porch a couple years later. Most recently, we had them add French doors and custom cabinets to our home office space. All three jobs were done to perfection. Chris is always a pleasure to work with and everybody that’s ever worked on any of our jobs has always been extremely friendly and courteous. Chris always does a great job explaining our different options, the pros and cons of each choice, and does an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process.

We used High Caliber construction for a significant remodel of our home. The project included demo of our kitchen, moving interior walls, changing the size of an exterior window, replacing our popcorn ceilings with knock down throughout the entire home, painting most of the interior walls, installing new flooring, tiling a large backsplash and all the plumbing, electrical and HVAC for a redesigned kitchen.

Chris and Scott are outstanding craftsmen, easy to work with and set very high standards for the quality of all the work done by their team. Throughout the project, they treated us like valued customers and strived to give us what we wanted. We highly recommend High Caliber Construction.

Chris and his team were fabulous! They were all very professional and I never felt that he wasn't in charge and on top of all aspects of the job. He had our best interest at the fore front. He was very communicative, and responded quickly to texts and handeled any concerns I had almost immediately. I felt so confident in the entire process that this was and has become the most beautiful renovation we could have ever imagined. We have plenty more projects to do in the future in the older home and without a doubt will be working with Chris again and would recommend him to all of my friends! Now we have a view of the lake from anywhere on the first floor !

Chris leads a professional team. He provided ideas and options. When it came to the contract time, quality and budget were met with incredible accuracy. He did an entire kitchen, dining room and great remodel with A plus quality. We compared his company to four others and his price was on target and he does not up sell. He does all the work and makes it easier for you. Additionally, he made sure his crew kept cleanup daily and at the end of the project.The project was completed to the time also. We loved the slate heated floors, the cabinets from Country Cabinets, Warner Stellian kitchen appliances, the Fireside Hearth and Home fireplace and custom wire stair rails that Chris installed.

Our friends and family are impressed. We recommended him to them and plan to ask him to our next project! We went from a true "70s" look to a modern rustic 2021 look with professional grade kitchen products.

High Caliber remodeled my kitchen and built a shed dormer, creating a new bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. This was some major work! All employees were professional, responsive, and highly competent. Chris answered my questions immediately. I had some tight deadlines, and they worked really hard to meet them.
