We are so happy with all the electrical and lighting, the floors and tile and of course all cabinetry and paneling work. Another huge shout out to Terry Walker and Christian of Walker Design Build, we are in love with our cabinets and we owe the connection to Shannon of course!

I called Higgason to see about a few projects we needed done. Shannon returned my call the next business day. After outlining what we needed done, it was realized what we needed done wasn't what they do (our projects are smaller-in the grand scheme- repair items whereas they focus on larger remodels/builds). Even after determining their company wouldn't be the right fit for us, he offered to phone triage the things we needed completed, explained what our likely issues were, and recommended the type of contractor we should contact for getting the work done. All without any chance of us being able to currently contract with them.

I was blown away by the kindness and much needed direction. I will absolutely be reaching out to them again, if our needs one day better match their offerings. Thank you, Shannon!

Shannon and his team are absolutely amazing. We were looking to put in a new deck in our backyard and we had brought in a few contractors to review and quote the project for us. While Shannon was not the cheapest quote, he was reasonable, seemed to fully understand the scope of our vision for the deck, and most importantly, was an honest and kind person. We hired him on and I was blown away at his attention to detail, how quickly he returned my emails and calls, and his open communication with us throughout the entirety of the project. He didn't cut corners; we watched him work closely with his team to ensure a solid job. This was a very expensive project for our family to do, but one that might be fairly small in comparison to some of the larger projects that Higgason Construction works on, however, Shannon knew that it was important to us and he treated us with so much respect (and not as if it was a "side-job"). That kind of respect meant so much to us and it was wonderful for my own children to see and look up to (not to mention, his team here was always so kind to them and always waved and smiled as they looked on at their "cool trucks and tools" through the window). The deck itself turned out beautifully, and I am confident that it was built with the best integrity and quality that's out there. Shannon worked hand-in-hand with us to help us pick out details and on the overall design, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it all turned out. I would recommend Shannon and Higgason Construction to everyone and would absolutely use them again! Hiring someone for projects can feel overwhelming (at least it was for us) as you want to make sure the contractor sees the vision that you do, but also doesn't bury you in bills, but Shannon's openness and professionalism set my heart at ease, and I can now use my deck each year knowing that this whole process went incredibly smoothly and I know if I ever had a concern or issue, Shannon will address it as he is also confident in his work. I hired Shannon for a couple of minor bathroom remodels a few years ago. He was timely and professional, his work excellent, and his prices fair. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I was educated and satisfied with the project. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.

Shannon undertook a complete remodel of our HOA Building and he and his crew did a fantastic job. Through managing all the personalities, to the quirks of a mid 90's building, they navigated through everything. We had them do the following work: Replace all flooring with tiles, replace all crown molding and trims, repaint all floors and install a high end entryway. Everything came out perfectly and we could not be happier with the results. This is the 2nd time I've used Shannon and it certainly won't be the last.

Shannon and his guys did a master bathroom remodel for us this summer. Our remodel also involved an insurance claim which required a lot of extra paperwork. Shannon was able to help provided the needed paperwork for our insurance claim. More importantly, they did an amazing job on our bathroom. We had a lot of tile work done which turned out outstanding. Shannon and his guys did an amazing job building a 700 sf custom deck Trex deck for us, as well as a 600 sf exposed aggregate patio with a stamped concrete border. His angles on the deck were perfect (we had several 45 degree angles and wrap around stairs) and the rounded edges he put on the concrete patio really make our backyard space stand out. Aside from the great work, he and his guys were also just really great to have around. They're conversational and engaged well with our kids. We're working with him again now for a bid on some interior work. Highly recommended!!!

We could not be more thrilled with our new home! Shannon and his crew rebuilt our main floor from the ground up! We had been living with our 1979 split level home for 12 years before deciding to take on a major kitchen and great room renovation. The project eventually extended into six separate areas of our home, including our kitchen, dining & living room spaces as well as the adjacent entry, office and two bathrooms. Shannon worked through each step of this mammoth project with us, helping us find ways to reduce costs and stay within our budget without sacrificing our vision for the space. Shannon's skill and expertise with everything from framing and support to finish work were incredible. With a project of that scope and scale, hiccups & setbacks inevitably will occur. Shannon was a great problem solver and worked collaboratively with us to see each issue through to resolution. We felt fortunate to build a relationship with him along the way filled with trust and respect.

Had a great experience with Shannon and would thoroughly recommend.

He removed a supporting wall from our ground floor to open up the space; replacing all the walls, flooring and windows in the new room. His attention to detail really sets him apart from other people I've used for past projects. There were a number of custom finishing touches that we added to the space that really helped step it up to the next level.

The crew were all polite, considerate trustworthy and friendly. They ensured the build site was kept clean throughout.

We'll definitely be looking to work with Shannon again after our experience.

Shannon at Higgason Construction laid tile flooring in my guest and master bathrooms. I will be recommending him highly to my family and friends! I will be using Higgason construction again when I remodel the rest of my kitchen. My tile floors look incredible, the work was done quickly and he was a pleasure to communicate with along the way. The results are fantastic, my girlfriend and I are so pleased. Shannon also kept a very clean work space within my home, which I greatly appreciated!
