Don’t use Hibbs and don’t believe a word they say in the professionally crafted reply to this review. Save yourself our heartache and avoid having a home worth $2.4 million that is not sellable because of the negligence and subsequent damage done by Hibbs. They graded our backyard right into our basement, which has consistently flooded and is unusable. They flooded our basement while it was under construction and DID NOT replace the LVP flooring. They lied and said they didn’t have to. A call to the company who made the LVP is how we found out it needed to be replaced. They failed to properly compact concrete steps and a large concrete patio, all of which have sunk and would not pass inspection. They left us with construction issues that needed to be fixed and never, not once, came back.i have bedroom doors that are too small, areas of the home that were never painted, an HVAC system that is 1/3 rd the size it should be, decorative rock falling off the outside of the home, roof panels blowing off, that Hibbs was aware needed to be fixed. My home is beautiful, but it is an absolute mess. I never post reviews, but we have been tossed aside by Hibbs Homes. Use someone else. I wish we had.
