I could not possibly use enough accolades to express my gratitude or extreme satisfaction dealing with High-Tech and especially their owner Ralph. After the winds in June punched over a tree that damaged my roof, I started off dealing with a company that my insurance recommend. After several delays and incorrect information a month passed by with only a tarp on the roof. It was a Sunday evening around 8 PM during a heavy downpour we noticed water coming into the house. I first called the insurance company with no answer, then I quickly search NextDoor app and Google. I came across High-Tech with a high star rating, I cross my fingers and called. That when the unbelievable happen! Within two minutes before I could finish explaining Ralph said he would have his guys over in 30 minutes, they made it in 21! Not one question about who would pay, what insurance, simply will take care of you! On top of that he apologized for the pryor company’s neglect. High-Tech took care of my entire situation within days.

Long story short, if you do not call High-Tech first for roof repair, you’re an idiot!

Ralph has worked within the insurance dept of TX and really is a good resource for a more energy efficient roof system. Takes pride in the process of installation and finished product.

Hi Tech Roofing replaced my roof and gutters after they were damaged by a hail storm. I was very happy with the product knowledge and quality of service as well as the quality of work that was done. In addition to replacing my roof, Hi Tech also upgraded my attic ventilation to a solar unit which has reduced my electric bill. They also fixed a drainage problem that resulted from work that was done by a different company 8 years previously. I'm very happy with my roof and gutters and would definitely recommend Hi Tech Roofing to anyone.
