BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PURCHASE! I HAD TAKEN OUT A LOAN WITH A WARRANTY I WAS NOT AWARE OF WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE. THIS AFFECTED MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS. THIS WARRANTY WAS NOT NEEDED WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE THAT IS COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ALREADY AND NOT A USED VEHICLE. I HAD TO CANCEL THIS WARRANTY BUT SADLY IT DID NOT LOWER MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS AS I HAD WANTED. ALSO, TRADE INS WERE NOT WELCOMED FOR A 2024 VEHICLE THEY SOLD ME ALSO. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR THEIR SERVICE. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING!

Took my truck in for an oil leak and a coolant issue. Robert in service was extremely helpful! He kept me informed about the diagnostics and then plans to resolve the issues. Great communication! They truly did everything they could to help with any issues.
The oil leak was even covered under my warranty, so saved tons of money. Will definitely go back for my service work. My GMC is a 21 so won't be buying a vehicle for a while but even the sales staff made me feel at home while waiting during my visits. Just overall a great experience.

After a bit of a rough start to the deal I’m glad to say that we were able to make an agreeable deal on the trade of my old truck to a brand new truck. I took my truck in on Monday the first for a check engine light. I had to call in to get the results, no call from the service rep. I told them to fix it. Tuesday the second, I called in ( no call from the service rep. ) parts are on order module on. Wednesday the third, I called in ( no call from the lack of service rep.) no due in on the parts. Starting to rethink my love of chevy

We purchased our 2021 3500 HD Chevrolet from here. Decided to use the complimentary service. It didn't go well. Left a review from that experience. Because Webb Chevrolet was booked into June, against our better judgment we rang Hi-Country Chevrolet and we got an appointment. Day after our appointment we decided to check the oil level and it's low. Drove it back to notify them and of course when the engine warms up the oil circulates and rises. By the time they checked it was above the hashmarks. This coming from an individual who has worked with diesel for 4 years and another individual who says he was a diesel tech. What surprised us was they couldn't locate the dip-stick, we had to show them where it was. Our first experience with Hi-Country was a disaster and it will always be the same compared to our second experience (yesterday). We will not be giving you a third chance. Call us, email us, whatever you do or say at this point won't be changing our minds Hi-Country Chevrolet. The best we can do is give you 1 star. Had my oil change at 11:00am and had to be in Cortez 1:00pm. Had me in before 11 and fix the recall issue in my brakes. Was on the road and made it to my appointment on time after my car wash. Ahe’he (Thank you)

We had an amazing experience. Having Tyrell Jim as our sales guy was great. He heard what I wanted and he ran with it. Tyrell moved mountains for us and he made us felt heard. He is an awesome sales guy and I highly recommend him with your next ride purchase. Overall, I am very happy and blessed to have my new ride all thanks to the hard work Tyrell and Art did for me.

So sick of these stupid dealerships screwing people around. Told the salesperson my exact credit (because I had it pulled by a different dealership trying to find a car) and so he told me where my payment would be based on my credit, and the payment came in quite a bit higher than his quote. I understand it's all based on credit, but because I knew my exact credit it made it extra frustrating. And, we had to instigate every conversation through text with this salesman, Matt. Lost our potential business and best of luck to anyone that wants to buy a car here.

Worst experience ever took my truck in for the ECM to be flashed made appointment every thing they asked for said it would be done that day my truck wasn't done that day said it would be done the next day was whole week went by and they never touched it worst experience ever

Couldn't get our older Suburban to run no matter what we threw at it... took it to the Service Dept at Hi Country and after a bit they called and said to come pick it up!! Good service, good communication and good price. These guys are great!! Hit 'em up!!

When I first went to High Country Chevrolet in Aztec for an oil change I was glad to have it done but afterwards I left and as I reached the outskirts of Aztec my engine light came on. I didn’t want to go back so I called them and they sent me to High Country in Farmington and they fixed it. A sensor came loose when they were changing my oil. Well here I go again. I got another oil change in Aztec and the same thing is happening again. My engine light is on. I called them again and this time I felt like they didn’t think it was important. So I’m going to call High Country in Farmington. They make me feel more important . This vehicle is a new 2024. His shouldn’t be happening to us. Next time I’ll get the oil change somewhere else.

Sedrik Barnes in the service department is an asset to your team. He was knowledgeable and courteous when I arrived and all through the process. He explained what would happen, outlined the time frame for completion of the project, and even offered to drive me to work if I didn't have someone to pick me up. That's exceptional service.

We were pleased when we.dropped in to schedule a service appointment and were.able to get in shortly due to a cancelation. The service was done well and the truck was ready and a fair price was charged.
