Once they have your vehicle, they have very extremely poor communication skills.
They will try to double the rate then after a month of having your vehicle sit outside.
They didn't bother to contact me the first time that they tried fixing my scratch.
Sorry, we don't want to work on your vehicle anymore.
I wouldn't trust him with anything personally.

Very friendly & awesome customer service. Had front end damage to my Toyota truck. Only took 4 days to repair & my truck looks brand new. They even washed & detailed the inside of my truck. I would highly recommend them! Thanks to everyone @ Quality for the awesome job you did for me!

Very friendly at first. But don't let that fool you. Once they have your vehicle not only do they have very extremely poor communication skills. But will try to double the rate then after a month of having your vehicle sit outside with the motor exposed. they then will tell you sorry we don't want to work on your vehicle anymore. Not a place you should pick to have work on vehicles.

My husband dropped by to see what we could do with our bumper. I hit a piece of tire on the highway and it cracked and displaced the front bumper. Scott popped it back in and it looks new! Very friendly and competent! We’re so appreciative!

Great customer service and very clean. Super knowledgeable and very professional staff. They will restore and/or build you the car of your dreams. Don't waste your time with any other collision repair shop. I will be bringing my 2021 Chevy Z71 to this facility to have all the hail damage to the entire driver's side, hood and roof of the vehicle repaired. They say they have the PDR tech in the business. How can you go wrong. See you at Quantity Paint and Body.

The owner seems fair the only thing I didn't like was it they didn't bother to contact me the first time that they tried fixing my scratch from quality Toyota Kevin Botts is a cunning car salesman I wouldn't trust him with anything personally I never do business with him again.
