Jonathan Pullido is who I worked with. He was communicative until he submitted a claim with my insurance and after that he completely ghosted me and did not show up for when the insurance adjuster came out. He told me he would be there and I followed up with him 4 times before the appointment date. Now my insurance claim got denied. I am very disappointed with him and the company as they left me high and dry when I needed them most. I do not recommend going with any representative from this company as they can't keep promises.
